Cantina Italian Kitchen (Ari)

Had a great time dining here. The interior boasts typical Italian restaurant. Wide selection of wines, pastas and pizzas. I specifically liked the ravioli and the Quattro Formaggio pizza. Will definitely come back here if I'm in Bangkok and craving some Italian food.

One of the best Italian restaurant in Ari area, small and cozy. Oversall foods and service are good. I would recommend Lamb Chops, Angle Hair Crab Pasta. We got complimentary "Birthday" dessert also, Thanks a lot.

Had a great time at Cantina Ari with colleagues and partners in business. Love the food, the drinks and the service provided by the staff. By the time we left, it was still packed with customers.

Such a great Italian restaurant. The inside look quite small but had a good ambience. The food was truely Italian and very delicious. Draft was available only Peroni. Many qaulity wine selections. The service was excellent. The price was expensive. Reservation was recommended. No parking lot.

Update to my last review. We went back again during a recent trip to Bangkok. Great service once again. We went for the Tuesday oyster special and then tried a few apps and a pizza. Way too much food, but it was all excellent. Cantina is definitely worth going out of your way for.

And we did not know that they do opera night every Thursday. Excellent surprise. The apps are large and worth sharing. The pasta is decent. The wine list is good, but not special. Overall, the atmosphere outshines the food here, but we will definitely be back again. Overall, it was a fun evening.

We visited this restaurant for New Year’s Eve. It boasts an authentic Italian ambiance, delicious food, and, best of all, a live opera performance featuring four tenors and sopranos with incredible voices. We absolutely loved it!

Superb and authentic Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian food in a intimate atmosphere. Located over two floors with a small amount of outdoor seating available. The restaurant was full on our visit on a Thursday night but were able to be seated outside. When a table became free inside we were promptly offered the table but declined as the outdoor seating was fine. We were treated to a live Opera performance on the night which I understand they have every Thursday night from 8pm. I believe they also have live music on a Sunday evening.
Our visit was in May and they had a specials menu for the month of May and presume they have a specials menu every month. Big wine selection both by the glass and bottle plus Peroni beer on tap and a selection of craft beers.
Very impressed with the food we had and would definitely return when next in the area. Dinner reservations are recommended.

the best culinary experience I've ever had in Bangkok: the dark, low ceiling wooden interior makes it authentic, rustic and romantic; the food is really excellent and the service is spot on; moreover the live music was really nice. Free bread basket with olive oil was a great starter; then I had the best lamb chops ever (cooked medium rare to perfection), the recommended wine pairing was great and the Sambuca came flamed.

I've been here many times. Cozy atmosphere, good food and friendly staffs. The apps are large and worth sharing. I recommended pizza.

Coming back 2nd times, vibes and atmosphere really nice to chill with partner, friends, buddy, girly talks. Variety choice of drinks especially good taste of wine.

Edit: Went again, and happy to see Cantina is better than ever, brilliant food (Baked macaroni & meatballs and Lamb chops) everything very delicious and generous portions, and staff are great and friendly as ever.

Overall a brilliant place, delicious food, and great, friendly service, and the atmosphere and ambience is perfect.

We had fresh oysters, lamb chops with mash, and a pizza w. tomato, mozarella, panchetta sausage and mushrooms, and a couple of glasses of Chianti. Difficult to choose a favourite dish as everything was spot on.

Not the first time I've been there, and absolutely not the last either. But it's the first time I posted a review of the place. 5 stars was a no-brainer. Recommended.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE. Definitely one the the restaurants with the best ambiance in Bangkok. Food was delicious and diverse. Service was really good. Great place for a date or dinner with friends!

Walked past the place and later decided to order delivery. Delicious lasagna and salads, great packaging so it traveled well. Excited to go back in person.

We decided to attend their opera night and had a lovely time. The atmosphere and service is wonderful, and the food was absolutely delicious. This wild boar pasta dish was delightful and we will certainly be ordering again.

Almost perfect for all aspect of Italian restaurant. I interia decorated to be old European house. The food seem to be the real Italian but also perfect for Thai people. Wine offering here are several come from Italy and some from others just tried one recommended which is very nice. The service is also nice. All will make the perfect meal for anybody.

Excellent cozy Italian restaurant that serves tasty seafood with pasta, pizza and many italian dishes. Grilled fish is well prepared. Tiramisu is good. Also, do not miss homemade lemoncello to end a great meal of your day. Good table service is a plus.
