Comfortable modern cottages well separated in a large attractive garden with large trees. Garden is good for birds. Has two pools with loungers. Wonderfully quiet, it’s nice to hear the cicadas and birds calling at night. Staff are especially nice and helpful. They have problems with their credit card machine, so had to pay cash.

We prepaid with Agoda, on arrival we were given a small villa that had no privacy as it was part of a family villa. We had to pay an additional 500B for an upgrade. This is galling because there are 30+ perfectly good villas here, all empty during our stay. That said, the bungalow we ended up in is very nice indeed and we paid less than the booking.con price.

Breakfast is ridiculously expensive at 589TB.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is expensive, the food OK but not good value for money. There’s the service charge and vat stinger of 17% on top of the menu price; so a Singa beer costs a whopping 188 TB (typical bar price is 90 TB).

There are a couple of small convenience stores nearby. Aggressive dogs can make walking outside the hotel an unpleasant experience.

There are a number of nice restaurants about 1.5km on the way to the town, which has a large 711.

Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcomed us to the lobby. Although she doesn’t speak much English, she tried as much as she could to communicate and guided us to our unit. I didn’t know that the unit comes with a little secret garden! The design is very lovely and comfy, the surrounding was solemn and peaceful and quiet. You can’t actually hear noise from vehicles as it’s away from city or main road, all you hear is bird and insects chirping.

The room has a very wide glass door and glass wall, covered with a smooth curtain. There are mosquito screens at every door and window so there was no bug. The water was indeed a little slow but it’s completely fine and was still comfortable. All the amenities were as advertised, there’s nothing to complain.

The next morning started with a small buffet breakfast. It was a little weird for me to eat rice in the morning but that feeling was gone immediately because the taste was sooo good! They also provided other western style food like milk and coffee. The coffee was good too. The second morning breakfast was a la carte but you got to choose two, one western one local. They were both delicious and big size!

All in all, if you enjoy staying in rural area which is away from city, you will definitely love it. Personally, I LOVE IT VERY MUCH. It could be a little difficult to find in the first place, but it is the driver’s problem so I am totally fine with it 🤣 Although it is not the nearest to the other tourist spots, I will definitely still come back to this villa!

Awesome place with plenty of privacy. It's dog friendly as well. Good restaurant with well cooked dishes. Nice wine selection.

Comfortable mattress and a well filled minibar can be found in your nice room which has everything one need for a day or two.

In the morning you have a nice breakfast buffet where everything is properly cooked. Then you top it up with a nicely chilled and crispy glass of Prosecco.

A Lot higher than expectations. The hotel was very clean, food delicious and cozy place to stay. We brought our Pomeranian puppy and considering all places we had been to that allows dogs, this was the best! Believe me, we’ve been to very high star hotels and this place was really great. The cleanliness was excellent. I came with my family and we really loved it. We will surely come back again!

Room is good. Not so big but there is enough space to spend a night.

There is a space to hang out with a group at the bungalows.

The surrounding is pure green. There is a lot of photography spot. Best time is 8.00-11.00 and 16.00-17.00

Limon Villa or Lemon has a huge compound. They have their own garden, 2 pools and you can cycle around the garden. The villa are beautiful as we have our own compound. The bed is cozy and we can order own bbq set for dinner. Definitely worth the money.

Our stay was comfortable, staff was helpful as we took awhile to find our villa. We had an enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful and clean resort with amazing mountain views and beautiful plants and roses. Excellent 5 star service and room amenities provided. surely will visit again.

Quite far from Khao Yai Center, but more far, more cozy. Resort accommodate us privately, there is tree fence to separate guests from public.

First time we've stayed here and very impressed villa with it's own garden will be coming back again could have better bread selection otherwise top Mark's loved it
