Great German bread and breakfast!

I have to admit: NeverMind surprised me. I was hoping for good bread and a nice breakfast. But they managed to exceed my expectations by far! We had the ‚Strammer Max‘ - one of my favorite breakfast dishes from Germany. Slightly toasted bread with ham and fried egg. It was great! The crust was crunchy and the bread very soft.

We also ordered the rolled bread basket (‚Brötchenkorb‘) with cheese, ham and raspberry jam. The raspberry jam was a bit too sweet for me (so was the mustard). But that’s ok. The rolled bread were amazing. Just like in Germany.

They also make very good coffee and have great service. The place itself is nice. Has the appearance of a Northern German coffee shop. But hey: Germans are not famous for their hip design. But for their bread. And NeverMind has the best bread I had in Bangkok so far.

Literally a hidden gem in Phra Khanong, I love the croissant sandwich. 🥐 I finally found a good bakery in this area after living here for more than a year. I also ordered an orange americano, which I think is an off-menu item, but it's so good. I like it 😊.

First time experiencing German coffee and felt quite satisfied. The ambiance here is suitable for work, reading books, and relaxation, whether you come alone or want to try their breakfast menu.

Fabulous German bakery cafe close to BTS station! The place looks modern, the service is really good, the staff can speak fluent English, and they're pretty approachable, polite, and informative. The pastries and beverages are extremely delicious and totally worth the price, which is affordable. There's a parking space in front of the cafe, and the location is noticeable. Overall, it's a great place to start the day with a nice breakfast.

By coincidence ,this bakery is the first European place I visited after 1.5 month travelling Asia.
Cappuccino is a masterpiece: gentle, but firm foam touching lips and bringing straight to heaven. One wasn't enough so I had two, closing my eyes with every sip and feeling warm liquid envelopes mouth and throat.
Sandwich is another piece of art: perfect proportion of ingredients, geometrically correct placement of egg, so it doesn't try to escape with pressure of a bite.
I'm scared to take anything sweet as my mind can be simply blown with emotions.
Highly recommend!!!

Stumbled upon this delightful bakery / cafe. One area sells baking ingredients and the other is the cafe with some seating areas. We only tried the cake and cold brew which was yummy. Will come back again to try the rest of their menu.

This German Café offers the real Blackforest Cake: Real whipped cream, cherry liquor filling, dark chocolate chips – no fake sugary creams :)

Also real handcraft German breads, signature dishes and other sweet cakes.

Also the Ambiente is very nice and Café style, with memorabilia of company founder Nr. Schmidt from the 1960.

Music is playing quietly in the background for a relaxed atmosphere.

I’m already a big fan of this brand new bakery/cafe. Best sandwich w/ a tasty espresso. The staff here are very friendly and nice. Highly recommended spot in Bangkok!! Don’t miss it.

Oh what a gem of a find in the alley behind Hopeland if you’re into European themed delis. This German bakery offers out of this world croissants and I can’t wait to try their sandwiches. Maybe one with Black Forrest ham… Anyway, I was treated especially well by the staff and the front of the house gal Natasha and everyone else at Nevermind. I’m going back for that sammy!!!! They are closed on Mondays apparently and accept Visa cards with a 300 Baht minimum.

Phra Khanong neighbourhood needed an accessible bakery like this one. They have an extended variety of breads, pastries and cakes. They also offer breakfast, sandwiches, cold cuts, coffee, etc.
I ordered some breads (they sell real bread) and was outstanding. The bakery is new so it looks very clean and modern. You have space enough to park your car or bike also.
The staff is very nice, helpful and they can communicate in English perfectly.
I recommend it and I will be a regular customer.

Really, really good German bakery and cafe. Food is generously portioned. Bread was fresh and light. Meatloaf sandwich was delicious! Currywurst was never ending. The croissant and black forest gateau were top notch.

Went here today. Tucked away on the back street. What a find. Friendly and helpful staff. I just got coffee and a loaf of dark rye bread. I haven’t tried it yet. They had lovely cakes and served simple meals. My coffee was great.

There is a shop filled with baking notions and whatnots next door. It is closed on Monday. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. I’ll take photos next time I go.

We keep coming back time again and this is why. Excellent food with lovely service and the bread and cakes are just brilliant.

This Café offers a sitting area of German "Gemütlichkeit". You can order an exquisite range of cakes and pastries. The size of each piece might fill your belly to the limit, so select carefully and rather take some of the mouthwatering German classics home. The breads will more than satisfy from the German traditionalist to the progressive young gourmet with vegan tongue

I loved this spot ! they have great coffee but also breads. I will come here to get all my fresh bread from now on. the pretzel was really good. everything was good I will definitely be back

This bakery makes excellent bread and at a reasonable price. Always has a good selection of breads to choose from. Their cakes are also sensational. Good coffee and a nice breakfast are also available in the cafe. If you want to bake then there are plenty of mixtures and supplies available to choose from.
