This is the perfect place to stay if you want a luxurious stay on Phi Phi.

The private beach is probably the village's biggest asset. It's beautiful. And there's more than enough space on it for all the guests not to feel crowded.

The service is brilliant. Whenever we wanted something the staff were happy to oblige.

My main recommendations to guests would be to walk into the village behind the hotel if you want to book any excursions or boat trips to other parts of the island / other islands. It's much cheaper than the packages through the hotel.

The same for food. The hotel food is lovely, but you're paying luxury hotel prices for the setting. If you don't mind something more rough and ready, the restaurants in the local village are excellent.

Lovely getaway to phi phi island.

Amazing resort with superb service, views and facilities.

The staff were friendly and professional.

The room was in very good condition.

Easy to navigate through resort. Good number of dining options.

There is a local village few steps away where you can have local food, tour booking and other shops.

Breakfast was really good and have wide variety of options.

Transportation from/to the resort can be a bit confusing but there are so many options.

We’ve only arrived today so I’m just going to review my spa Thai massage with Nok. She was like a ninja -finding all the tense spots and stiffness that two weeks of travel had put into my legs and back. She was very professional and sweet. Usually hotel spas are a lot of money for just basic services. Here the prices reflect great value for the services given. If you come to the island I definitely recommend treating yourself to the resort and especially the spa.

As it was booked as part of a package trip, no idea what grade of villa we paid for, but the one we stayed in I think was recently refurbished. It was immaculate. We were lucky that although there are neighbouring villas, it was very quiet, nothing disturbed us. We were a short walk to the main reception buildings, so everything close at hand. There were free bicycles, so I guess if your villa was further away you could use thesw or request a golf buggy ride. They do offer currency conversion as you will need cash for paying national park fees for boat trips, but rates not good, so exchange your cash elsewhere. A few friendly cats hang out with you too!

Absolutely nothing to complaint. We were very satisfied and looking back to a pleasant vacation on SAii Phi Phi Island Village. The bungalows are super clean, very nice interior and the terrace is a nice place to sit and watch the nature of Thailand. Breakfast and other food is very good!

Due to low and high tide, a bath in the sea is limited. But, with the pools (especially the "lazy pool"), it is easy to accept. No daily tourist and in the village behind the hotel are several bars, restaurants, laundry service, pharmacy and also small supermarkets.

Really great experience overall! It is really nice to get your own villa and it has everything you need. The private beach is also really nice and a commodity most resorts on the island do not have. Both pools are huge and never too crowded. The food is O.K. and a bit pricey BUT you do have very easy access to a village just behind the resort that has a lot of restaurants and bars. Keep in mind, you do need to coordinate transfer to the resort. We were able to do this through the resort which may have been more expensive but very convenient. We would definitely book this or any Saii resort again.

**Incredible Hospitality and Perfect Care**

Our stay was simply incredible. The location is beautiful, and the arrival was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. But the absolute best part was their assistance during a medical emergency. The manager, Woody, organized everything, from having a nurse on-site to arranging transportation to the hospital. We were in constant communication, and they even helped us retrieve a forgotten passport. The hospitality we experienced was truly remarkable. We want to sincerely thank Woody and the entire team including the dive Center for their support. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Hotel. It's the perfect place to relax, and you'll receive excellent care even in emergencies.

Absolutely beautiful resort. It is a little difficult to get here but you can arrange transfer with the hotel directly. We took a speedboat from krabi directly to the resort. We upgraded to the one bedroom poolside villa and it was amazing! We had the pool completely to ourselves. The bathroom was stunning and the bed was very comfortable. The view was one of the best hotel views I’ve ever had. Monkeys came and visited us multiple times and tried to break into the room 🤣. The hotel also has an app to use with any needs. We had to get a golf cart ride up to our room which was a little rough but much better than walking up the mountain. The only complaint I had is that the restaurant prices were expensive. Over 100$ for 2 people to eat the dinner buffet. You can arrange for a private long tail boat rental with them as well.

Nice little forest spa on the cliff. I enjoyed the stay very much. This was a proper resort with high quality amenities and service as you expect from a 4-5 star hotel unlike all the other hotels on Phi Phi which are quite frankly horrendous. SAii, thanks for a lovely family holiday stay.

