Natai Resort

5 star experience. Location amazing. Staff amazing. Food was very good. Warm waters of the Andaman sea. Pool amazing. Our room was very nice with loads of room and space but did feel slightly outdated.

Beautiful beachfront resort with a quiet location on Natai Beach. A fantastic getaway for a nice change from the crowds in Ao Nang or Phuket.

We thought the sunsets in Krabi couldn't be beat...until we arrived at Natai Beach Resort. A beautiful setting with a seemingly private beach, sunset happy hour & seaside restaurant. Still not sure why we left this place to go home?

Very quiet and out of the way. Helpful concierge. Big modern lobby and rooms. Transportation to activities can be difficult but an easy walk to the beachfront. “Beachfront” view from rooms is mostly just of their luxury pool, but still very relaxing.

We were in Phuket for a friends wedding and stayed here with many of the wedding guests. We really loved it. We had a room with it's own little pool and access directly to the main pool area. The room was large and nicely decorated. The main pool area was great and not busy considering the hotel was fully booked. The beach was actually super quiet, even Infront of the hotel which was a surprise and stretched for miles. We had a great stay and even returned after another hotel let us down. We will be back for sure.

This resort is really lovely, a wonderful resort for everyone who is after a relaxing holiday. The resort has a huge, beautiful, swimming pool and is situated on the beach, with great swimming and walking on the long, clean, beach.

It is quite remote, so, a tip or 2:-

. ask and arrange for a day or more out with a resort driver to show you around/the sights; this, particularly if/when shared with others, can be a quite inexpensive way to sight see;

. there are 2 Thai restaurants on the beach, in short walking distance (turn right when walking out to the beach), which have really nice, authentic, Thai food, at reasonable prices. These are good to mix and match with the resort restaurant, which, situated on the beach, has a great location, with a good menu and food.

Day trips to the islands can also be arranged, however, be aware that they are expensive, with most requiring driving to and from Phuket for pickup and drop off. The actual island trips are expensive, when taken from the resort, with the transfers to and from Phuket adding to a quite expensive day.

Yet, all in all, a really great resort, for everyone, singles, couples and families, alike.

We are 4 days into a 20 day relaxation holiday and are really liking and enjoying our stay….the resort is not new and like any resort has a few tiny hiccups but staff immediately try to resolve issues.
The rooms ,restaurant and grounds are immaculately clean.
The swimming pool is one of the best I have ever seen…large and clean .In my opinion ,it’s the jewel here.
The restaurant has an adequate set menu but I’m assured they will cook anything a guests required within their abilities.
The prices are reasonable and the food tasty
The staff are a credit to the resort ..they are friendly ,happy and go out of their way to make your holiday an enjoyable experience . Very professional and diligent.
This holiday suits us because we require a calm and relaxing time in a beautiful environment.
However ,people who need to be entertained and a wish to explore would need to get taxis daily to take them further afield ,as resort a bit isolated.
I’m sure staff would definitely assist guests in any transport requirements…

Great services by well-trained hotel staffs. Hotel is a bit far from main road, but I got calm in exchange. Room is clean and comfortable.
Spacious Pool is the gem of this hotel.
Breakfast is OK, not various choices like big chain hotels in Phiket, but still enough for us to choose what we like. I love the breakfast building, great view, nice atmosphere.

I am very like this hotel, quite & big territory, friendly staff, not so busy, perfect location with incredible beaches. Nice for family. Big room & clear room. Visit at March 2023. I recommend this hotel. And thanks for your service!🙏

I definitely recommend this place, amazing views, huge pool, great hotel and fantastic staff.

I highly recommend their romantic dinner by the beach experience, the staff setup a beautiful dining area and went above and beyond to move us inside and then back out when it rained briefly.

We were lucky to stay here when they were doing a la carte breakfast which was brilliant. The buffet was good, but not the same standard.

As everyone else has said it's slightly aging and the gym is closed but it didn't take away from the experience.

We here by named of Khao Lak. Also the hotel were the same brand of last night we were there in Phuket

Room were great designed and full amenities set up as need. However some furniture looked a bit aged.
We had pool access with private swimming pool from room similar last night from Phuket.

Service from counter were excellent. We planning for one day trip as snorkeling but seem we so tired then we decided for easy going on side of swimming pool and beach at front much better that way.

The location really escape from know where.

Recommend to buy something as convenient store if you like. As per hotel really isolated. 😄😄😄

It’s an inexpensive 5-star hotel with an amazing paradise beach with literally no one there.

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as memorable as possible. Special shoutout to Por (Poramat Y.) for its invaluable help solving a problem with a flight booking. Yuri was also very helpful with this issue. Overall I would say that the staff is the best that this hotel has to offer. They even provided a cake fee of charge for my wife’s birthday.

The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities one could expect in a 5-star hotel. I would agree however that a small update and better maintenance would help. However I think this is reflected on the price.

The hotel is far away from any major town but this is exactly what we were looking for: a quiet location. It is close to the airport (30 minute drive).

The restaurant and bar are fairly priced taking into account the quality of the dishes and the fact that you can have it literally on the beach.

The gym has new equipment but when I used it the AC was off.

Beautiful resort, staff are very friendly and helpful, food is great and right on the beach. We have the pool villa which was amazing

Thank you for taking care and taking care of this vacation. I like the quiet, clean, comfortable here. The rooms are clean, beautiful, suitable for relaxing a lot, good food, clean and large swimming pool. It is very impressive. And I will come back and relax here next time.

I live in Phuket. I just saw this hotel on the Google map and wanted to stay for a day. They just finished a re-decking of the pools, and it turned out so nice. We ate at the restaurant also and we're surprised how delicious our food was and at a reasonable cost. I recommend this resort highly

Suberb location, very relaxing stay. Bed was comfortable and breakfast well above average. We dined in the restaurant on the evening and the meal was fabulous and very reasonable for the quality of food. Staff were extremely welcoming and service impeccable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This lovely place faces the sea, so pristine water, great staff, lovely food. We come there every week with our jetski for lunch or coffee. Very beautiful and well maintained...

I love staying at this hotel. The room is a bit old but service is good. And the beach and pools here is super good.
