This hotel exceeded my expectations in so everything.

Let's start with the core and soul of this establishment: ITS STAFF ❤‍🔥💝
If you read this review, I want each of you yo know you're doing an excellent job. Joyfully helpful, provide clear and accurate information. Second, the hotel itself. It is very well maintained and efficiently designed. You can tell it required an architect 👍🏿👌🏿Bravo. Minimalist and stylish.
It is my first visit to Thailand. So, it is also important for me to stay in an authentic neighborhood, close to transit infrastructures. It did exactly this. I walked to everything even when the train or bus were available.
I will come back, for sure!

If you’re looking for a hotel that’s in the heart of the city, then this is not for you. You might find the 15-20 minute taxi ride going downtime too far. If you want to stay at somewhere quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this should be okay.
Located in a residential alley, it can really be quiet in the evening. However, there are 3 711 nearby incase you get hungry in the middle of the night.

Stayed here for 4 nights with kids. Checked in at their family room. The room is small, but it did fit us comfortably. The bathroom is really white, we loved the minimalist design and the fact that it doesn’t smell, and has good water pressure and a bidet made us happy.

Can’t say much about the breakfast since we only had 2, since some days we had to leave really early. The first breakfast we had was on the salty side. The latte though was great.

The staff are also courteous and accommodating of our needs. I left my earbuds there and they are so far helpful in helping me get it back 🥰

The best I would say. It’s like a home away from home especially because Ate Anna is there.😍

Location Wise - it’s in a quiet neighborhood with many convenience stores nearby, walking distance to BTS Station

Service- the best! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They welcome us warmly. And they’re always smiling and helpful too.

Breakfast - super yummy! Had American Breakfast in 4 days with different drinks. Coffee in different variations like Macchiato, Latte, Capuccino.

Room - very comfortable and had a great stay. It’s so clean too and well equipped. The room is not that spacious since their main target was supposedly backpackers. But still, it’s enough for us. The toilet and shower are separate. There’s mini fridge, TV, hair dryer, toiletries, free bottled water, sink. And our room has a mini balcony in a form of a net wherein you can chill. Since we’re on a bunkbed, the upper bed also has own lights and power outlet.

And the place has a lot of glass.

It’s a bed and breakfast type of accommodation but it is well maintained and it looks new even if they’re already 5 years old or more.

This might be a bit niche but the bed sheets were soooo soft. It was a pleasure sleeping there! Location is a bit out of center but if you crave quiet surroundings, this is perfect.

A calm, elegant, and a cozy hotel close to the central district of the city. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

the hotel was awesome and breakfast was super yummy, but the location isn’t super convenient if you’re planning to visit the temples and the big tourist hotspots.

Best local neighbourhood with lovely friendly people. We stayed here for 7 nights, the owner and the stuff are very polite, smiley and helpful. Super cute designed rooms, clean with all the facilities you need! Their food and drinks are 10/10. I definitely recommend and I will come again! *it feels like home.

A very nice hotel, rooms were clean and modern. We arrived at 5am and were able to check in our room even though it was planned for 2pm.

I had a 5 days stay in here, the ambience is very homey, staff is very friendly and helpful, they help us by giving tips while traveling in Bangkok. I will definitely comeback stay in this hotel. It’s near ICONSIAM as well you can just take BTS Gold line for 15baht directly to ICONSIAM. I love it 🫶🏻 it’s recommended.

Location is good, walking distance to MRT station, Krung Thon Buri station. Slightly away from Bangkok traffic, quite area. Parking is provided, we asked for motorcycle parking, was provided accordingly. Staff were wonderful, very good English, helpful and put effort in everything they do. We were there for Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Was invited to special breakfast, beautiful setup and great food. Definitely coming back....

The room is the same as those pictures in the website. It’s new and clean. The location is also near the BTS sky train. The staffs are extremely friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It’s a nice experience to stay there.
