Great place. However I left a set of Bose headphones in a Bose case. Stayed in 909 from Jan 20 to 21. Ferg/Ferguson . I was hoping someone from there would read this and tell me if they could find them.

Clean and comfy room, good AC, free bicycle, nice staff even drove me to the market for shopping.
Saw squirrels in the garden.
For English, there is a man who speaks good English, staff will call him if we need any help. He helped me to book a bus ticket to Sukhothai from agency so as to save my time.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff/Owners are friendly and helpful. Nice quiet location. Local noodles just down the road opposite the Temple are good for a quick meal.

This is a very well cared for hotel. There is a separate closet space with enough space to put your stuff. They provide you with a kettle (for early risers among us) who want their first cup of coffee first thing in the morning. They provide instant coffee and additional three in one coffee. Our room was really quiet. All you hear are the crickets at night and birds in the morning. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the AC works great. They also provide a fan in the living room.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are very helpful, attentive, and polite. The two young ladies that runs the place are honed in on what the guest needs without asking for it. When we arrived the first day, it was hot day. As soon as we get out of the tuktuk, the mother comes running with the fan right away :). When we were sitting waiting for our tuktuk ride the next day, they made sure they had the fan on us. We must have looked really hot:).

The breakfast is good. They offer various kinds of coffee and its free with your breakfast. We tried the cappuccino and the had the caffe macchiato a couple of times. We had the rice with minced meat and rice pourage. Both were good. From the restaurant, you have a view of Wat Hatdawas. Walking distance is Wat Na Phra Meru Rachikaram, a nice buddhist temple.

There are food stalls around the hotel but they are only open until noon. There are small stores nearby if you want some snacks. Overall, this hotel is really nice. It has everything you need.

On a side note. We did not want to deal with a swarm of tuktuk drivers at the train station. So, we honestly did not know how much they charge. We walk a little bit out from the train station and found a nice old man and his tuktuk park along side of the road. He named his price, 150 Baht ($4.20) to get to the hotel. Did we haggle as typically suggested, no we did not. Do you really need to at $4.20??? We ended up using same old man to take us around for the tour for two half-days and used him again to take us back to the train station at the end of our stay. He was always on time and was patient. I wanted to get some fruits so we asked if he can take us to a market which he gladly did.

One of the nicest stays we've had in a month in Thailand. The ladies that run the hotel are real sweet and helpful. Even though the don't speak much English, we were still able to communicate just fine.

There are the ruins of an ancient wat directly across the street and that is your view as you are having breakfast! They also have a nice barista shop on the premises that makes very good coffee.

Our room was quite large by Thai standards with seperate sleeping, bathroom and living room areas. Aircon works fantastic and the hot water works quite well also.

We hope to have an opportunity to stay here again some day...!

It's very cozy, clean and well care here. Very big room and comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff.

The location is not bad, it's not on the main road but easy for walking around.

No card payment, they accept cash or bank transfer only.

They run a coffee shop as well, their caramel macchiato is nice to try 😊

Nice hotel in Ayutthaya, not far from historical park Ayutthaya. It has good location, quite clean and very cozy. The hotel is composed from garden houses with spacious rooms. Good value for money- the hotel is quite budget friendly, although has some drawbacks such as warm water which isn’t that warm. But in general I would recommend it for short stay in Ayutthaya. The staff (who are the owners I guess are very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! Internet, room, staff, quiet ambiance and just overall great service. I was staying at another hotel and had to move due to poor internet. I am so glad I found this place. They helped me talk to the TuKTuK driver and when I had an issue with the internet they solved it quickly.

The hospitality was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful affordable place to stay in Ayutthaya.

Annoyed, it's our First night here out of four we booked and I have enough to form a opinion. It's become booze town since last year visit. In the evening The surrounding house guests either are home boozer where they sit outside drinking on the front porch getting louder as it gets later. At 10:30pm I had to confront them on the porch opposite us as we wanted to sleep, in the morning I counted 4 Chang beer bottles on the outside table between just 2 people. . Or bar boozers who return home at 11:30pm slamming doors and shouting to each other. We were not allowed to sleep till either they passing out or going to sleep themselves. The insulation is poor as you can hear your neighbours cough and fart. The water pressure is really weak and there are cars and pickup trucks using the back road throughout the night. Also the center garden piece which was my favourite last time I was here was not sweep for days.we seem to be the only ones here not drinking or causing a nuisance to others. I suspect they have changed management.

UPDATE : the next morning we reported our experience and was issued another room which is semidetached. We are much happier and enjoyed a quiet night sleep. The breakfast is spectacular with a sweet lady I find adorable , she is also the cook I believe and a great one also. The above mentioned comment is the fault of the guests and we were unfortunate and I believe the hotel staff are somewhat aware of there behaviour. I recommend the Roti & egg for breakfast it's sweet and delicious. We are currently using the hotel scooter which is so good it's a real powerful one perfect for 2 people and the long journey we make also the gas consumption is economic. it's not those silly 50cc or 125cc depending on your luck ones you get from rented business. Yes I am relaxed and enjoying my stay .

A quiet relaxing place with some character. A simple room divided by wall into living area with a sofa, overlooking lush courtyard with water feature. Free bicycle rental means it's close enough to the sights, but far enough to escape them crowds. Owner Bob always jumped out of his chair to ask us if we needed anything. Older lady at breakfast equally lovely, and always left full! Everyday we ate breakfast overlooking the small Wat opposite. If you can walk/cycle stay here it worth the energy to be in this area! (Paid 100B tuktuk from train station)

Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. We hadn't even got out of the tuk tuk when our bags were taken to our room! Excellent breakfast roti (other options available - toast, cereal, fruit, eggs, etc.). Free use of bicycles. Clean, tidy, nice bathroom and Arctic air con! Would stay again.

We, a couple of 60, spent 2 nights here and rate it 5 stars for its friendly staff, cleanliness, relative quietness - occasional barking dog at night, breakfast, and value for money. The queen size beds are on the harder side. It is on the west side of the world heritage site. The nearest Wat is 1 min across the road and it is possible to walk to island Wats if you go right of Utong road through the compound of the University - an iron gate should not scare you. Free bicycles are great option offered by the owners - they were in a good working order. Tuk tuk offers asked for 70 - 80 Baht to the town centre about 2.4 km away but this was negotiated down.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Located near the historical ruins is great. A local seafood restaurant nearby was great. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly boutique hotel located opposite a stupa and close to several interesting temples. There's a decent breakfast and bicycles available. Q-Zone is a little far from Ayutthaya's small backpacker area but the Rim Klong restaurant is just round the corner, by the river.

Super friendly staff and the owner. During Covid-19 is a good for the Thais to come and stay here. If you loved to ride a bike, this place is near to many Buddist temples.
