Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

I had to stay here one night after landing in Bangkok very late. The check in process was made very easy and smoothly by a girl named Nicha. Her English was fantastic and she was able to help with any questions I had. The room was spacious and clean. Would stay here again!

The Mecure and Ibis hotels are combined in a single modern high rise building. Both hotels share restaurant and recreational amenities. I stayed in the Ibis, which is exceptionally cleaned and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable and the entire staff in all areas of the hotel are simply amazing. Say hello to the bartenders and staff (Top, Snook, O, Bird, and Min) at the rooftop bar called Vue !!

Great place for spending few days in Bangkok.

Hotel is located next to the central area of Bangkok, walking distance from BTS and MRT stations.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. My room had minibar option included (non alcoholic drinks) which is a nice touch.

Roof top pool and bar offer great view over the city skyline during the day and in the night.

Hotel is close to the new shopping district. Convenience store is located just downstairs next to the hotel entry.

Breakfast is ok. Several local and western food is offered.

Amazing and really clean rooms. The staff was wonderful and nice. There is also a 7 Eleven store that is located right beside the hotel entrance. There are a few malls located near this hotel namely Emporium, Emsphere and Emquartier. There is also a train station located nearby which is in the BTS line. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay!

Hotel in a great location, walking distance to Phrom Pong BTS station, Emporium and Em Quatiers. Food and massage can be found nearby and a 7-11 is located at the ground floor next to hotel entrance.

Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Sound proofing is also adequate. Fully stocked mini bar plus ironing board provided for your convenience.

This hotel shares the building with Ibis which is in the Accor Group.

A nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and good aircon. Strong wifi connection. Bottled water provided. No toothbrush provided, so need to bring our own. Have connecting rooms, rooms with a king bed & twin beds connected. 7-Eleven store just at ground level. Good location & accessible - About a 3-minute walk to the Emporium Mall, & about a 5-minute walk to BTS Phrom Pong Station & EmQuartier Mall.

Location is perfect for shopping and dining.
3 mins walk from BTS Prompong, just right next to the EM district.
Hotel is very new and clean. The roof top bar (Vue Bar) was fantastic.

I have stayed at Mercure Sukhumvit Soi 24 a few times now.

I really enjoy this hotel a lot. In terms of location it's fantastic.

You have a 7/11 Store on premises, Emporium Shopping Mall is 75 metres away and the Phrom Phong BTS is connected to this mall.

Breakfast always has a good selection, though can be a little busy.

The pool area is fantastic. Great views from level 29 and the bar makes some great cocktails & has regular promotions.

I enjoy the deli bar on the ground floor too. A nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, paninis etc. Also, importantly for me, they do make an excellent coffee. To be honest. The coffee here is better than almost any other hotel I've stayed at in South East Asia.

As a Diamond member of ALL, I get an excellent welcome to the hotel & I do always feel like my loyalty is appreciated.

I've always received excellent service from all staff members, and I've observed the same high levels of customer service being given to fellow guests.

I know I'll stay again when I back in Bangkok.

Happy to be here again. My routine after work met Ying at hobby bar for happy hour. Love her, nice service, Then, roof top activity Thanks you roof top team P'Top, Bird, Ton , O, snook, Always creating new cocktail menu for me cause lazy to think LoL. I recommended for visiting them.

Room and toilet was clean and relatively new. Drinking water was provided daily. The staff were very friendly. Location was good as well. Very near to the BTS and easily accessible for grab. We enjoyed our 5 nights here. There were also 2 massage places just beside the hotel which were very clean and good (Thai Thai and Nature massage)

Friendly hotel staff, loved the hotel room but my only concern will be housekeeping after room been made up rubbish bags were not cleared out of room, breakfast was decent. Love the hotel location conveniently located near Phrom Phong BTS station, across hotel is Emporium Mall which connects to station. Lek, Nature & Thai Thai massage parlour just next to hotel.

This was not our first visit. As usual, this hotel offers exceptional value for money for both business/leisure visits because 1) It is extremely convenient (stone throw's away from the BTS and the shopping mall Emquartier); 2) The buffet breakfast is decent enough for you to start your day; and 3) the price paid is very fair compared to other conveniently located hotels. The service staff (counter staff, restaurant crew, chambermaids) are all friendly and professional.

noise isolation is great.

Love this place. Its cozy, clean and very near the BTS Metro.
Do bring your own toothbrush/toothpaste. None in the bathroom. Small thing and really doesn't matter.

Vue Bar @ Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, The food tastes great. Employee service Especially Khun P Be attentive to customers, inquire about their needs and recommend food well. The drinks that Khun Top makes have the perfect flavor. Superb!

Have stayed in this hotel (Ibis / Mercure) on many occasions and have had a very positive experience.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, most of the time they are quiet too. The hotel has good facilities, excellent roof top pool and bar. It is very close to shopping malls, restaurants, some of the best coffee in Bangkok and also convenient to the BTS Skytrain. On a recent visit I had a chance to meet the guest relationship manager and his customer service has been exceptional. Having stayed in many hotels over the years for business and holidays, this one is right up there. Excellent value for money, good carpark and great location. As a visitor to Thailand I am aware that local customs are different, so is good to keep that in mind.

The service has improved from couple previous stay here so I'm moving from 4 to 5 stars.

The staff now recognized accor members tier and offer privileges accordingly without having to prompt them.

The location is excellent as the hotel is mid Sukhumvit a short walk to Phrom Phong BTS station as well as Emqurtier and Emporium mall.

Unfortunately this area is notorious for taxi not using meters so use InDriver or Bolt. Avoid Grab as many drivers complain about the company ripping off both drovers and passengers big time

Gym is small but has necessary equipment I need for basic upkeep. Rooftop pool is nice to chill and do work or reading

My first stay at Mecure Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. During checked in in 28 July, welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, Tik. Very smooth and efficient. She encouraged me to download the ALL Apps and become member to enjoy more benefits. As the room is getting ready, she sat down with me to explain the he Apps and how to use it. Thank you for the friendly service.

The room is clean and just what I need for a good night stay.

The location is very accessible, walking distance from BTS.

I think I will be come back again to this hotel when I am in Bangkok.
