This was one of our favourite meals in Bangkok. The menu is available only in Thai, but the matriarch of the restaurant speaks English and very happily guided us. Our favourites were the omelette with pork and the crispy pork and greens. The coconut ice cream was also a nice treat!

Very local restaurant, everything old school. If you don’t read Thai, make sure you have translation app for the menu. Good taste with reasonable price.

It found in 1958. The owner was ex-teacher of Amnuay Silpa school. Many menus are similar to many old day famous Chinese restaurants in Bangkok. But the taste of this restaurant is still good and not easy to find out in Bangkok. Recommend to whom like good and authentic foods.

As a local, I really love this restuarant. The dishes gave me the sense of authentic & homey Chinese-Thai. The restaurant looks old from the outside. Food is served fast and fresh. I love Mara-Pad-Kai which is stir fried bitter gourd and egg, porkchop, and sweet-sour fried fish. Totally recommended!

The BEST place for Thai-Chinese food. Been going to this small restaurant for decades and the quality never changes. Everything is delicious. The Tom Yam soup incomparably refreshing. Even the only choice of dessert (coconut ice cream) is tasty. It is obvious I love this place so much but for good reasons!!!

no matter what you order, you will not be disappointed in taste. To all potato and sauce lovers. order the beef tongue. It gave me a feeling of home

Chairoj Restaurant is an old restaurant that has been open for more than 70 years. The food of this restaurant is Thai style that tastes delicious and not oily. I would like to recommend my favorite menu is Sea Bass fried with Chili and garlic, Stir-Fried Clams with Chili Paste, Seafood Tom Yum (Clear soup), Shrimp Omelette, etc. If you pass Phayathai you can visit this restaurant easily by walking around 10 mins.

Worth the price, love the interior here, nice owner

The pork knuckle Tom yum soup is excellent. We enjoyed our lunch with pork chop with peas, bittergourd with eggs and the fried fish with garlic topping. The lady boss is friendly and we spoke in Teochew. All dishes are reasonably priced. Will definitely come again on our next trip.

A quick lunch or a long lunch can be enjoyed at this Thai-Chinese restaurant with a great taste in every dish.

Stirred fried beef with chilli, Tom yam, stir fried clams with chilli paste, Omelette is very good too.

Don't leave without the final course, the coconut ice cream is a must.

Expected to be very busy at lunch, so come a little earlier than noon.

Been dining here for 30 years already. Very old shop house restaurant with no ambience and no air conditioner but they just serve excellent foods. Famous for pork chop, Tom yum Kung, and very cold beer.
