If you get sick that's the place you want to be in. Amazing care and service, felt like in the 5* hotel. Staff extremely caring and friendly, was actually sorry that I have to leave. Thanks again for everything!

Precisei de atendimento recentemente, e gostei muito do tratamento recebido. Equipe atenciosa, boas instalações e a comunicação toda em inglês. Tive que passar uma noite na clínica e tive atendimento praticamente instantâneo durante o tempo que permaneci ali. Fui embora muito melhor, e com os medicamentos devidamente identificados e etiquetados para continuar com a medicação por conta. Muito obrigada pelos cuidados e atenção que recebi de toda a equipe. Recomendo.

Tuve una cortada bajandome de un bote, en la clinica me atendieron muy bien, me pusieron suturas con procedimientos limpios, las enfermeras y medicos se esmeran por hacer lo mejor, hablan perfecto inglés, me dieron los medicamentos y aplicaron vacuna contra el tétano. Me dieron recibos de todo para presentar al seguro e incluso me enviaron una copia al correo electrónico. Después de la intervención ofrecieron llevarme en un carro hasta el hotel.

Minha esposa passou mal por algo que comeu. O atendimento muito atencioso e cuidadoso. Fizeram o exame de samgue na hora e detecetaram infecção por bacteria e que ja estava desidratada. Minha esposa dormiu em um quarto na propria clinica para receber antibiotico e soro. A médica falava bem inglês. Os enfermeiros falavam um pouco.

Short review: watch out for jacked up prices and false information.

Came here for my partner's vaccination after a monkey bite rabies scare. Called on the phone to make sure they did it - man confirmed they had the VeroRab vaccine, and that it would cost 1250 baht. I asked if this was definite, he reassured me, yes this is correct. We got to the clinic 5 minutes later and they tell us it's now 1555 baht, and that the man on the phone was confused. After complaining that this is not what was quoted to us on the phone, they tell us if we don't have the money go somewhere else. Pretty disappointing service - I would expect a quote on the phone to be committed to. If a staff member quotes incorrectly, this is usually a cost to the business, not the customer.

Next, after I paid the new inflated price, we're told this clinic doesn't have VeroRab (despite the phone confirmation, and showing them the VeroRab booklet before paying). They say they have something different but with a "similar action" - Speeda.

The only reason this clinic gets two stars instead of one is because the nurse called a doctor that had some experience with the vaccines for me to talk to, who advised us that it would be OK to change vaccine type.

It may be chance, but the vaccine was also administered much more painfully than the last two Thai clinics where she got jabs, leaving an audibly 'squishy' pool of liquid in the muscle.
