Phi Phi Villa Resort

Good location, reasonably far from the party area. Nice accommodation and satisfying breakfast. The pool's amazing, although could stay open longer than 7PM. The surrounding services (shops, restaurants, other resorts) seemed higher quality than in the central part of the island.

Amazing perfect heaven on Phi Phi. Far away from the party beaches and partygoers. Excellent and lovely rooms, nice staff, decent breakfast. Pool is clean, the beach is quiet and feels very private. Was here in early December so experience may vary. Restaurant is close so you don't need to leave this place. Way nicer on this side of the island.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Feb 2024. Nice resort, clean and relatively quiet rooms. We stayed in one of the villas. Beds are hard as many people described, but didn’t bother us at all. Breakfast might be the only thing not that great, but that depends on people’s subjective view. Booked private long tail boat via hotel and they hooked us up with a great captain, Arslan, who took us around the islands at our own pace. All in all great stay in one of the quieter areas of Ko Phi Phi.

Awesome trip 🥰 I stayed at Phi Phi villa for 3 nights. the resort has been renovated, privacy beachfront and swimming pool facing to the sea. Love it. 😍😍 The room is clean, also staffs are very helpful. I really enjoy the food. recommend to stay here 👍👍

Ok this is the best hotel you will find on Koh Phi Phi! Trust me. I am particularly difficult and not sure why there are bad reviews. The beach is gorgeous, it’s calm, the room have everything they need, gym is decent, breakfast is quiet and calm with good food, the personnel is nice and helpful. I cannot imagine there is a better hotel on this island relative to the price you pay. The beach access is just incredible. We had such a wonderful stay. The room soundproofing is not the best. But it is relatively in one of the quietest area of the island. If you expect Shangri La - stay in Bangkok ;) but on this island - it’s best you will get by far. My 2 cents.
FYI - the mattress is indeed hard, but I don’t mind it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Bus at reception was so friendly, helpful and patient, always assisting with a smile as with all the staff here. The location is great, away from the growds and noice but still close enough if you want a night out. The resort is beautiful and has literally everything you need. Would come back here any time.

Staff are really helpful an nice.
Room is cozy and clean good for 3 star.
They have shampoo,treatment and body soap.
Aircon is working find and bery importantly has dry mode!!!(previous hotel didn't have dry mode and room was humid like sauna)
Just toilet cannot flash paper so you need to use water to wash your mess. And toilet doesn't smell good but its not that bad.
Overall, staff made our stay very pleasant.

We took a family room. Two double beds. Clean and comfterble.
The room was right in front of the beach. Great location.
The pool is nice, the breakfast is varied and tasty.

I've been at the Villa Resort two times now and i'll stay there whenever i visit Phi Phi again.

If you book a room or villa at this resort, someone will wait for you at the pier, as you arrive at Phi Phi. Pick up point is in front of McDonalds. You can not miss it. The staff will take your luggage and bring it to your room. So you can have a walk to the resort, whithout having to struggle with your bags or backpack.

The staff will also carry your luggage back to the Pier, when you leave Phi Phi. This service is included.

The villas are beautiful, very clean and quiet. You get a big room with veranda and a lot of storage. A beach basket and two umbrellas are found in every Villa.

The location is perfect to reach some of the more quiet beaches of Phi Phi, but you can also walk over to the party areas, without having their noise at night.

The showers are way above the Thai standard and the water pressure and temperature are perfect.

You should know, that the tap water on Phi Phi is not for drinking and sometimes smelly. This will apply for all hotels on Phi Phi. The water also causes the showers to look a bit dirty, which is totally normal. If you don't belive me, clean them up by yourself and wait for about two days.

The beds in the villas are very comfortable and the air condition is suited for the size of the room.

The air condition can be set down to 24°C only, because of environmental reasons. But it has a sleep well mode, so you can use it during your sleep, whithout too much noise.

The breakfast is at the second floor, above the lobby. Shoes are not allowed but it is very clean and you can get some slippers, if you want to. The options at the breakfast are good and you can have a good view at the sea, depending on which table you choose to eat at.

The Villa Resort has an own mini market, which is open 24/7. I recommend to buy some of these anti mosquito spirals, to use them at your veranda. In the evening there might be a lot of mosquitos, because the villas are surrounded by a garden.

