No manager on the Sunday that I was at this branch, but an employee got one on the phone without me even asking for her to call one. The manager helped me on the phone and made my visit so pleasantly surprised and happy. Great branch overall

凄い建物です。日本の大林組が建てたらしい。毎日行われる噴水広場での噴水ショーは無料で見られて圧巻。上階のデッキのラウンジ（川添いの席）で軽く一杯。夜景が綺麗（マハナコーンタワーも見える）、デコレーションされた船が何隻も行き来する。地下のお土産売場やフード関係のお店は見てて楽しい。

ここのATMはカシコン銀行のカードのみ使用可能なので注意です。他社製のマスターカードは使用できませんでした。

他社製のカードを使ってお金を下ろす場合は1つ上の階にあるttbバンクから下ろすことをオススメします。

Worst service ever! I went to ask for financial statement and certificate for my visa application; the reception said the queue would take about 30 mins. The process took almost 2 hours which was a joke. So I asked why it took so long, the manager said that my queue is in the same category with people who want to open new account which is even more stupid because it normally takes minimum 30 mins for each queue for open new account but for financial statement only less than 5 mins and 10-15 mins for certificate. What a very disappointment from KBANK, on top of that this is Icon Siam Branch which has a lot of tourist and local customers who expect at least a proper service.

We wanted to exchange euros to baht. Took the number and sat down. Waited 20 minutes infront of the cashiers, no one served us so we just walked away. Bad customer service

อยากให้ซัก0ดาว พนักงานผู้หญิงคนนึงให้ข้อมูลมั่วไม่รู้เรื่อง เเถมชักสีหน้าใส่เหมือนไม่อยากทำงาน มาครั้งเเรกเเละครั้งเดียว เเต่ไม่ได้ดูว่าชื่ออะไร ทำงานเเบบนี้ไปนอนเถอะค่ะ
