Nice clean room and cool air-conditioning. Good values for the price per night.

Friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel is conveniently located near WongWian Yai BTS within 5 minutes walking distance. There's a cafe at the lobby area so one can grab quick coffee or bites as well. Plenty of restaurants, convenient stores, and places to hangout within the perimeter so sure you won't starve yourself :)

There's a limited parking space.

Love this hotel. Helpful staff, doorman, 2 min walk from Wongwian Yai station BTS, 7-11 next door, amazing customer service, clean rooms, the rooftop bar has incredible view and excellent service. Our 2nd time staying here...will definitely be back. (tiny complaint from my wife is no mirror in room except for bathroom...not a big deal but another mirror would make it perfect.) 5 stars for sure.

Amazing Hotel Experience

Not reviewing on Google for years . Once you stepped in , you will be greeted with great hospitality from all lobby staff , staff are super friendly & helpful , through the point from checking-in to checking out . Kinda shocked when they offered their kind assistance to walk you through the rain from your cab with umbrella , that was totally unexpected for them to do the extra miles of their services. Love their room modern design , the room was clean like new , especially the bed & pillow , it was super-comfy . When you set your foot inside the room at the end of the day after your trip , it was the best feeling ever, this is a good place for you to have a good rest. Location wise , 7-Eleven is just next door and BTS station is only 10 mins walk from the Hotel . Thanks for providing the best hotel experience for our trips to Bangkok.

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. Upon checking in, we were greeted immediately and had our luggage carried into the lobby from our cab. The front doorman also gave us a nice refreshing drink while we checked in. I felt very comfortable when I unpacked and laid down in bed. The pillows were very soft and plush, the bathrooms were nicely sized and clean. The hotel felt very modern. I'd definitely come back here in the future.

Everything is nice, there's BTS too! just 4mins walking distance, abit far from the city but is quite convenient to trevel by bts. The room is clean too, would come back for the second time. Recommend!

The beds are so comfy this was the best nights sleep on our 2 month trip throughout Southeast Asia! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. We felt like we were staying in the presidential suite at a 5 star hotel. Very big. The employees were all amazing and so friendly. The greeted us each time we walked through the door and we’re so eager to help with a Grab and our bags. Lovely stay!!

My stay was amazing from start to finish! From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel the lobby staff had already rushed out to help me with my luggage. Reception staff were so lovely and ever so helpful and always greeted me with a wai. I never once had to touch the door as the lobby staff were always rushing to open it for me. Super convenient location with a 7 Eleven right next door and only a 20 minute walk from Icon Siam and the pier. The hotel was super modern and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Only thing I can think of for improvement is to perhaps add a mirror in the bedroom, I loved the ambience of the hotel but it was kind of difficult to do my make up in the bathroom mirror. Even on my last day lobby staff helped me wave down a taxi and didn’t even allow me to touch my luggage as they wanted to carry it for me. Hate that I was in a rush to the airport as it meant I didn’t have time to tip all the staff :(. A super amazing stay and I will most definitely be back!

Super nice and friendly stuff, the rooms are clean and pretty, beautiful pool with perfect temperature and very good food. I really recommend this hotel!

Liked it. There is a railway station right nearby and a 7-11 for food. The room look very nice and the bathroom is very clean and spacious. Best poop had in a long time. The bed was very comfortable and there was a decent place to keep the suitcase. 10/10 would stay there again.

Lovely stay, staff were all really friendly and helpful. Very attentive and always wanting to help.

The hotel is small and very up date, good Aircon and universal plugs everywhere, large TV, really comfy bed and pillows and free fast wifi. Very modern clean vibe throughout

The cafe marquina in the lobby was a nice addition with nice coffees and a selection of pastries

Couple of things that could be improved

Breakfast was good for what it was but a fairly small selection of food, no yogurt, granola, cheese, salami etc, what was there was very good though!
Pool looked really nice, but a little impractical, it seems more part of the restaurant. No loungers or places to put towels.

All in all a great hotel that was well worth the money.

My partner & I were staying at Cascade Hotel, Bkk early this month. All staffs are so friendly & helpful. They were understand my condition as I was so sick and need to go hospital every day while staying there. Staffs cleaning our room every day and pay attention to what they doing. We are very much appreciated and will come back to stay again. We are recommended to everyone.

Good hotel to stay. The staff was helpful and catered to our problems. We faced an issue with wifi on our floor but they addressed it and gave us the access.

The best thing was when we had problems with calling for a taxi, they helped us with it because we didn't know the local language and communication was difficult.

Cascade is a gem of a hotel! The staff are extra friendly and accommodating. The design is modern and elegant. Beds are extremely comfy and I got the best night of sleep after a 14 hour flight. Followed by a delicious breakfast.

I loved going down to cafe Marquina every morning. They have the best iced mocha! This has been the best place in Bangkok I have stayed and can’t wait to return!

Rooms are exceptionally clean bed very comfortable .Staff are friendly attentive and professional. Upon meet and greet felt very welcomed. Cant wait for rooftop bar to open upon my return. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to BKK Close to BTS and River

Was disappointed about wifi in room :( still crashing and really bad for work. (But in restaurant wifi was good)

Great hotel in town with peaceful atmosphere. All transportations are just door steps to go everywhere . The rooms are designed in a modern style and clean. Hotel staff are friendly with good manners

There's a saying which goes, "only through the darkest place shall the most distinguished gem shine." The gem does exist, and it’s this cozy little hotel on the Krung thonburi road, Wongwain yai, “Cascade hotel bangkok.”

Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, it's hard to find a good local residential business that remains faithful to the core value of the tertiary sector of the economy: service mind. But this hotel never hesitates to offer it, and even deliberately prepares to do it from the ground up. I’m saying this with confidence because they carefully design their hotel to support the needs of the people with disabilities. We were finding accommodation for one such group (around 15 people), a task that seemed demanding at first glance, until we found this hotel. Their washrooms support people with wheelchairs. Their room signs are recognizable by the blind. And during the visit, they prepared a dining room by a lovely swimming pool exclusively for our group. The waitresses even came to check the quality of meals regularly.

I’m not saying that this hotel is the best. But considering the price tag against all the decent service we received, they reasonably know what they are doing, and more importantly they seem eager to do it.