The resorts Restaurant is directly at the beach, which allowes you to have a drink or a very good meal, while having an awesome view. The prices at the Restaurant are reasonable and in most instances even cheaper than the prices at other Restaurants on this Island.

The staff is friendly and helpful. You can ask them to book a tour or a transfer to your next destination. The prices are good and the booking is uncomplicated.

If you choose to book a pivate longtail boat, to visit Maya Bay, Bamboo Island, etc., there is a small pick up point, only two minutes away from the lobby.

The pool looks very nice and clean, but i did not use it this time.
I did not try the Phi Phi Villa Massage.

Also a good thing:
There are no monkeys or dogs in this area.

One resort is nice locate next the beach. Walk from the pier 10 minute. Nice pool and garden have space for sun bath on beach. I will come back again. Recommend this place.

My family came from Los Angeles and worried about the place, turned out, we are all so impressive with Beautiful resort with the mixed of modern luxury and conservative looking nature style, peaceful quiet, no noisy of crazy people dancing around. Big clean swimming pool, good for my family fun time. Beautiful clean sand beach with very responsible staff to clean the beach every day. Good food, free breakfast serving, we can buy lunch and dinner with nice views of ocean side. Nice beautiful ocean view. Good customer service. Close to hiking area to the top of mountain to see the whole island. Ocean is clear, we can see many fish and coral reefs, my children are all excited and very happy to be able to get so close with the nature. This is one of my favorite family good experiences. I really love, enjoy and recommend.

We stayed at Phi Phi Villa Resort for 7 nights and it was absolutely perfect for our first time visiting the island.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member at the pier who put our bags on a trolley which was brought to our room after check in. They also do this when you leave which was so helpful!

The resort is located in a perfect spot which is an easy 10 minute stroll from the pier and the main area, making it very peaceful and quiet. The resort has a nice swimming pool and is right on the beach which we absolutely loved. They also have a 24 hour mini mart which is really convenient.

We stayed in a luxury deluxe villa which was huge! The facilities all worked fine and we slept really well here.

Some things I read in the reviews before our stay:

Mosquitoes & cats- they’re everywhere on the island so if you’re concerned, Phi Phi might not be the place for you. We bought a plug in device for our room for the mosquitoes which helped a lot, and wore repellent at all times.

Deposit- you need to pay a 1000THB deposit. We did expect this from reading the reviews and we got it back at the end of our stay with no issue.

Beds- they’re firm, but this is pretty common in most of Asia.

Breakfast- you will need to remove your shoes to access the upstairs breakfast area, but again, not a big deal for us and the floors were super clean. There’s a wide variety with eggs including an omelette station where they’ll make your choice (so cool!), toast, noodles, pastries, fried rice etc. it’s the same sort of breakfast you can expect at any hotel in Thailand.

Overall, we absolutely loved staying here and didn’t want to leave! The room was great for the price, in a perfect location and the staff were so friendly. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

One perfect place to stay with family! No joke! If you want to spend a reasonable price for a great investment in your holiday, don't wait!!

Very good place to spend a few days there the facilities are very good and the pool in the.center of everything near the beach at 10 meters fantastic

Great place especially the location. Towards the calm side but close to walk to many shops and restaurants. Villas are large and comfortable with privacy. Super close to the beach with a great pool. Perfect for families. No alcohol but lots all around as needed. Breakfast decent too with omelette made to order each morning. Staff friendly and minimart on site with in room fridge.

Great stay in our little villa even better than the pictures. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Perfect location less than 5 min walk to main strip. Mini mart around the corner to buy food and drinks which you can have around the pool or in your room. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Tar was amazing and with hisnteam have us the best customer service, extra touches to make our stay the most memorable and special time with my mum. I've stayed in many places on the island, this is definitely the best. Not only because the rooms are beautiful, well Kept, lovely gardens but the best location and peaceful surroundings. Beach front sunrise coffee, delicious breakfast and lots of communal areas and a beach garden to chill in the evening. A side of Phi Phi away from crowds and party.

Phi phi phi is one of my favourite island and I always stay at phi phi villa resort. The rooms and staff are amazing. It’s on the quiet side of the island with fabulous views,it’s closes enough to walk into the man town.
