Pankom Muay Thai

We had a very fun time trying Muay Thai for the first time! We loved the session and learned a lot! The coaches were skilled and good teachers. I liked that they pushed us a bit hard, which resulted in a rewarding workout. I would highly recommend Pankom Muay Thai, regardless of your fitness level!

We had never tried Muay Thai and had an amazing experience here. We did the 8:00 session, and had a blast learning something new and also getting in a great workout. The instructors were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Also- wear sandals not running shoes (you’ll take your shoes off- it’s just easier as your feet will get a little dirty)

Great first experience in Muay Thai. Coaches are cool and the class is a great fun and sweat.
Couldn’t be happier with the class.
Beginners class available in the morning (8am-10am) and afternoon (16pm - 18pm), for only 300bhat.
They also offer other class packages (weekly and monthly).

Wonderful training with Dong &Pow! We had a private lesson for 2 of us, they were sweet and professional, highly recommended!

Must do on Koh Tao! Train authentic Muay Thai with the locals in Pankom Muay Thai! They are just awesome!!! Best trainings, friendly atmosphere, you can learn a lot about Muay Thai during even just one session! Definitely recommend 🙏🙏🙏

First time doing Muay Thai and what a great first experience! Such a cool spot and great value for 2 hours with a great step by step very active class. Run by absolute legends especially Sam who will really show you how it’s done. 300bht for two hours (group session) of fun filled workout. They know what they’re doing!

Great group session with Sam today. I found his instructions excellent, giving good combinations and also paying attention to the details of the right technical aspects of muay thai. His 2 assistant trainers were also very good.

Did my first Muay Thai training here! It was tough but extremely fun. Trainers where real professionals and gave really good instructions how to do everything!

Great boxing gym on Koh Tao. Very friendly atmosphere with skillfull teachers who care about teaching muay Thai.

If you are looking for a fun introduction to boxing or for a serious longer term preparation for your next fight I can recommend this gym.

Best gym on the island. Don’t get stuck at tourist traps, get some proper work in at Pankom Muay Thai. Amazing trainers, very technical and very friendly.

The trainers there are very friendly and gave us many tips to improve. What I like most is that they are very patient. Many moves aren't that easy to accomplish, but they were able to break it down easily. Would come back!
