B&B with sense of locality. Our group occupied the whole premise and was satisfied with its privacy and amenities. No activities like spa provided so group activities managed by yourself is recommended. otherwise sightseeing is at walkableor bikable distance.

I highly recommend this place. Exceptional service. They are local and enjoy giving their valuable insights of great local places here, both local restaurants and the ancient ruins.

The rooms were comfortable located in a convenient location. There is public park (ancient ruins) within walking distance which is great for the morning walk. I left here about 7 am, but make sure to let them know if you want to leave early or call them because they do lock the place for guests' safety. 7-11 is less than 4 minutes away by walking.

Overall, it was a great stay. Great local business. The quality of service and room were worth spending. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in town and book with them directly , so they don't have to pay the heavy fee to the third party website.

The homestay is a beautiful wooden house by the river. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated, you will find there everything you may need (fridge, towels, air con, hair dryer, water, soap..). Bed was confortable and I just loved the blankets.

The common spaces are also very nice. You can just sit on the terrace by the river for some relax. Position is great, close to the historical park inside the island. We enjoyed so much our stay here that we extended it for one more night.

The hosts ars nice and helpful. They gave us some travel tips and called a tuk tuk for us since we had to check out early. We highly reccomend this place and would definitely choose it again if we go back.

The home stay hotel is very good because the owner are very gentle when we came back late, the door is closed and we call to the owner but she open the door for us kindly. If we walk right hand side 20m or 30m,we can find 7-eleven so it’s very useful
If we walk front we can go to Ayutthaya ruins
When you are going to the ruin, I recommend at nighttime because when sun is up it is very hot and there is less shade so if you don’t want to get sunburn I recommend you to go nighttime
and the morning they serve meal I guess from 7~10am and it’s very tasty

Such a gem! Absolutely amazing place to stay in, we loved it (and we are pretty picky).
This is our third visit to Ayutthaya and so far this homestay is the best place we've stayed here.
1. The host is the soul of this place. She is just genuinely kind and caring person, I'm amazed how she was ready to help every guest in every way possible.
2. Perfect location close to main temples and by the side of the river
3. Rooms are bigger and better than they seem from pictures. And every room has access to the big terrace with river view. So don't worry if river view is not exactly shown on pictures on booking platform - you will get the view anyway. You can have dinner by the river too, but having breakfast on the terrace is definitely the best. The river itself is not really impressive and quite polluted, but that's how it is in Ayutthaya.
4. Really good coffee! The homestay has a cafe / restaurant on site and the quality of coffee is superb (prices are good too). For breakfast you will also have freshly brewed coffee witch is great. We've stayed in a similar homestay in another province recently and even though there was a café with great coffeemaker on site, guests had nescafe for breakfast. Thankfully not the case here!
5. For breakfast you can choose between joke (rice soup with pork) and eggs and ham, and you get toasts with any choice. Joke was excellent. And actually all the food we ordered (coffee break / dinner) was very well made, delicious and very well presented, insta-perfect.
6. The whole place is extremely photogenic, so many cute corners with great attention to details.

Can't recommend this place enough! It is perfect in every way, we had such heart-warming memories from there.
The only thing to bear in mind, get plenty of mosquito repellent, it's on the river so you will get tons of mosquitoes. No need to bring it with you, there is 7-11 in 2 minutes walk.

We had the chance to stay 1 night in the hotel. Everything was clean and the view on the river was really nice. The hosts are really kind and help us with good advices. We recommend this place

Gorgeous rooms that look out over the river, friendly and bilingual owners, and two blocks from Wat Maha That, what more could you ask for? Bike rental? Check. Restaurant or street food suggestions? Indeed. Need a tuktuk? They've got the hook up. Help with booking train or bus tickets? They did that too. Our stay in Ayutthaya was so much better for having stayed here.

Nice riverside guest house. Owners are very friendly. The property have about 5 parking spaces and situated about 5 min walk away from Wat Mahathat.
Highly recommended.

ที่พักดีมาก สะอาด เงียบสงบ เห็นวิวแม่น้ำ เหมาะสำหรับ ครอบครัว หรือเพื่อนๆมา Slow Life อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ห้องนอนชั้นบน ไม่น่ามีปันหาอะไร ชั้นล่างอาจได้ยินเสียงคนชั้นบนเดิน และที่จอดรถมีมากพอ แต่อาจแคบนิดนึง โดยรวมชอบมาก ไว้มีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกครับ

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage am Geschichtspark von Ayutthaya. Die Damen die es bewirtschaften sind super. Schade ist nur das Frühstück, das hatten wir während unserer Reise schon deutlich besser.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel und können es sehr empfehlen. Es ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel und die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die Betten sehr gut zum schlafen.
Wir konnten günstig Fahrräder mieten. Diese waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Unser Gepäck konnten wir da lassen und auch noch andere Wünsche wurden sehr herzlich erfüllt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

บรรยากาศดีมาก พี่เจ้าของชายหญิง เป็นกันเองมากๆ ห้องสะอาด ริมน้ำ มีเรือแล่นมาเป็นระยะ ช่วงเช้าบรรยากาศริมน้ำดี สถานที่ใกล้ที่เที่ยวหลายที่ เดินทางง่าย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกข้าวต้ม กับอาหารเช้าแบบอเมริกัน ข้าวต้มอร่อยมากครับ ไว้จะไปเที่ยวอีกแน่ๆ

Simple joli et typique dans la construction .
Nos hôtes étaient charmants .
Ils nous ont organisé nos déplacements et un tour en bateau dans les canaux .
Un rendez-vous était même pris pour que nous puissions voir des éléphants de très près.

Recommended hotel Is a beautiful homestay, chic, good atmosphere, the owner is friendly. The staff is well taken care of. There are many styles of rooms to choose from. Family style or come as a couple Good atmosphere, next to a small canal. Nearby is an important UNESCO-listed archaeological site.
