Overnight before leaving back to the states. This hotel checked all the boxes. Clean, comfortable and great location. It’s also adorable.

The hotel is located close to Gold Line BTS and Icon Siam as well. But you don't need to worry about the noise, because it's situated in a quiet alley.
Reception is open till 11 pm and the staff there is so nice and kind.
It is a 4-floor hotel with a lift.
The room has everything you need. Private bathroom with a really good-smelling soap (I loved it!). Absolutely quiet air conditioning and a fridge. The only noise is quests that stay in other rooms. Sometimes there is a crying child or people who do not close the door properly and it starts safe-beeping late at night. But it has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel.
A good thing to consider when choosing this place to stay is the low bed - just a soft mattress on the floor (standard room). Some people might have trouble standing up.
The place is clean (I didn't have to fight with insects) and you can ask every day for free room service and 2 bottles of water.

Altogether, Foodotel is a great place to stay for a really good price but I don't recommend staying there for too long because you need to travel a long way to many attractions which is a little bit exhausting.

The nearest boutique hotel to Iconsiam. Comfortable and lovely room. The price is a bit expensive though for a boutique hotel, however it is very understandable due to the location being just opposite Iconsiam.

Nice quiet neighborhood. 5 min walk to Iconsiam. You can go and try all Thai local food at Iconsiam. Ms Da was very approachable, helpful, respectful & generous smiles to offer. Highly recommended place. Cafe serving local mix rice

Its a simple hotel thats located opposite of Icon Siam mall. Staffs were nice and accommodating.Its a safe place no guards but main entrance use card access for guests. Its clean and quite with lift service,space were limited but for the price you pay its worth it.Two Malls in the vicinity and 7-11. Ferry terminal behind Icon siam and a train station near the hotel.

Foodotel in Khlong San was the best hotel we booked during our recent trip to Bangkok. I loved the space, colors, smell (they have tom yum-scented hand wash), and overall vibes. It has everything I will need and it is just less than a 5-min walk from Iconsiam and BTS! Will book this again whenever I have the chance.

So cute! Very much enjoyed my stay. Such a fun hotel for a foodie like myself. Staff was so sweet and helpful. Amazing food and very close to city life. I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to Bangkok.

Love the hotel, staffs are super nice especially the lady at the reception. The only bad experience in my opinion is the noise of the water tap next door that woke me up super early every single day. The rest is fab!

This is the place I highly recommend for people who would like to stay near Iconsiam.

We’ve stayed a few nights at Foodotel, the prices were good and it was very near the IconSiam shopping mall. Right next to the hotel was a very delicious restaurant with authentic Thai food. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were super friendly and attentive. The hotel and the room were very modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The most important thing you need during your stay in Thailand is the AC and it worked perfectly here. We’ve really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to everyone :)

Very clean. Friendly staff. Decent price. Room is a little small, but has a fresh clean design and comfortable bed. No breakfast currently, but no problem - the restaurant on the ground floor is very good value for money and has a wide range of Thai dishes available, including many vegetarian options. It will be a perfect location when the new BTS station opens.

Easy access to city! Recommended places 1min to iconsiam, sook siam was food heaven! Value for money!

Excellent Location, good room, good food, and good service

The location of the Hotel was very good, across ICONSIAM. The Mall was a walking distance from the Hotel. The staff at the Hotel was nice and courteous, and any query or problem was quickly taken care of. The room was cleaned by Room service daily without fail. The food was good.
I enjoyed my trip at FOODOTEL.

Lovely hotel where my mum stay during her time in Bangkok. The location is in small street just in front of Icon siam a big shopping mall and also near the Bts station.
The staff are really lovely and always helpful ! I highly recommend and the room are clean 🤩

To be said, it is the top notch local hotel for backpackers to enjoy an affordable night in Bangkok. Well gentrified and furnished in every single detail / Very hygienic chambers & facilities. Good value for your money indeed.

A lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to Icon Siam. The designer of the hotel must be a chef, there are many cooking theme details in the hotel and room.
