Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Central, an IHG Hotel

In A Nutshell:

-The Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya is a really good hotel.
-Starting w/ the price to the nice cold rooms & the excellent free buffet breakfast, you really get your money's worth.
-Use your Chase Rewards points to snag a night for under 4,000 points.
-The customer service here is outstanding.
-My first stay I left some clothes in the room, I came back a week later & they held my clothes in the lost & found, then they delivered it to my room.

Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel also due to its central location.

Benz is literally one of the most hardest working employees of this hotel. It's a pleasure to go down to breakfast every morning as she's always quick to greet you with a friendly smile. You can also visually see how hard see works. The management here should know that she is one of their best assets.

I am a lifelong frequent traveller, and this is one of my favorite hotels anywhere in the world. First, the staff is amazing - they work very hard but always smiling and make one feel very much at home here. The free breakfast is way above and beyond normal free hotel breakfast - fantastic mix of Thai and Western food - very healthy and delicious - I wake up and look forward to starting my day with this great breakfast. The location is central to everything. Great rooftop pool and fitness gym with everything one needs for on the road workouts. And last but not least, the room is excellent with a Western style medium firm mattress, yet much softer than the ultra hard mattresses found in many Thai hotels. Also, very new hotel with spotless cleaning throughout. And all of this for a reasonable price. But as with any good business, while it has all the hard assets, it is the staff that makes this hotel outstanding.

This really is my favorite hotel location worldwide. They treat their guests better and provide more value- than any other hotel. My only wish for improvement is with all the nightlife in Pattaya- 6am-10am is too early for breakfast services to end. But because the breakfast here is so good- it’s worth time shifting activities or waking up early just for the amazing breakfast.

By far, the best hotel in Central Pattaya. The staff was the best. The day manager, Boss was so helpful at all times. He even went out of his way - on his way home one night - to stop at a bus station to check times and prices for my sudden trip to Hua Hin. His staff was so helpful and I didn't have to worry about anything. The dinning and maid staff was more than I could hope for. Boss and his employees, along with the Holiday Inn Express, are showing all other Pattaya hotels how to be number one. Absolutely loved staying here.

Reception team are doing a good job, management pay attention to IHG loyalty and make an effort assigning specific rooms per IHG diamond elite status. This is notable.
Hotel is decent at the right price. A good affordable IHG option in Pattaya.

Absolutely great. The rooms have nice furniture, everything is clean and feels modern. The gym is at the roof and is absolutely great for getting a workout in.

It's located in Central pattaya, the service, reception & the rooms are amazing.

I was also skeptical about choosing rooms in pattaya, as there are mixed reviews to every hotel around here,

This hotel is a very good 3-4 star hotel, you can skip any hesitation & enjoy your stay in Central pattaya at this hotel.

After living here for 3 months, I can say this is the best Holiday Inn location in Pattaya. It's central to all things in Pattaya.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast is very diverse and well made.
The rooms are comfortable and quiet.
The housekeeping staff is efficient and the rooms are always cleaned in a timely manner.
We cannot say enough good things about this Holiday Inn Central express location, it's front desk staff and all other staff of the facility.

Benz and wan Mai are very good employee and work very hard for the guest everyday. Benz is the best Ihg employee I have seen in 30 years.

Location, breakfast and room services are great. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. WiFi range is good. Looking for future stays 🥰

I have done long stay at this Hotel twice now.
It has excellent friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. My number 1 hotel in Pattaya.

Good budget hotel, with small and clean rooms.
Depending what you looking for, it has a location with many bars and some good restaurants in 5-10min walking distance.
Beach is about 15-20min normal walk.

The best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in, better than most Holiday Inns. Great location and the staff were friendly. It has its own pool, gym, excellent breakfast, free car parking, fast wi-fi, kettle/fridge. Very good air con too. Only minor drawbacks was the tv signal was a bit intermittent and water goes everywhere when you shower. Other than that a perfect stay

4 star hotel service and hospitality like 5 star . In the center of party place. But no noisy. Awesome breakfast

Nice getaway from Bangkok. Only 15 minutes walk to Pattaya walking street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance 👍👍

Great stay for us in June. Lots of activity around as far as shops and markets, easy to get Baht bus. Hotel is very clean and rooms large. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked well. Was a great room for the price and would stay again. Easy to get transport to airport or back to Bangkok. Breakfast was a Buffet and check in super easy and no issues. My one negative and is minor is the shower, absolutely needs a big glass panel or a curtain as the water goes all through the floor in bathroom.

I'm not going to bother add photos of this hotel since there is plenty of those already posted, hotel is great, you technically have anything you'd wish for, nice rooms, great staff, good coffee and breakfast in the morning, and what makes it even better is the location, perfect and close to everything, next time I'll be in Pattaya I will make sure I come back to this hotel.

Excellent place to stay, and the Receptions/Staff were very helpful, (Pan, Kathy, and others), all with beautiful smile.

The room cleaner(s), did an outstanding job, and it makes you to tip them for a job well done.

The breakfast area can show improvement as to making different styles of eggs, instead of just eating scramble eggs. The coffee machines should always be working, instead of waiting 8 minutes in line to get a cup of coffee.

Last, the guest or visitors should not be allowed to put their barefoot on the couch in the lobby.

Overall! I was happy with the Staff as always bring them gift from the US to share. I will plan to stay there again. Keep up with the good work, and God bless. Thank you!
