Incredible place, went even beyond my expectations. The food and the service was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, everything was perfect. We got lucky to have the last room, furthest away from the road. I would say the only down side is the proximity to the road since you can hear the car passing. Other than that this is probably one of the best accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely amazing. One of the best places we have ever stayed, the staff, accommodation, scenery, wildlife amazing. Truly a great experience to stay in the jungle. Staff from start to finish were great and extremely helpful. Very quiet and secluded area but you have the best of both worlds as you can head into the village, which is a short distance away with restaurants and bars.
Me and my wife loved the wildlife at night the perks of staying in the jungle. Food was superb especially the breakfast, staff always went the extra mile to help.

This hotel was a great and different experience all together. Our first time glamping, and it will be hard to match. The rooms are so nicely set up, with the tent on the top level along with a nice sitting room and a fantastic view, and the toilet downstairs. Fully equiped in and outside the tent. Waking up with that view was an amazing experience, doesn't get much better than that. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food also was really good, we had the hot pot for our Christmas dinner and was really nice and served on our room! I highly recommend this place.

Really love our stayed with Tanoshi GLAMPING!!!

We love this unique place to enjoy the panorama sunset view in front of us, just stunning and calm.

Staffs really helpful and friendly even they have closed at 7pm but you still can send messages to the property if you need something else after 7pm and they service until 10:00 pm (I think is not a lack of service because every place they have RULES so just learn the new things and not understand only your way!)

Good location even the noise from road but we focus the view…not focus on the road exactly! 😊

Breakfast and dinner were really delicious even we are vegetarian but they can design a good breakfast for you and we really love them that 3 nights changed breakfast every morning! (if you need the boring buffet just go to the hotel…not here)

Glamping still be like Camping just more glamorous and we can feel the nurture surrounding by, so if you don’t know about glamping and love the luxury hotel…this is not your place.

The coffee is the best that we have tried for our trip in Thailand

We definitely recommend this place and YES, we will come back for sure. ❤

The most beautiful place I've ever stayed! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing was that when I tried to get in touch, both by booking and by email, I couldn't get a reply. But on arrival, the request was fulfilled anyway (it was my girlfriend's birthday). The breakfast was also very filling and tasty. Only good feedback and if we can make it we will definitely come back! Regards!

Stayed at this place earlier in the year. The space was brilliant considering it is after all a tent. The staff were also super friendly for what your paying, its 5 out of 5.

Note: It can get noisy at night with wildlife, forest noise. But then that's the whole part of staying at this place.

Rooms are good, views fantastic, food is great.
Still, service can be much better. It is impossible to have breakfast before 8:30-9:00 although every tour in khao sok starts 7-8 am.... asked 2 times for early as possible breakfast or take away, nobody cares. You CANNOT find anybody on reception before 8:30 am and after 7 pm.
First night we couldn't take shower because had no hot water at all. We've found it very late, 7:30 pm, so we had to live another 14 hours with only cold water... good for 1 or 2 nights max

Don’t think I can stress enough just how much care and attentional to detail has done into this location. Everything about it has been finessed - the welcome drink and cold towels on arrival, the incredibly comfortable bed pillows and linen, the set up of the space itself with outwards facing unzip-able windows in the tent and aircon. Plugs are all over the place. The Wi-Fi is great, very fast. They went out of their way to make an excellent breakfast, probably the best French toast I’ve ever had - and were kind enough to go the extra mile for my partner, who’s not really a fan of French toast, and made him something else entirely. We loved it so much we went on our overnight trip to the floating shacks, and then booked another night back here. Outstanding.

The Hotel is well maintained, topped with small and lovely details. The food they serve was amazingly delicious! We would definitely suggest this place, one of the beste stays we ever had. We had a great two-night stay at Tanoshi. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, booking transportation and excursions for us and delivering a delicious breakfast to our room each morning. The tent was very comfortable and clean and the views were beautiful. It truly felt like a private camping experience in the middle of the jungle. Noise from the road that other reviews noted was minimal - we were the second tent in. One note to be aware of, that ultimately didn’t impact us enjoying our stay - the location is not on the main street directly next to the entrance of the park, so there are fewer restaurants within walking distance than other resorts. We found a great local restaurant for dinner about a 10 min walk away and there’s a cafe for lunch and coffee across the street. As others said, make sure to bring mosquito lotion as there are bugs at night to be aware of.

