I’ve been going here forever. I’ve gotten phone screens fixed, laptop water damage fixed and today they helped remove a stripped screw on the house.

Highly highly recommend. And if you do your research, their prices are more than fair compared to other providers and their service is top notch.

This place is wonderful. Second time using them to fix an Apple product. This time it was a faulty trackpad and a battery replacement. They are very efficient, honest, educational and kind. Would highly recommend them for any issue you might have—it will quickly be resolved.

I've replaced my iPhone 13 screen 1 month ago and works perfectly fine. Reasonable price + great service, and the screen looks like the original one.

It’s a professional repair center of many big laptop brand. I got my Mac air fixed here, Mr. Rno is a very skillful engineer who just spent half hour . If you don’t satisfy with the service of Apple store, they refuse caring over 5 years equipments. Here is the place you should come. The charge here is reasonable.

Went for a shattered iPhone 6 screen. Was quoted 1,500 bhat/$45usd. Lady at the front told us it would take 1 hour. We waited in the store and within 30 minutes the phone was ready to go. They even put a tempered glass shield on the new screen free of charge!
Would easily recommend this store for screen replacements or anything phone/computer related. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Not much more you can ask for...

Different than others, I had no problem whatsoever finding the store. You just talk to the receptionist, show your passport and get a personalized key card. The view from the shop is amazing! I wanted to change the battery of my iPhone 8. They told me I didn't need to as my battery still had 100% capacity but as I already had the iPhone for a while we did it anyways. The woman spoke english very well any everything seemed very clean and professional. Let's see if my battery life will have improved now.

I had an absolutely amazing experience! I got my iPhone 12 Pro screen replaced, and it was done flawlessly (they even threw in a free screen protector!). Although they didn't have the screen in stock, they managed to arrange and install it on the same day. The lady who assisted me was a true professional. The price was also reasonable, so I would definitely recommend this company.

Perhaps the best customer service I've ever received in Thailand. In an afternoon, they replaced a broken iPhone screen at a great price. This included pick-up and delivery services. Excellent phone and email communication, as well as simple payment. If you're in need of a fix, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The screen looks fantastic. Everything went swimmingly.

Was able to fix my MacBook Pro charging ports, space bar, new battery and speakers all in one day. Service and knowledge is top tier they were very accommodating and at a very reasonable price. I’d come here again and you should too.

I contacted them to change the screen of my iPhone, they changed it after few hours.
Few days after i got an issue again with the Screen which was defective: They changed it for free.

Hello since this morning my iPhone is not charging, I’ve tried the charger and it’s working fine with other iPhones. I have also tried to charge that iPhone with a new charger and sometimes it charges, sometimes it doesn’t charge… I believe there is some dust/dirty inside the iPhone charging phone, could you guys have a look and if so clean it/fix it? This is absolutely the best service I have got anywhere in the world with IT gear issues !!! This simply deserves credit, I don't usually provide reviews but now I have to make an exception. Reached them out beforehand by email, got a very competitive quote for fixing my iPad, was taken care and well informed at the store about potential risks, the service was fast and perfect! Also the parts used in fixing the device were high quality and instructions given to lengthen the lifetime of the device were very useful. This is the kind of service that makes you very happy! Don't go to MBK, Phantip Plaza, or Fortune Town. This is the place to go!

I was there today to replace my battery for my iPhone. They checked the problem first and fixed it in a couple minutes. Very nice and English-speaking. Would recommend and come back!

My iPhone 8 Plus stopped charging properly a few months ago. I took my phone to an Apple store and they cleaned the charging port for me and sent me on my way but that didn't fix my issue. The problem eventually got much worse so I decided to google an iPhone repair store in Bangkok. Boy am I glad I did. Not only did they fix my phone in 40 minutes, they also gave me a wireless charger to use for a couple of days while they wait for the part to arrive. Excellent & fast service, really nice and professional staff!
So that's 5 stars from me and I will continue to recommend Dr Smartphone to anyone with phone issues. Thanks a lot <3
