We only stayed one night, the location was great, the room had everything we needed, but what made our stay great was the sweet employe Jessica, she made great recommendations for things we could see and always greeted us with the biggest smile. So thank you Jessica

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There was free coffee and popcorn always. Miss Poupae at the reception is very polite and helpful. She made us feel welcome. We will stay here again if we come to Bangkok.

Great place with aircon, clean rooms, big bed. The price isn't for backpackers but we wanted a better stay after a long trip. You can have coffee downstairs and the staff is very helpful.
Although the location is just okay. Things can be far you will need tuktuk or taxi. The public transport in Bangkok is a disaster sometimes takes as long as a walk :D funny that is.

The hotel however looks better on pictures. Don't be disappointed. They are still good.

Great value for money. The service was great. The kids even received a packet of sweets and a chocolate from the staff as a gift. The pool was a little dark, but it fits the overall ambiance of the hotel. It is a decent size. The water was clean and my children swam every day after a hot day on the streets of Bangkok. They really enjoyed themselves. The rooms are spacious and the aircon worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and stocked with new water and toiletries each day. Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, shredded chicken, rice, salad and 2 slices of toast. Very tasty and generous. Free coffee, tea, water, juice and popcorn all day. 5min walk to bus stops, 10 min walk to BTS and Airport Railway Link. Very convenient. The hotel in general was clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay and wil stay here again. Don't expect 5 star, but for the price it is amazing value.

I would love to share my experience with this hotel. I am very content with this hotel and staff are polite and nice and breakfast is on time at the reception and swimming pool is also there and there is a girl name gift and she is very helpful and polite and i will recommend this hotel to everyone to come and visit here while you are coming to bangkok..the owner of this hotel is very polite and decent.

Was apprehensive at first because of the bad reviews, but turned out to be better than expected. Bed was comfortable, with clean sheets and beddings. Full breakfast was good. Liked the victorian feel of the place. Though the lobby may need polishing and cleaning, overall, it was comfortable and a pleasant stay. Simple with few amenities, but for its price it is more than okey.

I was extremely nervous as I booked a room here then read the reviews. Extremely misleading with the negative feedback people have written.
The place is slightly dated and not the brightest lightening... however it was a joy to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We had our 1 year old daughter and they adored her, the lady even came up to our room and have her a gift.
The breakfast was good and tasty.
It’s extremrly good value for money. Yes there is slight aging but don’t let that worry you. The room was large and bed was comfortable. We were also upgraded for free, upon leaving were given a 40% discount voucher for next stay. Defiantly would be staying again ❤

Staff are so friendly and nice. They give us fresh fruits several times during breakfast and supper. The rooms are old but have everything needed and well maintained. The location is pretty central though a few minutes walk from BTS needed. It definitely worth more than what you paid for it. But if you are expecting something like Asia hotel, its not a good choice as the price of Asia hotel is there.

Kind friendly staff. Centrally located near all major amenities. My stay included free breakfast, with a wide variety to choose from... 50 to 100 metres from the front door is a local soi full of street food, but the hotel offers and a la carte menu. The best part was my kids love the bathtub, and pool. I definitely recommend this place.

Hotel was comfortable. They were able to help us in all our needs specially the guy (i forgot his name) he was very kind, accommodating and friendly. He even warned us not to deal with tuktuks and taxis. Over all i will recommend this hotel despite some bad reviews I've read. If i come back at Bangkok, this will be the same hotel i will be staying😊😍

Simple hotel in the city. Breakfast is ok. 2 eggs and chicken hotdogs. Very good brewed coffee. You can ask for Baht from the counter.

Good hotel which includes breakfast. Bathroom is small. We paid 3700 baht for 3 night for 2 person

We were booked at Diamond City Hotel by our travel agency in Philippines last June 16. We are compose of 9 adults and 3 children. Staying in this hotel is surely worth it. Hotel staff are very friendly, honest and very accomodating. Exchange rates are also Ok, better than money exchange shops. For a three star hotel, I give it a 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.

It seems antique and as you walk around you will see various art. Though I must say the room conditions is not same as the photos advertised in the web

The place is near with big road, that makes us comfortable, if you walk only 20 minutes to MBK mall
The hotel charge extra fee, because I brought my son, and I only order for standard room, they said based on the regulation
The breakfast is yummy
