The Jungle House, Khaoyai (บ้านป่าเขาใหญ่)

Great location very close to the jungle and some nice small trails to walk on to watch some animals and birds and it's not far from the local market and 7-11 and there are some nice restaurants close by. The room was very nice and clean and the staff is very nice and helpful, and they provided laundry service. Small breakfast with eggs, sausage, ham, toast, coffee and such, nothing out of the ordinary but perfectly ok. They provide elephant rides if you are interested in that, it costs about 400 bath per person and takes about 30min. I was here during low season and really loved my staying here and I will definitely come back if I'm going to Khao Yai again.

prepare yourself. ALOT of mosquitoes. but LOTs of fun riding. However do know that those riding the elephants will find ways to selk u stuff like rings and phototaking using ur phone asking u to tip abt 100 200 bhat. up to u. but its a good ride and we paid for ring for my son who wanted as well as the phototaking as when we took ourselves its nit that nice. the person can take for our family consisting of 2 elephants while we rode.

Room, service and atmosphere are to my satisfaction. I had an enjoyable and excellent time there. Nice cool and fresh air with nature surrounding.

The most beautiful, exotic, eco-friendly resort in Thailand. Excellent customer service and breakfast was amazingly delicious!!! We love the tree house very much!!! The elephant ride was so amazing!!!

Didn't stay there but did the elephant riding. It was a great experience. And you can feed them bamboo after the ride for relatively cheap price.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 day stay. The setting is magnificent and with 50 rai to explore we really enjoyed our walks. Especially the sightings from the elevated walkways. All the staff were so friendly and being made so welcome is important to me. Congratulations on such a well conceived place.

A real jungle experience, friendly staff and of course unforgettable elephant riding... I already miss my elephant POMPAM 😊 It is really far from Bangkok but everybody should try to visit Khaoyai. It is a unique place in Thailand.

Great experience with the elephant riding. My kids love it. We went twice as my girl remember Pompam (2014) and wanted to see her again... 4 years later (2018)we just back there visit Pompam few weeks ago. We were riding on Cherry this time.

Good place to experience elephant riding with super jungle trail. It cost 300 THB per adult and half price per young child.
