Phi Phi Bayview Resort

Really lovely Villas. Simple, but really nice and beach style. Perfect size for a couple, with a nice porch to chill on.
The bed is one of the comfier ones we've found on our travels and the linen is clean and soft. Super happy to have made this little find for 6 nights on the island.

The staff were so friendly on check in, and helped carry our luggage up the stairs with a smile. (And gosh there are stairs, but that's what you should expect for a cliff side resort on Phi Phi, so no complaints here)

It's in a beautiful end of the beach nestled into the cliff side with a jungle island vibe away from the party side of the island.

Great views if you get a room with a view. All rooms cost about $40 a night and some cottages don’t have any view at all… just luck of the draw. The shower has horrible lime rich water… quite a walk from the boat ramp on a big hill. But the view I got was stunning. Cottages are built like cheap American duplexes… they could really do with some aesthetic to complement the natural beauty around.

This is a beautiful place to stay for a quiet vacation away from the noise. The staff was helpful, especially Ms Snow white who helped us change the room at our request for a better view. The view from our new room was amazing. They provide bean bags and sun bathing chairs on the private beach for the hotel guests. The only negative was that the tap water was salty which made bathing and teeth brushing unpleasant. Other than that, all was good. also, if you are older in Age or have issues with fitness, it will be difficult to climb the rooms located on higher slope.Thank you bayview team 😃😊

Beautiful view from the rooms, beachside sitting arrangement, excellent service- this is the summary of our stay in the resort. However, you will need to ignore the insects in walkways and mosquitoes in the beachside cafe.

Excellent view and helpful staff. The rooms were big and nice, just missing a little bit of a better bed and a better bar. The people were super helpful and were kind and super supportive. Good choice.

This is a great property. It has wonderful independent villas that are very clean and have best views. How some issues with this property currently are as follows.
1. Proper pavement does not extend UpTo the hotel. So if you have to walk from the harbour, you have to walk for 1 km on pavement and some 300 meters through beach sand to reach the hotel.
2. The villas or huts are best placed in lines but these huts are on a mountain so from 100 to 102 to 103 to 104 to 105 , they are higher and higher in that order. It is really difficult to go uphill especially for people who are above 65 or have cardiac or chest disease. They do not have a battery car to take you to the hut.
3. There is no inter-com, but you register with whatisapp and send a message and they come promptly.
4. Otherwise the property is best and wonderful.
Tarn, the girl at reception is wonderful. She knows English and is always helpful. She changed our villa, because, our allotted villa was a little higher and we were getting breathless to reach there. Thank you so much Tarn. To me, she represents Bay view.

I love this resort. Overall peaceful and well maintained. Service could be improved. Overall very gpod for the price.

Everything was perfect with this Hotel. Location a bit far from town about 1km walk but you will get best scenary with private beach. They also provide shuttle service by longtail boat to carry your luggage for check in and check out.

One of the best resort i have stayed. I took sea view room, the view was mind blowing. Balcony view from the room was very calming. Restaurant had very limited vegan option. later they took customized order and cooked vegan sandwich for me. Thank you so much for that. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was one beautiful cat coming to our room when we open the door, it was so cute. I really enjoyed our stay.

You can't get a better location to stay. I have been traveling from years and never got a better location to stay. Sea facing cottages with best views. Must go there for 2-3 nights. If I take next Thailand vacation going to stay there for 1 week.

Clean and modern rooms. Beautiful seaview. No rude receptionists or anything like that. Even have the possibility to get a breakfast take a way if you have an early departure for an activity. It's a little bit of the beaten track and sometimes a long and steep walk to the bungalow, but you have a great view and very quiet.

We really liked our two-nights stay at the hotel. The standard was good and we got a nice deal trough booking online-better than at the reception. The rooms were clean and breakfast was really good, varied slightly each morning. Good distance to both long beach and the city (10-15mins walking both directions)
Some houses have a pretty rusty terraces and the resort is huge so you might end up quite far away from reception - prepare for some walking and get a mosquito repellent at hand. Our second day we discovered the toilet hose was leaking so they gave us a deluxe room which was a nice upgrade from our decent superior room. The bed mattresses were roughly the same in both rooms.
We had a nice time :)

First time visiting Phi Phi Islands, Absolutely loved this resort, all rooms are little bungalow, with big balcony, beautiful view, surrounded by nature every where.there is small very private beach as well. Staff was very friendly.
It's about 10 minutes walk from ferry dock, so if you have luggage, you should get a boat, coming back hotel will provide a boat.
We just walked since we didn't have luggage.

Room view is very nice if you book the room from first 3 rows. Foods are also good here but little expensive

Great location, good breakfast, wonderful views, villas a little worn, but still acceptable!
Nice private beach, with a nice tree offering shade. Not good for swimming at low tide, but that goes for most of the area.

Beautiful quiet place at the far end 9f tonsai bay. Bungalows are nice and clean with Seaview. But, you must walk hills which is mot great for people who don't walk well. The swimmingpool is far from the beach, more in the jungle, not attractive as the poolbar is closed and the place looks deserted, it needs tlc. The restaurant is expensive, but oke for a time. Beach is great, with sunbeds. A walk to the town is about 10 minutes.

It's a soft tropical experience! Even though you're among thriving nature the jungle doesn't pass your doorstep.
Occasional "guests" are easy to expel.
