I definitely give this hospital five stars. They understood English and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. The doctor even called me and followed up two days later like he said he would. The staff was very kind and courteous.

I get this hospital 5 stars. Clean, efficient, friendly staff. English-speaking, Knowledgeable orthopedist, Went for a few physical therapy sessions and equipment is state-of-the-art. Also had an MRI for 9800 bahr.

I highly recommend this hospital and I will return next time I come back here.

5 stars service, it is like a hotel. The doctor also is very good. It is not expensive. They treat kids very well and understand the childs.

Hip replaced experience excellent. Surgeon Professor Dr. Weerachai is par excellent. Walked the evening of my operation. (No muscle cutting.)
Nurse care in ICU, recovery floor excellent. Responsive. Budgeted estimate accurate. Actual was lesser than estimate. Post care excellent, thorough. Caution. Pharma is generally cheaper at local pharmacy. Get a prescription and ensure doctor's prescription is legible and precise.

Warning. Above excellent experience pertains to Orthopedic Dept. Experience with other departments were less than expectations. Poor customer focus, processes, follow-up. Felt like a busy state hospital. So poor. Decided to switch hospitals for other services. Prices are comparable to the United States.

Caution. Pharma is generally cheaper at local pharmacy. Get a prescription and ensure doctor's prescription is legible and precise. Unlike the US, pharmacsts do not have working relationships with doctosr.

Use website email only for appointments. If you write in English, beware. English emails go to the International Dept. Unaware, learned later than International Dept focuses on insurance claims. Not customer service issues. Each department happy to provide their departmental email address and phone numbers for assistance.

I was there today for make some body checks. Nurses, doctors, everyone very friendly . Never feel good as today in a hospital. Big compliments for every thing and thank you. And is very clean too.

Couldn't get better service anywhere in the world. Went to the hospital in the morning not knowing what was wrong with me. Seen a doctor had a load of tests got my diagnosis I needed a operation the doctor said when do you want it do i said as soon as possible coz i was in pain, he said what about today i said ok. Had the operation at 3 o'clock and home the next day. Everything was and went great. And not over priced would us the hospital anytime.

A wonderful experience in spite of the circumstances that led me there. I was attended by the heart department. Very efficient welcome by attentive staff. No waiting no complicated admission formalities. Then a highly professional and experienced interventionist cardiologist. Fast decision maker in no time exams were organized and performed. Almost immediate results analysis. And fast delivered report! And a diagnostic presented in a detailed conversation with the cardiologist. In a very humanistic approach. I can only recommend warmly this hospital to patients having health problems especially complex heart disease as I do. I fully trust their competence essential element to first path to recovery. I think if one would like to avoid too crowded and polluted Bangkok to go here in Khon Kaen. Only 40 minutes flight from Bangkok. They will find as good professional competences and installations. On top no waiting and so nice staff. Thank you so much

Clean, friendly, the ENT doctor spoke very good English. The medication was more than his fee, but I figure better quality than the public system.
