Khao Sok Silver Cliff Resort

Incredible place! We stayed here for 3 nights and had the most wonderful experience. We love the location, there is a beautiful cave right next to the huts, a shop nearby, the jungle and the lovely staff provided us with loads of help when planning activities and booking transport. This was the highlight of our trip so far, sleeping in the jungle is so peaceful and this resort allowed us to really connect with nature.

We stayed here for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer. The owners are the best. Panida is also working as tour operator. Her organizing skills and communication is unbelievable. She knows the area and beyond from the palm of her hand. The surroundings is so beautiful, you can just sit all day and drink it in.. The food coming from the small kitchen is to dye for. Very clean comfortable rooms. And not to talk about the friendliness of the owner and staff. Really loved this place. Will visit again, from Namibia

Having never stayed in an accommodation in my whole life like this was truly a jungle experience.

From the entrance, too jungle gym, the rooms, shower , cave , EVERYTHING ! You can see how much they all care for this place.

I was really nervous at start but took a risk, and it all paid off. The highlight of the trip was this and the overnight canoe safari! The overnight lake trip is good but very busy.

I like quiet personal experiences which was also delivered.

This place was great, staff were SO helpful, especially Sunny! I’d managed to get my luggage mixed up with someone else in Krabi and she helped me locate it and get it back the same day, forever grateful!! She also helped with all tours, taxis and was a good laugh :)

The area is beautiful and you can order a taxi to the town/national park from the resort. Bring bug spray!! 🦟

Outstanding stay here - the deluxe bungalow was incredible. Amazing wildlife and caves on the property. Food was excellent for all meals and staff really went out of their way to help us. We booked a number of activities through them (night time canoe, river tubing and overnight trip to Khao Sok floating bungalows) and the quality of each activity provider was excellent and it was very reasonably priced. The owner has designed and made a lot of the cabins, the onsite gym and furniture himself and it's evident he, along with his wonderful staff, take great pride in their service. Don't hesitate to book.

Great value for money.
Its 4km away from the village - which may be negative for some, but for us it was perfect. We even saw many many monkeys near our bungalow.
Great service, and they also helped us to choose tours to attend!

Beautiful place to stay for a few days during your trip. Not luxury but you have everything you need. Good meal and drinks. It is magic and very authentic place in the middle of the jungle. Nice expirience.

The room was amazing and in a beautiful spot near the cliff and river. The restaurant is so great to sit at and they have a very fun gym space!

The staff are incredible and they offer so much information about the tours you can do! They have also offered to help in organising transport out of koh sok and with hiring mopeds! :)

The best place I have stayed in Thailand so far. The resort is located in the jungle outside the town center, which makes it a quiet and peaceful place. There is a small river running by it and most bungalows face a cliff and the jungle. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and made the extra step and helped us with everything they could.
I can only recommend this resort. Our stay here was amazing😁

A fantastic place, located in fantastic surroundings. The bungalows are super nice and clean, and we didn't find any animals inside, despite living in the middle of the jungle. The owners are super friendly and helpful. We experienced a service above and beyond what you would expect. They helped us to arrange transportation, day trips and other fun activities nearby. The restaurant at the resort is very cozy, and serves amazing dinner, which both taste and looks delicious. Definitely some is the best food we have had during our time in Thailand. We would at anytime recommend this place to everyone seeking an unique experience, and great value for money!

Apart from the amazing location which provides you an immersive and true jungle experience the significant edge of this resort is definitely the young and motivated couple running it with great attention to detail and very friendly and supportive attitude!
We received great support in booking and planning all of our adventure trips and activities upfront which were all unique experiences and unforgettable adventures in itself with handpicked genuine local guides so that you do NOT have the feeling of being just funneled by your hotel into standard crowded touristic entertainment programs.
The resort itself provides great exploring potential with nearby bat-caves, wild jungle, river, homemade gym and a well composed dinner menu with authentic and organic Thai dishes at fair prices.
We stayed only a week and I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and return next year to further explore the scenic and unique nature treasures of Khao Sok National Park.

