Lovely friendly family run villas - clean and comfortable - with super helpful and caring hosts. Totally my sort of place and so close to the historical parts of town.

I can absolutely recommend this place!
We stayed 2 days at this place. It consists of multiple bungalows. It was absolutely clean and big. The host offers bicycles so you can discover the city by bike. All the staff is really nice and considerate. 👍🏽

This place was perfect for a short stay in Ayutthaya! The owners are so kind and accommodating and will do anything they can to make your stay pleasant. The personal bungalows are exceptionally clean and perfect for 2 people. They personally cooked us breakfast and lent my husband and I bikes to go around the city for the day. They will also organize any tuk tuks you may need throughout your stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and definitely would stay here again.

Good little cottage for the staycation away from Bangkok. Clean room, fresh bed sheets and towels, clean bathroom with a porch to relax outside. Gardens are well kept, making it feel very homely and nice. We walked to the main heritage site within 15 minutes.

Very nice accommodations. Arrived later than usual but host was ok. Rooms are nice with clean linens. Area is gated and well kept. Very unassuming as you drive up but pleasantly surprised overall. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were a big plus. Definitely will stay again when passing through.

Perfect little hideaway! Nestled off the main road past a grammar school, is a little oasis in Ayutthaya. The rooms are comfortable little house with porches to sit on and enjoy the cool night air after a long hot day of temple exploring. They have bicycles for the guests. The have a scooter for 24 hour rent, and have a tuk-tuk as well. Most of the temples are close. The area is quite at night. The family who runs it, also lives on site. They are extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. Lovely stay and would recommend to anyone.

Perfect place to stay if your visiting Ayutthaya. They have breakfast to get you started for the day and they can supply you with bikes to get the most out of the old town. The rooms are modern and clean. There’s WiFi and the staff, husband and wife are super super kind.

The friendly owners and clean rooms were wonderful. It is a relaxing guesthouse with an abundance of nature and animals.

It's located in the centre of Ayutthaya Old Town, excellent location.It's a beautiful new house and very clean, moreover the host is very helpful and friendly.I walked in booking there last week and enjoy staying snd cycling around , recommend!

If you are on the fence about this place, do it! I have never stayed in a place like this. The keeper was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean.

If there were more stars that could be assigned to this place, I would have given it. The breakfast served is delicious!! The hosts are so sweet and helpful.

Very nice place, clean rooms, very nice hosts and it is close to alot to see. Temples, elephants. Recomended.

Near by Ayutthaya historical places, and free bicycles.
English/Thai OK.

Only 15min walking from the first temple. The owner is very kind and ask you every morning if you are a special request.
