Pacific Club Resort

Great hotel! It was opened in 2004 but they renovate the rooms every 2 years. We got really spoiled here! Rooms are spacious and super clean. Interior is beautiful. Bathroom - very nice and clean. There is big balcony looking to the garden. Beds are extremely comfy (from the first night we slept like babies). Air conditioning is quiet, not like some other hotels where you can hear it while sleeping. Whole place has this super chill resort vibe. Breakfast is delicious - not huge variety of food - but basically all you need from eggs, waffles, delicious bread and fruits. Also they cook for you warm breakfast if you like. Restaurant has great variety of dishes and is very reasonably priced. Massage studio is also very reasonably priced. The staff are extremely nice and friendly. The pool is on the roof top with nice view. Excellent!

A superb hotel. Loved the garden with the jacuzzi and sauna, the rooftop pool with the beautiful view, and most importantly one of the greatest and kindest staff we ever had! A special thanks and kudos to all of them.
We had a very cute room and breakfast was great.
The hotel is a bit away from the mass tourism beach (which is a good thing), and it will only take you 3 minutes to reach the beach/city with a scooter.
Definitely recommend and would come again, we really had great value for money!

Fantastic trip. The staff were amazing , friendly and helpful.
The 2 bed room suite was beautiful, clean and well equipped and perfect for our family.Our balcony had lovely sea views. We enjoyed the roof top pool, spa pool and herbal steam room .
Breakfast buffet had a great tasty selection.
Couples massage was just what we needed after a hectic trip back to the uk.
Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

This place is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience at a resort! It’s so private and magical. The staff goes above and beyond to help and to serve you. The resort itself is gorgeous and clean, inside and out. The steam sauna is a dream come true. The manager was such a pleasure to talk to. We consider him family now. I don’t have enough good words to describe this place! Everything about it is amazing. An unmatched experience!!
My husband drinks and I do not. This place was a safe haven for him to drink without having to be in town for the huge parties. I really appreciated that. :)

This hotel is perfect! The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful and the food is very delicious. Everything is clean and the cleaning of the room is excellent. We had a wonderful stay in a spacious room with a balcony. I recommend it, it's the best choice! :)

We loved our stay at Pacific Club! Small hotel that was lovely and quiet - we often felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! Staff are attentive and friendly and speak excellent English. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Breakfast is excellent - plenty of options and variety for all preferences. You can watch the glorious Thai sunsets from the rooftop pool with a drink in hand. Easy ten minute walk to the beach and to a 7/11 for any quick needs. 12 minutes walk to the main street of Karon. Some excellent restaurants within walking distance and beautiful lush jungle surrounding the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Absolutely excellent resort; I almost cannot say enough positive things about it! A short walk from the beach, but very accessible on foot. The staff were top-notch; professional, friendly, prompt and always ready with a smile. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was the best it could be. The restaurant was fantastic for lunch and breakfast. As it is a smaller resort, neither the restaurant, nor the rooftop pool was ever crowded (in fact, both were nearly empty during my stay). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced at any hotel I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot). This was the perfect place for my vacation, and I cannot thank the Pacific Club Resort enough. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others, or to stay there again the next time I am in Phuket. Thank you!

Really fantastic place with the best staff ever . Rooms are great and clean, breakfast very good and the view from the rooftop pool (open 24/7) is simply stunning. Great location (15mins walk from the center) so it's very peaceful and quiet.

Great hotel with very nice decor and lovely furnishings. Rooms are very large and sensibly furnished.
There is a rooftop pool with nice view and a steam sauna and whirlpool on the first floor and a small, good fitness studio.
Breakfast was very tasty and fresh.
It is a little out of the way but only 7 minutes to the beach and 7Eleven.
I would book this hotel again.

We truly enjoyed our staying in the Pacific club resort. We experienced the SEA hospitality here, which is heart warming. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The hotel manager has many years of experience working in hospitality that shows in his attention to every detail.

This hotel was simply amazing.