A slice of Japanese elegance in Khao Sok. Amazing relaxing experience. The tent was great, hammocks we’re comfy, but we spent most of our time in the soaking tub (which doesn’t get super hot if you’re expecting a hot tub). The cafe has amazing drinks and we tried so many, and they offer hot pot for dinner. Relatively remote but they offer their own tours (bamboo raft, tubing, hiking, and elephant). Come here for a great clamping experience you won’t forget

One of the most unique hotels I’ve ever been in. It is literally in the middle of the jungle. The design is perfect and gels very nicely with nature. It is actually single handedly designed by the Japanese owner.

The bed is comfy and the room was very clean.

The food was delicious - we had . There is a cafe in the hotel which had one of the few coffee I actually enjoyed in Thailand

I don't know where to start. Staying at Tanoshi would be enough justification for us to do a 4h journey from Krabi. This was such a wonderful experience.

The service was absolutely impeccable, we felt at home from the start. Staff was so attentive, humble, and hospitable. The nicest we found in Thailand.

You stay in a very cosy tent with all the amenities. Outside your tent you have a private area with a breathtaking view, where you can see the sun go up on a foggy morning or see it set in beautiful colors. For those concerned, there's a bathroom downstairs with a door you can close.

The place has Japanese roots, so for dinner you can ask for Hot Pot. We did and was incredible. The price is around 500 THB for 2 people. Breakfast is included and amazing too.

Final note: even though you need to be comfortable with bugs and whatsoever (you're staying in middle of the jungle after all), it's totally okay. You have a net in the tent you can close, so that you don't have other guests entering in your room.

Strongly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at the Tanoshis glamping for 3 nights at the end of January 2023. At the beginning we were a little bit skeptical whether the accommodation would be something for us, but we still got involved in the experiment. Being so close to the jungle and sleeping in a tent is definitely an experience. In addition, the view from the hammocks is simply fantastically beautiful, especially the sunsets.

Now to the accommodation itself:

We were picked up from the bus stop in Khao Sok by the owner herself and brought to the accommodation. The welcome was so warm and loving. Everything was shown to us right away, we were informed about meal times and trips were organized with us. Sometimes we were brought and picked up by the owner herself, e.g. for a private jungle tour in Khao Sok National Park. Further transports were also organized by the owner on request.
The "tents" were very nicely furnished and above all clean. The air conditioning in the tent worked wonderfully, and the beds were just comfortable. We put a additional mosquito net over the bed itself, which gave us a bit of "security" from uninvited guests. But we probably wouldn't have needed that either, because nothing really got lost inside the tent itself.
The breakfast was varied, and we can wholeheartedly recommend dinner. It was all incredibly delicious and perfectly priced.
If you want to enjoy a small snack at lunchtime, you can enjoy the ambience of the beautiful, associated café with delicious coffee, tea and sweet (some of them japanese) snacks. Otherwise, there would also be a small café across the street, which would also offer lunchtime dishes.

Anyone who chooses Tanoshis Glamping must expect to get to know nature, of course, especially after sunset. In return, however, you will be rewarded with a unique stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we had nothing negative to complain about. Everything was perfect. The entire glamping team looked after us so well that we didn't miss anything despite the seclusion. Thanks for that.❤

We can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience!

Cosy glamping environment, the kids had lots of fun. The staffs are super friendly and accommodating. Hot pot dinner was delicious and generous portion, the sauces was on point. Breakfast was yummy too. Only downside is the sound from the highway but they’re considerate enough to provide ear plugs ✌ highly recommended. Truly a gem!

Amazing place! It was the best experience in whole Thailand. Great service, very friendly people work there.
You can find in your terrace all necessary things. Enough water, snacks, air conditioner, hairdryer.
Breakfast was really good and really tasty coffee:-)

Wonderfull stay, perfect view, the most comfortable bed. For me it was important to have insect isolation in the tent - and it was! Additionally you could open tent from the other side to see the view when you wake up 👌🏽🫶🏽 i love that place

Delicious breakfast

We stayed at Tanoshi glamping for three nights at the end of December 2022 and had a lovely time. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The breakfasts were very tasty (each morning we had a slightly different one, delicious each time) with very good coffee (different options to choose from), and amazing views of the forest in front of the tents. Only downside is the proximity to a road which can get a bit noisy, but it did not prevent us from sleeping/relaxing/enjoying the place. Very nice ambiance in the Tanoshi coffee, with Japanese design and some yummy Japanese pastries. The property's doggie (nong khai) who was always there to welcome us and drop us off at the opposite restaurant was our favourite part of the stay.
