Dcondo Campus Resort Ratchapruek-Charan 13

I'm staying in the condominium for 2 days now & have 6 days of my stay left. Booked it through Air BnB application for a very cost effective price and the self check process was easy.
The apartment has a 40 inch Panasonic LED TV with DTH, Internet through Wi-Fi, Reading table with 2 chairs, 2 seater sofa, a small tea table, Bedroom has a Daikin split air-conditioner with a wardrobe and utilities table next to the soft cosy bed. The Kitchen is equipped with a Samsung oven & refridgerator along with a small mixer grinder, toaster, kettle, electric stove and a fry pan, tea/coffee mugs, plates, bowls and other essentials.
The owner was so considerate in placing body wash, shampoo, hand wash liquid soap along with vessel cleaning liquid as well in the condo.
The building also has a big swimming pool & a basic gym to keep us fit!
You can use the pay n wash top load washing machines that as at the ground floor for yourself.
There is a water purifier available next to the pay n wash where you get access to clean drinking water for a very less cost.
There is a 7/11 store just 150 metres away from the condominium to help you with the other needs.
For the Sky Train access the nearest is BTS Bang Wa which is 2.7 kms away and will take 35 mins by walk or 7 mins through Cab or Grab bike taxi.
I'll surely say it is a home away from my real home!

Very well maintained. Clean swimming pool and gym available. Walking distance to 7 eleven store.

Because I live here plus this is one the best condo I have ever been in bangkok.

เราชอบที่นี้เพราะเพื่อนเราซื้อไว้ 2 ห้อง มีสระน้ำ ฟิตเน็ต ทุกอย่างที่ควรมี มีครบ รปภ.ก็ดีรักษามาตราฐานได้ดี ถึงจะอึดอัดบ้าง แต่เขาเคร่งครัดต่อหน้าที่เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทุกคนในตึก สถานที่สะอาดมาก ทุกอย่างมีการดูแลรักษาอย่างดี แนะนำค่ะ น่าอยู่มากไม่มีอะไรบ่นนอกจากคำชมค่ะ

Miejsce bardzo zadbane. Najlepsza obsługa, wszędzie czysto. Ochrona bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Woda w basenie czysta. Jest dobra siłownia, pralnia. Blisko sklep 7 eleven. Jedyny minus to trochę głośno od ulicy.

ลักษณะบรรยากาศแบบร่มรื่น ตรงกลางต้นไม้เยอะ พื้นที่สะอาด

สวนสวยเงียบสงบดีค่ะ อยู่ที่นี้มาปีกว่าแล้ว