Beautiful location, staff are extremely professional too. Everything you could want for a little island getaway 🏝 we stayed in the villa (which are recently refurbished) and it was absolutely stunning - inside and out. Side note - by the pool cocktails were not as high standard as the rest of the resort. Not sure if it’s cause of the bartender that day or we just got unlucky. Either way that is minor, this place if fabulous!

This has quickly become a favorite beach vacation resort for us. On arrival, the team greeted our boat at low tide and helped transfer our luggage as well as ourselves to the check in desk.

We were seated in a cool area and served welcome drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Once ready, we were driven to our room along with our bags, and they were unloaded and put into the closet for us. It was such a smooth check in process.

We stayed in the beachfront junior suit and felt like we had a private beach. I recommend trying room service and enjoying your beach views. We also used laundry service which was excellent, the spa, and Ruan Thai is an awesome experience.

It was a sad day checking out from here but we will be back.

Spa Review: (since it does t have its own review place)

We had a couples massage and body scrub and it was the most relaxing experience thanks to NOk and Yo. On arrival we sat overlooking the ocean drinking a nice cool tea. Nok made sure to be careful around sunburns and even applied aloe Vera to my many sunburns from our week on the beach.

the hotel is really very pleasant, spacious and very beautiful. the view is incredible. the staff very smiling and helpful. A special mention for Leng from the hotel's aquatic center who provided very good advice and was always very friendly with our whole family. He is a very, very beautiful person who we will keep in our hearts and our memories!

Absolutely incredible resort we stayed for my 30th and they upgraded us from a basic bungalow to the best room they had, - huge private pool overlooking the bay it was a dream.
Buggy service to their beach front bar for cocktails, short walk through the local village to Loh Lana Bay as the sun goes down and then clamber over the hill to Nui Bay for an unreal sunset. Eat an amazing meal with killer cocktails in the village on the way back.
Every second was heaven we can’t thank them enough for the experience.

resort is epic. beach and pool set up is 10/10. rooms definitely dated, but honestly we were hardly in the rooms so didn't have meaningful impact on our stay. highly recommend this spot when visiting koh phi phi. the town right behind hotel has fantastic food and awesome bars (especially camelrock bar!)

We loved our time here, being the moment we stepped off the boat and got our welcoming drinks, to the moment we left, the staff really make you feel special. Although half the resort is currently under redevelopment (a lot of the houses and one pool), we absolutely loved it. The fun pool was brilliant, the free bikes we had for the duration of our stay were a highlight for the kids, and the village immediately behind the hotel had loads of brilliant options for food and excursions. Single use plastics is a huge problem in Thailand, and it's great to see them trying to reduce this across the resort. Perhaps the next step would be working with business owners in the village to help them also?
The rooms were beautiful - particularly the bathrooms - and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We'd certainly love to go again.

We admit that SAii or even Phi Phi was not really on our radar. Went as our friends were getting scuba certified through SAii. So glad we tagged along! It was simply a stunning resort. Amazing staff. From the front desk, the breakfast team to the guys who drove the buggies - everyone was so helpful and warm. Overall a truly memorable experience.

Resort is paradise like. Really stunning views with clear blue sea.
Had Thai massage with Aek at the onsite spa. He is an expert. Absolutely fantastic massage. He listened and responded to areas to focus on and understood what I needed. Thank you Aek.

Gorgeous rooms and the little village behind the resort makes it so romantic and perfect!
Expect to pay extra for long boat transfers to Tonsai Bay - you shouldn't really need to though.
The onsite facilities with all the excursions and activities are brilliant and very well - priced.
Their own beach is OK because at low tide, its mainly dead corals you will see. But lots of other choices a smallest ride away!
Amazing holiday !!

Totally recommend staying here. Secluded and private resort unlike the massive hotels and resorts on the other side of island. The staff are so kind, respectful and attentive. I had to give 4 stars only to room because ours had an ant problem in the bathroom. They got into some of my wifes clothes and our suitcases. Pray they dont bite us later! That being said, the service and reasonable prices for food and drinks are totally worth it. Other resorts with this level of food quality would be double this.( See my review RE rip off at Sirocco in Bangkok- that place is 10x the price here yet 1/10 the food quality). My family n friends Must stay here if come back to phi phi!

You take a boat ride out to resort which is exciting and food for the eyes, as you pull up a magnificent spot awaits you with welcoming staff. The place has a real feel of seclusion. This place has all the building blocks to be the best, however one thing....one of the pools is totally ruined and needs immediate attention. Apart from this this place is heaven 🙌
