Amdaeng Bangkok Riverside Hotel

A hidden gem, beautiful boutique hotel that sit on the Chao Pharaya River.
Few minutes walk to the near by BTS ( Khlong San station).
We stayed here for couple of nights, felt very welcome, friendly and helpful staff. Uncle even go beyond where he lend us some money because we don't have small changes to pay the grab!
Truly Thai hospitality!
We definitely will be back!

You feel like you've gone back in time to old Bangkok. Beautiful river view of sunsets and party boats at night. Staff are very helpful and will golf cart you to the main road for taxi service. Close to Iconsiam luxury mall.

This is our second review of Amdaeng Riverside. The location is on the river with great views in a local neighborhood. Loved walking around the neighborhood - felt like we lived there. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

Fabulously designed. Unique. Full of character and quirky period furnishings. Clean large spacious views. Beautiful bathroom with soaking bath, antique basin. Only criticism is you have to squeeze past the bath to get to the wc. It looks great like a pair of high heels but unpractical. Strong coffee, always a great morning treat. Friendly helpful staff. Worth a visit.

Amdaeng is a hotel located inside a hidden around a local place that has a lot of Thai - Chinese people area you can't see anything until you call them to pick you up to enter Amdaeng. The first impression you will see of a red building is the signature of Amdaeng, inside of the hotel design and decora for traditional and contemporary Chinese style. The room is unique, the loop top is a very Avery nice view, you can see the city around the Chao Phraya River. don't forget if you want to need charging sitting your power or sip a cup of coffee and nice tea stay with Amdaeng are cozy and quiet. last but not least
the Moring breakfast boiled rice very delicious

Really enioyed the stay here even though it was short.
The hotel itself is a bit hidden down an ally, but they offer a golf cart to the main road.

Amazing ambience on the river. Close to temples and Iconsiam. Not even taxi drivers can find it

Because sometime when I can’t travel...to be traveler in my own city always a good idea and this place give me that idea of “ away awhile “ roof top bar have to play some better music! I imagine about “hôtel costes” or some “zero 7”

Nye, it's a restaurant of this hotel. A menu that you must order is Magrood-loy-geaw, kind of sweeten lemon with ice. 10/10
