The Bliss Khaosok Boutique Lodge

I honestly think that this is one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed. The staff were beyond welcoming and definitely paid attention to detail. Helped with any travel arrangements that we needed. The room was spacious, the grounds were very well kept, and the breakfast was one of the best meals I have ever had. The monkeys are all around, but they keep their distance from you and are not aggressive at all. Everything was perfect, even the name. It was pure bliss.

A real unexpected gem in the small town of Khao Sok that offers a beautiful, spacious and modern cabin in a jungle setting just a short walk from town. We loved sitting out on the deck listening to the jungle sounds and watching the monkeys feed and play in the nearby trees.
But what really sets the Bliss apart is the amazing owner and hostess May and the great staff, especially Ning. May was so warm, kind and helpful with communication throughout and booking the National Park excursion for us. She is also fluent in English and French which was a big plus.
The breakfast menu created by her has so many wonderful options including vegan and vegetarian options and the food is so fresh and delicious. She even went out of her way to arrange a gluten free option for my wife and was very aware of dietary restrictions.
We really felt welcomed at the Bliss and highly recommend it!

The breakfast is delicious, all homemade , generous portions and served with a love and care. The rooms are great, very clean and comfortable! You won’t regret staying here.

5 stars are not enough to award the bliss boutique. The staff are lovely, funny, and welcoming, the rooms clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was the most beautifully presented meal I have ever seen. And there was fresh passionfruit juice! Also the wonderful lady in charge was able to find someone to help us when we accidentally locked the keys in our rental car. Thank you!!!

Our stay here was the best. Lovely hosts with great local knowledge and advice. Beautiful set up and so close to the river for swimming. Breakfast with edible flowers from the garden was fantastic. Short walk to shops and restaurants etc. Thank you Kim, Ning & crew!

Super friendly staff! The best breakfast in Thailand!! Secluded hotel just off the main road to the Khao Sok entrance. Comfy rooms with monkeys around. Would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay when in Khao Sok - Nice roomd, close to the city, but still quiet and close to Nature. AMAZING breakfast and the staff is awesomd - so friendly and helpfull. Would definetly recommend.

If service had 10 stars I would give it to this accomodation. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we have not experienced it this good so far! You could really tell they value their guests and are made for the job. They help you out for all kinds of activities around Khao Sok and also arrange transfers if needed. The lodges are in the middle of the jungle but still close to all kind of restaurants and mini supermarkets. Breakfast is also fenomenal, delicious and well decorated. If you stay in Khao Sok, do not hesitate and book at the Bliss!

Our room was near the river with a lot of monkeys in the tree next to our balcony.
The breakfast is amazing with homemade cakes and pastries.

We stayed at the Bliss for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with no bugs or mosquitoes! The breakfast is delicious and the garden very magical. May the owner is an awesome host and her children was playing with our baby every chance they had. she is offering tours in the area and all you can dream of.

May is very attentive to your experience in the region by putting together with you what your days will look like.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. You can see monkeys bouncing from tree to tree in the morning on the property.
The breakfast is crazy good - better than in most (even fancier) hotels we have stayed at during our trip.

Finally, I recommend the 2 days excursion to the floating hotel even tough the place is not luxurious (public mostly pple in their 20s-30s).

Trekking in the jungle & swimming in the river during lunch break is a nice experience too to see many monkey species in the wild.

Super friendly and supportive staff, breakfast buffet and dishes prepared with love and attention. Nice, clean bungalows on stilts, monkeys and geckos around

"We arrived at Khaosok, not knowing what to expect. Since it's a place we're relatively unfamiliar with many tourist, we were afraid we'd end up in a low quality touristy area. However, after reading excellent reviews about "the Bliss", we decided to book a room for one night. As soon as we met May and saw her passion for hospitality and food, we knew we made the right choice. May was delighted to hear that my wife is vegan and prepared something special for her.
The experience here was excellent! Spacious and superb rooms, an amazing breakfast, bonfires in the jungle, and we even got a visit from a monkey family. May also helped us book attractions and found us the best and most affordable options.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Bliss for a couple of days and had such a lovely experience! May and her staff are so wonderful and cannot do enough for you. From the welcome drink to the insane breakfast spread each morning that we eagerly looked forward to, we could not recommend Bliss enough to those looking for a clean, literally BLISSFUL place to stay. The room was so clean, bed was comfy and even had complimentary cookies waiting for us! We could see many monkeys from our window and had a beautiful view of the river and even a swimming spot as well. May was around to answer any of our questions, booked our overnight tour of the lake and booked our transportation to our next destination for us. She was incredible and so helpful. We cannot thank May, her wonderful family and her amazing staff more for the incredible stay!!!!

We only booked 1 night here but I really wish that we stayed longer! May was so welcoming and genuine. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect; she even helped me top up my phone and arranged an onwards shuttle to Khao lak.
We were upgraded to a massive and immaculate double queen room by the river. The beds were super comfortable and the views wonderful. It was very peaceful being in the middle of the jungle with such good amenities. Lastly, breakfast was incredible - there was your personal dish of choice as well as an array of delicious fruit, cake, pastries, pancakes and homemade jams.

The best experience I have had, May and all employees do everything to make your stay wonderful and smooth.
The rooms are spacious and the ambience is unique as you stay basically in the jungle with nicely decorated garden area. The breakfast was superb, you select main breakfast meal one day prio and extra things like pancakes with homemade jam are at your disposal.
What I really appreciated is the positive attitude and the help we received during our cancelled lake trip (due to bad weather), we got full refund and our transfer to Krabi was quickly changed.

What a fantastic place! May and her family are the best hosts you can possibly imagine, and the rooms themselves are out of a fairy tale. The wifi is excellent, the bungalows are remote and super quiet, the beds extra comfy… The breakfast is incredible too - tons of choices, healthy options, vegetarian/vegan… and the pancakes are too die for.
I can’t say enough good things about this place - but it is now our favorite stay in Thailand (and we’ve been going around for months now 😅) you should absolutely stay there if you’re in Khao Sok!
