Dusit Thani Pattaya hotel

One of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It checks off all the boxes. To start the staff welcoming you are very freindly. The grounds are very quiet and calming, even though it’s in the city.

The basics are covered: clean areas, amazing decor, and the rooms are beautiful with cold AC to escape the heat. The buffet is delicious. There is so much to do and there are clean pools, a gym, and a great location right on the beach.

The service is amazing and we had a company get together there with ample conference rooms and a “paradise” type feeling the whole time. It’s a quick walk to the beach and beachfront shops. But you could just stay at the hotel and have a blast too. Another overall amazing experience.

Amazingly beautiful hotel. My birthday occurred during my stay and they left a giant slice of chocolate cake for two and candles in my room wirh a heartwarming note. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of food options and the views, lobby happy hour with jazz, and valet service were all 5 star elite.

I would say the room is a bit aged but it’s indeed a very decent hotel, great for what we paid. You will have all facilities and arrive you need. Breakfast was also very good.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed 2 nights and it was great.. The hotel amenities were amazing. Great lobby, flowers everywhere, great place for breakfast. Very nice food for breakfast. The pools were amazing! All the staff were friendly and smiling. great view from the room. Everything perfect !!

The hotel is bigger than we expected with two pools, tennis courts, gyms, private beach and various activities. Its proximity to Pattaya Beach Road was convenient. While the rooms and buildings are a bit old, they are well-maintained. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning again.

Splendid stay. The rooms, location and the services are very nice. It has 2 pools and it has private access to the beach as well. There is Terminal 21 mall right in front of the resort which is easily walkable. Food is delicious and also in room service is great.

One of the five-star hotels with a large green territory. The hotel itself has a feeling of relaxation and cleanliness. A very beautiful area with plants. Very close to the center, near the Terminal 21 shopping center, and if you walk along the beach road for about 15 minutes, you will see the Central Festival, another shopping center.

Our second time here. The hotel was a bit old in general areas such as hallway, swimming pool and kids club. The view is always great as you stayed on the Club room on 7th floor, you could easily see the beach and sea from distance.

However, this time we had problems with a few issues. The room was well designed but the ceiling was leaked at night due to air-con condensation. I could understand the situation but it seemed no one was excuse about the situation that it was leaking heavily since 2.30 am and I could not sleep due to the chaos I had to get up at 2.30 am and find all the towels we had to absorb the leak. I was 2.30 am and my kids were asleep so I did not notify the customer service but observed and standby afraiding that the ceiling would collapse. It was that much water leak and I had full VDO clip of it.

Great food, rooms and conference facilities. Friendly staff. Prices as you might expect for a multi star hotel.
Coffee only 5/10!

Awesome view of the sea from balcony. But arrange your own shaving kit. Is not smooth with our Indian beard.

Nice location with direct access to the beach. The lobby, reception and breakfast area look impressive. Breakfast selection is plenty. The rooms could do with a little renovation. Other than that, I am always happy to stay here.

Omg!!! What a fabbbbbbbbbbb experience right from check in to check out! Beautiful property with private beach! Seamless checkin, yummilicious breakfast buffet, fab tennis courts, kids lounge, whatttta property! Such gorgeous rooms, super friendly staff! Already missing it.. We will be back soon!

Rooms is nice and clean, really good breakfast, friendly staff, good training facilities and central location in walking distance to most of attractions in Pattaya and close to Terminal21 shopping mall where you find anything from jewelry to restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay and will visit Dusit Thani next time we visit Pattaya!
