Phi Phi Holiday Resort

Wonderful Thai resort. Beautiful clean environment and lovely accommodating staff. The three pools are all wonderful. The two infinity pools are absolutely gorgeous. The sunset infinity pool is spectacular, the family pool is friendly and the lower infinity pool is beautiful. I stayed here for a large number of nights with my husband and young daughter in the peak season. It was quiet, serene, so, so beautiful environment. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the accommodation is spectacular with the widest range of food I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this beautiful resort.

We stayed for 5 days. The place is really calm and quiet, perfect for those who don’t like many people around. The room we stayed at was a bit old fashioned, but spacious and with all necessary tools (-1 for no electrical sockets by the bed). Resort is now renovating all the rooms, so in near future all of the rooms should be redecorated. The Resort itself is awesome! 4 pools, couple of bars and 24/7 access to the beach. The place is far from main places on the island, accessible only by boat.
I totally recommend upper pool.
Outside the resort are couple more restaurants run by the locals, places with Thai massage or boat trips sellers.

Great beach with amazing locations ro spend many hours. The hotel sunsent pool is wonderful and the hotel staff are very nice and kind. We got upgraded room with sea view and the sunrise in the morning is amazing. We liked it very much

An absolutely beautiful holiday resort. The staff are so friendly snd helpful. The food at all restaurants was delicious. For an island resort away from the crowds and cities you could not ask for more. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and are sad to leave .

The resort located in a beautiful place . We had been stayed there for 5 days . Those 5 days we got very good service and caring from the staff . Thank you so much Nadia and Bank for your care towards us in the whole stay . You people always had a smile in your face that make us to smile and feel happy all the time of staying there .And my kid don't wanna come back from the resort . Phi phi holiday resort is a good choice we made 😊

Secret spot in Phi Phi, away from the noise and crowded part of the island, the hotel is very nice, bungalows have pretty decent space and we got an upgrade with sea view. Staff was friendly but sin some cases English was very limited, but you always find ways to communicate. The Thai buffet was delicious, a bunch of different local flavors, chef was taking care of everything and recommend us to try different dishes, big clap to Papaya Salad with sticky rice. Important thing to know, if you stay here you might not need to go to phi phi at all like in our case we booked our 5 hours trip to Maya beach and other places for 60 usd, because you can book all tours from the very same hotel, consider that going to phi phi is very expensive for a short trip (45 usd aprox)

A beautiful and tranquil resort.
We stayed in one of the recently renovated the beachfront rooms.

Management were very accommodating.

-Modern rooms (not all rooms have been modernised but are in progress). Initially allocated to a room which required renovation and did not meet our expectations. However management attended to our needs and provided us with a modern beachfront room.

-Super fast wifi
-Food from all restaurants was superb.
-Monkey bar very accommodating to serve mocktails by the beach.
-Great location.
-Extremely relaxing.
-Great service, all staff were extremely helpful especially Pooky & Nin.
- Very reasonably priced transfers from hotel to phuket airport
- Great 4 hour private longtail boat trip (including multiple snorkelling dives) around phi phi island and Pileh Lagoon. (Captain Ibrahim)

I stayed here with my girlfriend in June last year and absolutely loved it here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed in was pretty basic but comfortable clean and cosy and the views were amazing with there own beach front and very secluded. The food was beautiful too. They have 4 bars and a big range of cocktails to choose from and they also have 4 swimming pools and they have tours going straight from the resort. What more could you want really? Would be perfect for family and cupples on their honeymoon that just a nice quiet relaxing holiday away from all the hussel and bussel. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I go to Koh Phi Phi

I am not a fan of invasive resorts in the nature, but the Holiday is a real gem.
The staff is incredibly nice, I have no idea how they deal with very demanding tourists with a smile on their face.
You can start different tours of various bays and beaches directly from the resort, they will take care of everything.
Also very nice all the small restaurants and cocktails bars on the beach just few steps away.
If you plan to have different tours, there's no need to book the villa with pool: the resort has different pools (all beautiful), including the "sunset pool" the is amazing in the evening.

Absolutely recommended if you, like me, had a very huge headache trying to find the best option to stay in Phi Phi!

This resort was our best stay during the whole Thailand trip, even compared to resorts where we paid more per night. Excellent facilities, very welcoming staff, brilliant location (no contest), and great value for money. Me and my wife, we both enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in one of those rooms that a short 5 min walk from the beach, but at a higher ground, so we had a great view of the ocean from the backyard and neat the sunset bar, so a nice relaxing location.

Despite some poor recent reviews the resort isn’t as bad as the reviews suggest. We stayed for 2 nights in a basic garden bungalow and it was very clean and well maintained. There are parts that have fallen into disrepair (this is to be expected due to Covid) the staff are working hard on maintaining the resort. Breakfast options are good. Plenty of helpful staff and the beach is amazing.

Cool resort! This hotel is tough to get to and you have to take multiple small boats. The transfer shuttle boat provided by the hotel was full so we had to "charter" our own long boat. The journey was bumpy and didn't feel very safe, but was definitely an experience! The views from our hotel room were awesome and totally picturesque if you opt for the room with private pool. Food options are limited (you're on a small island) so bring snacks and drinks, especially because things close down early, get busy, and the restaurant staff is pretty slow. Overall a great experience though and I do recommend this hotel!

Incredibly beautiful and tranquil resort. The staff are really friendly and helpful! Ming on staff is amazing,what a true gentleman!!! Rooms are great and the deluxe beach rooms are highly recommended, this is the closest I've ever stayed to the ocean.

Amazing beach with cristal clear water and corals.
Hotel needs and has a lot of maintenance and is still going on. When fully renovated this will be one of the best hotels in this area.
Rooms are not perfect but confortable beds and good A/C.
TV channels didn't work, but was able to stream via wifi and the laptop to the tv.
Wifi excellent for remote work, even bought an extra simcard what was not needed and had 5G.
No big stores around only small ones for basic needs. But for 1200 bath you can take a long tail to main areas for 7/11 etc.
Breakfast was very basic, but they had a good coffee machine in the room.

An amazing place to relax and unwind. Recommend to stay a minimum of 2 days.

Transportation
If you opt for the transportation arranged by the resorts (~1500bhat). You will be picked up from airport and then on a speed boat to reach the resort which was executed and coordinated by the team very well..
After you reach the resort there are many long tail boats available in case you wish to visit some nearby islands..

Things to do,
Swimming Pool, beach, kayaking, snorkelling, spa( really great) indoor games like chess, table tennis etc.
The sunset bar/pool is a beautiful location to spend the evening.

Food
Buffet breakfast is good with many options,
However lunch and dinner was average. There are other options along the beach.

Overall the resort is an amazing place with humble and helpful staff with a spectacular sunset view point and a beautiful beach.

It's an amazing resort
For us, 2 things about this resort made it an exceptional stay
1. The ocean sunset pool room - I strongly suggest you take this room especially if you're going with your partner. The sunset view, the room everything was just perfect, I can't describe in words
2. The private beach - it was so calm and serene there, away from the crowd and hassel. The beach was also very clean and the water was very clear. We did snorkeling (though didn't see any fish! Hehe) but had a lottt of fun
The staff was also very nice and courteous.
The only drawback is, it is veryyyyy far from the main phi phi Island. So if you're going there thinking you'll explore phi phi viewpoints and nightlife, then please go for 2 nights, because you just can't do it in 1 night
All in all, it was a wonderful stay here
