Some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had! As other people commented, this place is beautiful and the service is terrific. We listened to the waitress recommendations and it did not disappoint! They were also very accommodating of some of our dietary needs, even splitting a dish to 2 plates so that we can both enjoy it.

The only beef I have with this place is the cheap pour of the wine. I don’t mind the NY prices for wine in Thailand but I do mind a cheap pour. That’s something management should do something about.

All in all, highly recommended!

Amazing ambient atmosphere! Friendly service on a very high level and authentic very tasty Thay food! Maybe the best high level place for fine dining in Pathong at the moment if you like to try local food! I was really impressed!

The beautiful restaurant located in Rosewood Hotel. All ingredients are locally sourced and the food is traditional and delicious. Portions are generous and the service was absolutely great. And that 300 year old Banyan tree is really amazing.

This is the place to go. It’s a real Thai restaurant with great decor and atmosphere. The food was superb. They took Thai food to the best level I’ve ever had it. Presentation and delicately prepared for you. Highly recommend

Be sure to order a cocktail as well.
Also insist on tour at the beginning, it helps to understand the true value of the food and people who prepare it.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Ta Khai, the exquisite Thai restaurant located within the Rosewood Phuket. From the moment we stepped foot into the establishment, we could tell we were in for a fantastic meal. Ta Khai not only delivered on its promise of exceptional Thai cuisine, but it also exceeded our expectations in terms of ambiance, service, and overall dining experience.

First and foremost, let's talk about the food. The menu at Ta Khai offers a wide variety of traditional Thai dishes, and I had the opportunity to sample several of their signature creations. The betel leaves with shrimps was a delightful appetizer that perfectly balanced the freshness of the leaves with the succulent flavors of the shrimp. The yellow crab curry was nothing short of a revelation, with its rich and aromatic blend of spices that left me craving for more.

The crab paste with rice crackers provided a wonderful contrast of textures, with the crispy crackers complementing the smooth and flavorful crab paste. The beef salad (Michelin guide rated) was a harmonious medley of tender beef slices, fresh herbs, and zesty dressing, creating a burst of flavors in every bite. The tom yum soup with chicken was a comforting and aromatic bowl of goodness.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we indulged in the black glutinous rice with coconut ice cream. The combination of the slightly sticky rice and the creamy coconut ice cream was a match made in dessert heaven, providing a satisfying conclusion to my dining experience at Ta Khai.

Beyond the exceptional cooking and delicate flavors, Ta Khai impressed me with its stunning restaurant design. The ambiance was elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of Thai-inspired decor that added to the overall charm of the space. The restaurant's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the beautifully set tables to the warm and inviting lighting. You can also choose to pick your freshly caught seafood in the pond at the back.

Service at Ta Khai was truly second to none. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they served. They were more than happy to provide recommendations, answer any questions I had, and ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

We left Ta Khai satisfied and a desire to return in the future. If you're looking for an unforgettable Thai dining experience, Ta Khai should be at the top of your list.

I’ve been following restaurants recommended by Michelin Guide in Thailand for past three months. I visited over than 70 venues, star included, and Ta Khai is certainly one of the best if not the best. Considering quality of ingredients, diversity of preparation, localness of the experience, service and the location it is top notch restaurant not only in Thailand but worldwide. I had almost 10 dinners at this charming place and have never left disappointed, actually every one of them was an exceptional experience in any way you could imagine. Once you get there make sure you put beef salad on the top of your choice. Don’t forget to visit the pond filled with fresh catches from the daily market and chose one of 9 ways of preparing them. Also beef cheeks in Massaman curry are exquisite and cannot be missed.

If you ever are in Phuket and are looking for authentic Thai food, Ta Khai is the place to go. Their ingredients are all sourced organically, the ambience is just to-die-for and the food is just divine. The seafood and vegetables are all grown within the restaurant compound itself. Since I am a vegetarian, this is the best Miang Khum I have ever had. The entire experience was just sumptuous.

This place it's magical ❤ I loved the atmosphere, the intimate lighting, the service and the warmness of the food.
I met with some friends staying at Rosewood and we were led there by the staff of the resort in a wonderful tour of the place. I got a refreshing cocktail and a delicious Massaman beef curry, sided with some wild rice. Loved every bite and every second of it.
Definitely worth going if in Patong.

Had diner here for 2 consecutive night. Every dish is just perfect and you can understand the taste is more elegant than what you can have on other restaurant.
Atmosphere is relax and comfortable with sea breeze. The price is 5 star hotel level but you pay what you get.
Crab meat with curry is must try

This is one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever eaten at. It has a unique style, uses very fresh local ingredients. Highly recommended.

Really authentic restaurant with open kitchen, organic vegetable farm and fresh seafood. Wonderful scenery and kind staffs. In addition, all Food is delicious. Hope to visit again.

They deserve all praises and more! We made a last minute booking last night and due to some unexpected delay, we arrived a few minutes after the kitchen closed. Not only Cindy and her team reopened the kitchen, the service and the food were outstanding! Shoutout to Jackie for being so professional and friendly to us and a big kudos to the chefs for being so accommodating! However, after saying all these, please come early as not to inconvenience the staff (we felt really bad about it)

Cindy even helped to book us a grab back to our hotel and checked the price to make sure we were not being taken advantage of. The standard of service here is out of the world and they really set the bar very high!

Delicious food in an even better setting! First off when you enter this restaurant you feel like you have stepped into another world far away from Patong! The staff are so friendly and the service is top notch. I had the beef salad and the grouper grilled. You get to pick your fish from the pond and watch it go straight to the chefs which is fun and how you know you are getting the freshest product! The salad was delicious and prepared table side, the meat was tender and cooked perfectly and the combination of fresh herbs and sauces was amazing. The fish came whole and looked amazing, the staff removed it from the bone and you eat with two delicious sauces. Overall it was a very enjoyable dinner with just the right amount of attention from the team. The price is very reasonable in my opinion for the quality of product and the experience you receive. Definitely should check this place out when in Phuket!

Worth to have Thai food here. My favourite is Miang Kham and Pomelo Salad which are Mouth-watering and infused locally food. The venue is stylish decorated along with excellent top 5 stars service by Jacky and Milk. A manager; Zyndy always look after in order to ensure that dining experience is up to standard. Perfect for romance dining! ❤

Excellent Thai food served in an incredible setting. Highly recommend the fresh seafood with chili and lime, go spicy- you won’t be disappointed. Have rated here probably a total for 10 times now and keep coming back.

Ate here during lockdown. An incredible dinner. Traditional food prepared in the stylizing of fine dining. Some of the cleanest local food I ever ate. Always a treat to catch your own seafood. Sat under one of the terraces. A green cricket accompanied me throughout the whole meal next to my plate.

Amazing place and great food with excellent service! During our stay in Phuket we went to this restaurant for an amazing dinner. The Thai food is delicious and the restaurant, salads are prepared directly at your table. The restaurant uses vegetables and spices from their own garden and seafood is very fresh. Next time in Phuket we will try to come again, I can highly recommend this place.
