Midwinter Khaoyai

Very cool resteraunt!! Has outdoor and indoor sitting. Outdoor has a light show projected at the building in the evening, and an acoustic guitar show with Lady singer which was very nice.
I had a few vegetarian dishes and they were nice. The corn cream soup was the best.
Atmosphere is the best 👌

Had a fantastic experience here. Fortunately it did not rain.

Came in at about 1730hrs, and still had sufficient outdoor seats. Service was very good, staff was very attentive.

We already came prepared that the main draw is the ambience... And the food was within expectations. We liked the smoked pork neck, corn soup and midwinter pizza.

The bummer came when they said that ALL their red wines were out of stock. Huh? Really? For a steak house?

However, we still had a good time with their live band, great service, good food and fringe activities for the kids. I hope they will have sufficient reds if we return the next time.

It was a fabulous experience for our family of four! Pork knuckle had super crispy skin with soft & tender flesh. Kiddos loved enjoyed the simple ebiko pasta. Banana crepe dessert had more than enough ice cream; more banana slices will be superb. Cherry on top was the light show; so unique and interesting. Loved the visit! Even the restroom was really clean.

Had the pleasure of visiting midwinter for lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant has a very easy access from the main road with plenty of parking. After arrival we were greeted and checked by our host. We got sat right away with no wait. The restaurant had plenty of open space. The menu had plenty of selection to choose from. Menu was mixed with western cuisine along with local cuisines. Food came out quick, everything was fresh and delicious. Took a walk in the open field after lunch was much needed. Highly recommend this spot for some delicious food.

I do love the vibe here so bad. Lots of activities to do. This place doesn’t suit for only adults or teenagers but kids as well. I saw few kids played the kite. Also, Midwinter is a pet friendly park.

A Must visit destination in KhaoYai, the food was delicious and the waiting time is not long. They have live brand music and 3D mapping ahow at 7:10PM. The service is very good. Recommend to make a RESERVATION in advance.

We waited an hour to get into this restaurant, not knowing it was Michelin-starred. But their pork dishes are a must-try – absolutely delicious!

The ambiance added to the overall experience. A hidden treasure for sure!

Midwinter Khao Yai: The evergreen, ever-popular pseudo Euro spot screams tourism. We came here with a tinge of scepticism, thinking we were about to indulge in a spot of Euro food fare in their beautiful restaurant but was so pleasantly surprised to see a farm going on with a kaleidoscope of fun activities - feeding sheep, chicken, ATV, bike riding , an open-air green lawn with food stands and cafe offerings. It’s so quaint, twee and definitely reminiscent of summer in Amsterdam for us. Much like Westerpark. We even got a Smores pack for the whole marshmallow torching experience. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Midwinter is a must visit restaurant in Khaoyai. Food and service were up to general standard. The restaurant is surrounded by hills.. so the general vibe is quite chill. Dont miss out on the cartoon projector show and live music on Saturday evening. Highly recommend this place.

Midwinter Khaoyai is a nice dining spot with good atmosphere, open seating and friendly staff. The price range are as per location. Good live music and 3D cinema on the wall which is quite nice. Overall a good spot when staying around khaoyai.

Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in Khao Yai (perhaps even Thailand) on my trip.

Our party of 7 had the duck confit, steak, pastas (mentaiko and aglio) and 2 fish dishes to share. All of which were spectacular bar the pastas - they were decent but would not reorder.

Flavours were balanced, steaks were tender and well seasoned, the mash (paired with the duck) was so good we even had to order 2 additional servings.

My only regrets are not visiting earlier in the day to tour the grounds, checking out the farmers market area, and ordering their smoked specialties.

Large restaurant in Khao Yai area. Western food selection, steaks, pasta and cold cut are available. Food quality are good, delicious. Restaurant are well managed like in the hotel. Reservation is recommended. Large parking space with EV charger. Wheelchair accessible. Seating area are huge, indoor and outdoor. Live band performing on weekend. Private room and set menu are available. English menu and communication with staffs are ok. They are helpful with food selection. Credit card and QR payment are OK.

Great place for good dinner. Have a very good view and best service. Good for family, group and couple.

First they don't give table in open area, as they said all good tables are reserved. But later after food is ordered they let us seat open area.
Overall, worth to visit.

Service was a bit slow, but everything else was fantastic, I loved the food and ambience.

This is the second time that we dine at this place. The atmosphere is very nice and they usually decorate the place very well. (Visited this place before Christmas last year, very nice decorations) This year is the Halloween theme, spiders and skulls are everywhere.

The food is quite fair, yet a bit pricey.

The service is up to standards; however, some staffs look a bit tired, not sure if they've been through lots from the holiday or not. But overall is fine.
