Poom's Place

Lovely family-run restaurant. Great place to go if you are staying locally. Food is delicious - we came twice and ordered different Thai dishes each time and found them excellent. Didn’t order any of the international food. The owners are extremely friendly and they have a very cute dog too! Would highly recommend.

This is a great local Thai. We ate their delicious food 4 times in 3wks!!!
Will be there next year too.

Great place, worth returning again. Tom Kha with shrimps was yummy and the portion was big enough for one. Coconut milkshake is must try! Great service and price lower than average.

We were looking for a local authentic Thai place and decided to come here based on reviews and we weren’t disappointed, Food is very delicious and so fresh. Great service and very reasonable priced. Family run business all very lovely, would highly recommend this place. We have came back twice already.

Absolutely delicious food! The place doesn't always seem crowded (or maybe I come late) but the food is very fresh and authentic. I have only tried the Thai food here but the pad Thai was delicious as was everything else I have tried. Came twice in two days! It's a small, family run restaurant but if you're looking for food, reasonably priced Thai food, this is the place.

We have been going tot Poom's place for the past 20 years, and we can assure you that you want to take a taxi and have dinner af this family restaurant in Maenam. Every dish is prepared with the utmost care, all ingredients are fresh and the pad Thai is to die for. Lovely host Aom speaks English very well and is always ready to give recommendations. Fair prices!

Brilliant food by Poom! We ate there twice and they even helped us with an airport taxi. Massaman curry was incredible and cookie the dog is very good company ;)

The right Name of the Restaurant: Uncle Fritz. Directly right next to Poom's. Excellent Breakfast, very friendly service, great value. Dinner was delicious and a great value for money too.

Excellent food, inexpensive, and a warm atmosphere with friendly staff.it is absolutely worth to visit and a must if you love Thai cuisine.

Six stars. Kids were entertained by the talking bird, fish and dogs. Food was very good, lots of choice. Owners come to have a chat. Loved it. We will be back.
