Very surprised to see bad reviews of this place. Whilst we only stayed for one night, we thought this place was lovely. Amazing AC in the rooms, perfect location, being within 5 minutes of the ruins and the night market. Bike rental very close by too. Staff were very friendly and had a WhatsApp service for English speakers for out of hours. Overall we loved it and thank you to the staff

Such a great hostel. They were so welcoming and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags with them all day before check in and made us feel at home. Wonderful hosts, would definitely recommend! Helped us rent bikes and gave us recommendations for tourist sites.

The staff here absolutely the kindest I've met during my trip in Thailand so far.

The son of the manager has excellent english skills are excellent and they went far out of their way to help me when I was in need.

It was a really nice experience to stay in the Hotel, the People were really nice to us, the food was really good, the Hotel Rooms were clean and comfortable (even with balcony) and the location was perfect to visit all the temples and ruins around us.
All in all a great Place to stay wich i consider to everybody!!

Rooms are clean and ok, however the best thing about the hotel was the location (right next to the old temples of Ayutthaya) and the services and friendliness provided by the owner.
She really made me feel at home and was super kind!

Nice hotel with perfect location - just opposite to the archeological park! It has a little restaurant with good food where you can pay by card. I recommend it to everyone

The guesthouse is situated in the center of Ayutthaya city close to its historical park. It is literally a 5 to 10 minute walk. I had a room with a balcony that had everything I needed, including air conditioning and Wifi. The staff was very kind and helpful. Their English is very minimal but they were able to help me with everything I needed. The food in their restaurant was great, I would recommend their sweet and sour with chicken! It's very tasty and of course not spicy. Through the guesthouse I got to do a boat tour which was wonderful. I got to see historical significant places in Ayutthaya city from a boat. Lastly, the price for everything was very reasonable. I've been in Thailand many times and this is by far one of the places that has normal pricing.

Lovely small guest house with very friendly and accommodating staff. Good location for the center of ayutthaya, great base for exploring the area. Transfer to train station via tuk tuk was provided for small cost

They provide good hotel service. You can rent bicycle here as well at a cheaper rate to tour the ancient city.