Wow what a special place :). Such an amazing place in Thailand, run by the kindest couple! They are so welcoming and helpful, and are working with the animals not against them- they even had some babies they were rescuing! The owner took us to their fruit trees to get some fresh fruit, and Mimi was just the sweetest person ever. She made me feel so at home, and I always looked forward to seeing her :). I will miss this place, and best of luck to little Peanut and Miss Mimi! 💞

Khao Sok Silver Cliff Resort was a fantastic stay with amazing, helpful hosts. The room was perfect. The hot water worked and there was proper toilet paper (less common than one would think in Thailand!). The accommodation itself was very cheap but the additional charges (food, drinks, laundry etc.) were more expensive by Thailand standards. Still worth it - the restaurant and bar area is great and the food was amazing. The hosts are from overseas and speak perfect English. They were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with taxis, scooter rentals, laundry, and more. The location is gorgeous - I would have loved more time to explore.

Absolutely gorgeous place, a little bit away from the main village so you can get away from crowds and experience living in a jungle! That comes with all the nature sounds and sometimes little unexpected visitors in the bungalow but what an adventure! The owners and staff were fantastic, very friendly, good vibes only. The resort offers a good selection of budget-friendly activities too.

Silver Cliff resort is perfect in every single way. 3 of us stayed for 2 nights in the family room and the beds were comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. The location is unbelievable with the property being right next to a huge mountain with caves to explore and a river running passed the hotel. Essentially it’s in the middle of a jungle and your neighbours are the wildlife. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people we’ve met so far on our travels in Thailand and to top it off the food they serve at the restaurant is extremely good.

Our stay here could not have been more perfect. We just don't want to leave this place never !!!
The whole personal are simply professional, supernice that always smile to you and polite. The owners, Kevin and Jonathan, take all the time in the world to talk to you and find everything you need to make your stay there perfect. they are polite, friendly and care about their guests. They talk to you, they show you around the hotel, they show you and inform you of their concern for nature and make the hotel an ecological one. If you need anything, they do everything for you. Talking with them was very pleasant and enriching moments. Naam (I don't know if it's written like that), a new girl who has started working there, is a charming girl, always with a smile and treats you with love and kindness.

The rooms are dreamlike, with a terrace that overlooks the jungle, the bathroom is open, so you feel like you are taking a shower in the middle of the jungle, which makes it even more authentic. The bed is super comfortable and we slept like babies the days we were there. the food is simply delicious, they do it with minimal detail and fresh products.

The surroundings of the hotel is a paradise: only nature, small waterfall that you listen to when having breakfast or eating, and interesting animals that you can photograph. We were lucky enough to see black frogs, bats and slow loris (a very rare species of monkey to see) right there in the hotel. They even have a cave that you can visit right there. I definitely recommend this hotel, I would always stay here again without hesitation. it is simply a heavenly place

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silver Cliff Resort in Khao Sok and very much look forward to visiting again. The resort is about 2km away from the main street of bars and restaurants that lead up to the national park entrance which takes about 30 mins to walk to although I really didn't feel that we were missing out by being tucked away. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy being in nature. There is also a wonderful cave system that runs through the property which the owners Jonno and Calvin very kindly took us on a tour of. Both Jonno and Calvin are fantastic hosts and arranged all of our tours which made everything super easy. They have a small restaurant on site and although the menu is quite small the food is absolutely delicious. The rooms are a good size and I found the open air bathrooms quite delightful. The beds are very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. Please remember you are staying in the jungle so of course you can expect a few insects it would be ridiculous to think otherwise. All in all a fantastic stay with good company in a beautiful location. Keep up the good work guys!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Cliff Resort. Jonathan and Calvin took great care of us, from booking the room itself, to picking us up at the bus station, to flexibly cancel/change our tour because of illness. On top of that, the bungalow was nice and clean and the food was delicious.
