Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom, an IHG Hotel

We stayed in a king premium room. The room was very well designed. It would be perfect for a longer stay. What I liked: (1) There is an extra shelf in the bathroom for toiletries, so you actually have room for your stuff. (2) The seating unit in the room was very comfortable for reading. (3) The room has tons of storage, with plenty of room to store all of your luggage. In that regard, it might be the most functional hotel room I've ever stayed in. (4) In the lobby, there is a small coffee/bakery stand just outside the lounge. The croissants were tasty, the prices are reasonable, the chairs are comfortable, the service is wonderful, and it's a great spot for people watching. It's a very nice option if breakfast is not included with your room. My only complaint about the hotel would be that the front desk doesn't seem to be large enough for the volume of business the hotel does, with the result that the lobby frequently feels like a train station. Overall, the hotel provides great value for the price. And, if you have any interest in shopping for jewelry, you couldn't pick a better location. I will definitely stay here again.

Great stays, exceeded expectations. They dont give you the slightest problems, you cannot find any fault with them either. Just plaza tower wing very eerie too walk down the long corridor to your room at night, its really quiet. Staffs are super friendly, go all out to make you feel very welcoming. Although dated in decor and technology, its still a very good stay. Hope they continue with this positive attitude in managing this hotel.

We felt we were staying in a very flash hotel. It was about a 45 minute taxi ride from hotel but a wonderful hotel. It was just a stopover but we enjoyed the hotel so much we didn’t leave. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows, spacious rooms, nice plush towels, robes and a bathtub and shower in the very big bathroom.

The buffet style restaurant serves amazing food for different culinary tastes 3 times a day. They offer a wonderful fitness centre with sauna and steam room, great pool. Also very affordable Thai massages that we didn’t get to try but next time.

It was our first time to first Thailand and the people we encountered here were quite friendly and helpful. I love all the bowing as a greeting. We look forward to the next time.

We loved everything! Large, spacious room with 2 large comfortable beds.
The food is very good. The food was diverse, tasty, of high quality (fish, seafood, oysters, etc.) and international (pizza, Thai dishes, Japanese dishes, etc.). We had breakfast and dinner. Both were buffets with many options.
Good location, central to the hotel, close to the bus station and 5-7 minutes from the river.

This hotel offers you everything you could expect and more! Relatively central to many things, rooms are large and clean and most importantly staff are always there to assist with anything during your stay! Supattra was warm and welcoming upon our arrival as well as being efficient during our check in. Great service! Definitely put this on your list of hotels to stay at during your stay in Bangkok!!

Business lounge (Executive Club Team) team at the Silom Road Holiday Inn were excellent and thoughtfully remembered my wife’s birthday and gave her a nice little cake.

Room was clean, obviously been refurbished since Covid and everything worked, so overall very happy.

The location of the hotel is good but when the weather gets bad you can feel a bit cut off from the centre of BKK.

Exactly the quality that I expected from the Holiday Inn family. Spacious room, walk-in shower with dual heads, comfortable bed, work desk, fast Internet, daily refresh and great breakfasts buffet. Top notch all-the-way

A wonderful luxuryy hotel for reasonable price with great breakfast and outside pool in a great location.
I spent here two nights and enjoyed every minute. The highlight of my stay was the time that I spent in the hotel’s executive lounge on the 23rd floor. Amazing view and services. The afternoon buffet between 18:00-20:00 is an absolutely must!! Soecial thanks to Paery, Dew and Gigzie!!

Organized meetings at this hotel several times. Room and location are good. The hotel should upgrade IT devices and technologies for meetings.

Warmest experience I'd ever had at the Executive Lounge! Exquisite foods are full of surprises, most important of all is the best service quality delivered by the Team, Gig, Paery and Julie, wonderful feeling they brought and added up to the lounge!

Select rooms offer panoramic views of Bangkok.

Food was good with cuisine across the world .

That’s amazing experience stay here for 5days, warm welcome from staff and clean room, however i wait for a bit longer for some request and I understand because this hotel is always busy, the room a bit old different with the website

The hotel has everything you need and what you expect from a great hospitality in Thailand: decent rooms with international adaptor sockets, very good F&B, wonderful staff and a good location too. I would not hesitate to stay in the hotel again.

Hotel with good vibes... Non veg Breakfast have toooo many varieties... But for veg people to need to find out where r veg items... Just 2-3 options.... So Veggies just one issue of veg food.... Rest all good in the hotel

Very clean room and good view watch fireworks at some room .The most want to thanks to the pretty manager help me so much to find my booking and upgrade room to let us have a good countdown memories 2024 with my family .

Good Location. Nice and cozy place especially the new Club Lounge provide very good atmosphere indoor and outdoor. Evening cocktail hours with great drinks and super good staff team. Thanks to Khun Phrae, Khun Minchaya Khun Dew and Khun Darran for excellent service and make the Lounge even more exclusive than I expected. Ultimate experience and definitely come back again 😊

Service was amazing. Great pool area with a bar . The room was very quiet . Easy location to get a grab to just about anywhere . The breakfast buffet is great .

The room and service is nice. Just going to the bazaar or shopping is far away. Lucky there is morning bazzar besite can have local delight bft if u love it..
