Khao Sam Kloe

One of the most spectacular places on earth. Cruising in a wonderful lake surrounded by huge mountains and jungle. We took the 4 hour cruise and enjoyed every moment

We were here as part of our full day lake tour. It's a nice spot for sure, but not better than the rest I would say

Beautiful site! Can get very touristy in the afternoon, recommend to try to come before lunch. If you get seasick easily, make sure to takes the pill before hand.

I wasn't sure what to expect before coming to the reservoir but it's really beautiful and worth the trip. We drove to the carpark at the dam where it costs 40 baht to park. We decided to hire a private boat for 3 hours including a swim and a kayak. This was 2200 baht and then a further 200 baht per person for the national park charge. All in all it was worth a private boat just to have a bit of privacy.

Beautiful lake, definitely worth touring on. Kayaking, swimming, and hiking are all options. You can easily arrange a tour at the pier at any time, but note that no boats are allowed on the lake after 6pm. Find some other tourists to split boat costs with.

Impressive location with wonderful views and green waters. However, kind of crowded by too many boats with tourists.

Just spectacular and breathtaking, a must see when in Thailand. Definitely should be one of the natural wonders of the world. You can go on a tour or hire a private boat for a few hours. The area is huge so you need a few hours. I’m very well travelled and this place is definitely my top 5 of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. 😍😍😍
