The hostess is really lovely and caring. Rooms were definitely fair for the price. Book your tours and ferry tickets at hers, prices are fair and you can change dates if weather is bad (+ she cares for you to have a good trip).
Ps: take the half- or full-day trip at 6:30 am, it’s worth it to get up that early + price is fair.

Ps: walls of the rooms are not thick, so you can hear people talking outside of the room. Can be annoying at night when some party people come home and have their chat right in front of your room.

Lovely staff. It's perfect for anyone on budget. It's bed to sleep in after a good night and you get a nice fresh cool shower. Anyone leaving a bad review here needs to review how much they paid for the room which was less £10 a night.

staff if very friendly, rooms are clean but you are a tip far from the center compared to other places (max 10mins tho) you have free wifi and AC and they also offer activities that are really worth it in my opinion!

Had a great stay here, confused why this hostel has any bad reviews! The rooms/bathrooms were very clean and it was super affordable. Soh was an amazing host too, she is so sweet and helped my group a lot with ferry bookings and a boat ride! Not a party hostel vibe but would recommend for a more relaxing stay that’s still close to the main area!

Pretty nice place to stay - we got an aircon room and it was clean and comfortable. Far enough away you won’t hear the music at night but close enough to walk to town within five minutes. Would definitely recommend this place if you don’t want to stay right in the heart of all the action, but still want to get there quickly.

Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the curtains work very well. Only thing to improve maybe just the consistency between showers but once you figure out which one has the sauce you’re set.

Beautiful & super clean guest house very near to the pier and beach. Friendly people who made our stay wonderful. Enjoyed the complementary & welcome drinks.

The host of this hotel is absolutely amazing any problems she can help you. So nice and sweet and made our time in phi phi so great. She can also help with booking day trips and give you the best prices on the island

Great location away from most of the noise at night. This is a one star accommodation, bearing that in mind it was clean, did not smell and staff were friendly enough! We stayed here for 4 night in total and felt comfortable throughout our stay here

Great place to stay for the price. Near enough to the bars to go out at night but far away that it's not loud. The outside seating was nice as it meant we could meet our neighbor's. The room was quite hot but that was expected without AC.

Stayed here again- did not disappoint. Staff still as friendly (they even remembered me from last time), rooms are perfect for the price, and still quiet enough to sleep comfortably! I recommend this place to anyone who’s visits Phi-Phi

Love this place. Nice, quiet location, friendly and helpful personal. Keep in mind that the cheapest room has no hot water and only fan. It was hot, so I enjoyed my one week stay there.

Was a great stay. Staff were friendly and kind. Went with a group of friends, rooms were clean. Really good location, short walk from a lot of restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this place.

You get what you pay for, it's a one star hotel on a quite part of the island. Our room was clean, the Aircon worked and the staff was friendly. For the price you can't really ask for more.

Room is not that good but its OK compared with other hotels in phi phi. but yhe location is very near to beach party place..

The owner is very nice, beds are good, and the price is very correct. In addition your far from the party places so it's calm, but not to far from it if you want to go for it