From arrival to departure, the staff were lovely, friendly and excellent at their jobs.

The hotel itself was fantastic. The pool is even better in real life, open 24/7 and incredible views during the day and at night. You can even order drinks and food for tables in the pool.

The room was amazing, lots of thoughtful touches. Everything was working and high quality. The beds were very comfortable and you can see that the owners and staff look after everything extremely well.

The food and drink were also excellent. There was a large selection and everything we ordered was high quality, yet reasonably priced. Again, exceptional service by the staff who try their best to make things special. You can sit and eat/drink in numerous places throughout the hotel - they'll deliver it throughout. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choice and everything high quality and tasty.

It was a 10 min walk to the beach and easy to get around. However we did find ourselves spending most of our time in the hotel as it was so relaxing with all the great facilities.

Would recommend highly and we are aiming to come back. My only hope is that all the good reviews don't increase prices or change anything!

Wonderful hotel and staff.
Rooms are spacious with an excellent aircon, new mattress, and large balcony. The hotel itself has a wonderful breeze being high up in the hills which creates a really relaxing open feeling all windows are open.
Breakfast is excellent. Hire a motorbike directly from the hotel.
The roof top pool is stunning.
Wifi although is not the fastest by today's standards 35/15 its super stable all over the hotel and i worked remotely with regular teams video meetings for 3 days with no issues.
I liked the hotel so much i tried to stay longer but fully booked.
Stayed in the basic garden view room.
Will definately be back.

The best hotel I have ever been to. The entire buliding is very clean including the rooms. The staff made our stay even more special with their kindness. The food they have in the restaurant is also perfect. We definitely come back one day

Exceptional service, staff who really care about there customers. You are really made to feel at home. Best rooftop pool in the area with award-winning restaurant food. Oh yea, a great massage and spa treatments. Close to everything one would want or need.

I had a 15-min complimentary foot massage + 30 minute back massage which was simply amazing. I felt so light and refreshed after. The room was very well designed. Great place! Location's just a bit further from restaurants, if you don't mind walking then that's fine.

Generally everything that is there in this hotel is very good. The staff works hard to help you and make your stay better. Short distance from the hotel is mostly everything you usually need for a visit in Phuket - beach / shops / restaurants / etc. But the hotel is very peaceful and our favourite, like many, was the pool on terrace.

The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. I'm an English speaking Canadian, and all of the staff spoke perfectly fine English. As well as other languages. The view at night is gorgeous! I should mention the roof top pool is open 24hrs a day. And at night you can see Big Buddha! Not mention the Ocean view coupled with breathtaking sunsets! Everything I hoped for and more!! I booked for 3 days and ended up staying for 9 days. I most definitely will be back!! Love Karon Beach and thr people I've met here!! Highly recommended 👌✌

Staying at the Pacific Club Resort was the highlight of our trip to Thailand this past May (long overdue but life back home got in the way). This boutique hotel has absolutely everything you could want or need without any of the stuffiness of a 5-star hotel. The rooms and facilities are super clean, the maids are awesome and thoughtful, and the rooftop pool is amazing!!! The spa also has great 2 for 1 deals. The ladies there were professional and created a very quiet and relaxing environment for our jasmine rice scrub and massage. The breakfast buffet also has an incredible selection - any type of coffee, hot food including Thai food, continental options, any kind of eggs, including eggs benny, French toast, fresh juices and fruit. Don't understand why any reviewer would complain. I am super picky with food and was over the moon with breakfast. We were also very happy to have dined in a couple of evenings. When we return to Phuket, we won't search any further - this is the only hotel I will return to. Thank you to all of the people who helped arrange a birthday cake for my husband and a special shout out to Chai and Ricky - amazing service from you and all of the staff. Thank you for the amazing and memorable stay!

I only been there for Breakfast buffet cuz i stay in the other property in their company, the breakfast and environment was like a tropical resort on the hill. Breakfast was good, lots of varieties of breads n cheese n desserts. U can order many kind of eggs, they would make once order, brilliant !
