best hotel with very affordable price. The room is spacious, clean, with complete amenities. The highlight is the service, the receptionists, all of them are really helpful, fast response, and friendly. They even help us to receive our food delivery when we are not in the room & store it in hotel kitchen refrigerator

The location is also quite good, near convenience store & a lot of famous malls nearby. However, in the afternoon, the traffic in the main road nearby is really bad.

Deserve 5 stars. i stayed for 5 days & the staffs very friendly. located in small alley and dead end street so its not have traffic in front of hotel like other surrounding hotels. location only minutes walk to platinum mall. lot of food court & coffee shops nearby.

hotel have buggy car & the driver can take you to closest point to platinum or train station.

the premier room a have nice view with windows facing 2 direction, better request high floor.

The lobby is truly pleasant, the receptionists are helpful. We booked a suite room, and it was worth it. Spacious room and have a great view. One thing that missed out is the location itself, we must go through the alley to find the hotel

Very good experience. Phaya Thai station near the hotel which is the main junction to all the parts of the city. The hotel provides shuttle service to the stations. I would like to mention about all the staffs, very helpful and guided us how to save money in transport. Special mention to David in the reception. Really thankful to him for guiding us throughout our stay. Breakfast still needs to be improved. Overall best place to visit again.

The staff are nice. Always smiley face and eiger to help. The breakfast is Ok. Love the location. Love the room. There is laundry room, game room, massage chair, mini cinema.

Very nice room, clean, neat and bright. The deluxe bed is very large too. Location is strategic and you can walk to Platinum and Pratunam market. Free shuttle bus everyday to pratunam, 7 11 , thai massage, and convenient store. Recommended🫶🫶

The hotel takes about 12-15 minutes to platinum mall, the room quite big but i will give thumbs up for the concierge, he helped me pack and he was very nice to us. Good service.

Ideal spot to stay on a long stopover near the airports rail link. Comfortable, clean rooms, huge beds, excellent service and attitude.

5-9mi walks to pratunam Market.. actually prefer hotels abit further from market.. easier to book grab/taxi

Clean and spacious rooms. Great housekeeping and service staff.

Second stay here. Affordable and acceptable for the price, rooms and cleanliness. They also provide shuttle tuk tuk to main road etc which make going out convenient however have to come back ourself. Would be better if they provided two room cards instead of one as some travellers travel in a group. Other than that, all are good. Hotel staff were all very polite and friendly.

This is a nice hotel with a buffet breakfast just enough. However the only problem is the free bus services always driver not around have to wait 10min but always more then 10min after 30 minutes then came out from the rest room Hai! However overall the hotel is very good and we have a nice sweet stay there. I will choose Klub hotel I will be there next month in June. Cheers keep up the good job. Additionally I gave 1000bats for tips

Wonderful stay with really friendly staff. They greeted us warmly throughout the weeks stay. Breakfastbis simple but delicious. Rooms are great.

Overall satisfied with this hotel. 2 adults + 1 kid can sleep comfortably on their King size bed..Before come to BKK, i did some research on the bed size all hotel provides.
Good location, easy access to main road.
Or take their Tuk Tuk to nearby location.

The hotel is located at a strategic place where most of the famous spots, shopping malls and markets are located around there. They even offer a tuktuk ride to a few specific spot to make your visit more convenient. The room is clean and new as well. Highly recommended.

Hotel is relatively new and clean. Room cleaning done daily. No complaint about the hotel hospitality.

Hotel is location in Pratunam area but it is a 5 min walk into a poorly lighted street at night.

All goods but the location pretty far to go pratunam must walk by 10minutes

Room was spacious for around 50+sgd a night. Walking distance to Pratunam/platinum Fashion Mall and plenty of massage places nearby. Staff were very friendly as well and there's a free tuk tuk ride to the main road
