Samran Place Hotel

We had a stopover in Bangkok for 1 night and this place was a perfect pit stop. If you’re looking for a simple, clean, and in the heart of the city, then this is a perfect place.

The bed was super comfortable, all the amenities are provided (towels, soaps, shampoo, tea, fridge, TV, etc.). The breakfast was also included (very simple : eggs, veggies, etc.). We came with a car and they have a parking lot also. About 5 mins walk to closest BTS station which was perfect.

Staff were also nice and polite. Good value for what we paid for especially for this area.

I stayed at this Hotel for 4days. The Hotel staffs are super friendly and helpful, you can approach them for any help. The room is good for a budget hotel. The beds are comfortable and room service was done everyday. The toilet is smaller than usual but it's good enough for the price you pay. The breakfast is decent, should be enough for you to carry out your itineraries till lunch. The location is good, walking distance to BTS, bus stops and 7/11. One station away from malls such as MBK and Siam and platinum. Overall we had a pleasant experience and it's recommended if you are look for a budget hotel. Will go back again in the future.

Great option and reasonably priced considering central location - just 15 min walk to Siam centre. Rooms seem to have been renovated recently so modern and clean! Would stay again when next in Bangkok.

Great City Hotel with nice Korean food restaurant on 2nd floor. So far Hotel has good location near BTS transportation.

The hotel is clean, located near the center, friendly staff, spacious rooms. I stayed 2 nights here. Great!

Had a pleasant 6 nights stay here in Samran. The room we got was spacious for 2 persons. Water pressure was strong. Breakfast was just okay. No pork was served during our time there but the chicken was not halal so we only had bread and cakes. Spent the days discovering the city so by the time we got to the hotel we were already too tired to be bothered by the noisy road. Platinum mall is around 15mins walk from the hotel while the nearest BTS is around 7mins walk. There are two 7/11 around the hotel. Halal food is just across the road. Use the pedestrian bridge to cross. If you travel with kids or older people, it is also easy to get tuktuk, taxis, bolt or grab from here. However, they won't come if it rains. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Bangkok!

Nice hotel, about 5-10minutes to Platinum Mall Bangkok, clean & spacious room, the closet in the bathroom equip with jetspray, they also provided us with 2 towels & 2 pillow for each persons

Anna at reception was the most helpful hotel person I have ever met. She really went above and beyond to assist me. Rooms very clean and food wonderful. Great value I cannot recommend highly enough.

A cosy, recently fully renovated family hotel with high-speed internet in every room and other standard facilities. What makes it stand out is its delicious Thai and international cuisine and very reasonable rates. Parking space is limited but manageable. Most commercial centres are within easy reach.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and staffs are friendly.

When we got a special long-stay discount on their official website, I was a bit worried that the rooms were not actually same as what they were shown in pictures (like being old hotel rooms actually).

But it turns out the rooms are modernized, clean, well furnished and look new. Bed, mattress, pillow, extra small pillow, and blanket, they all are comfortable enough to pamper you after a long tiring shopping day.

Btw, their mattress got a mattress topper, and I think this hotel will be one of very few 3-star hotels with this amenity in Bangkok.

The bathroom is compact, cute and super clean with standard toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower cap, cotton stick) hairdryer, but no tooth brush and paste so don't forget to bring yours.

5-min walk from "Ratchathewi BTS station" (get off at Exit 3) and 2-min walk from SEVEN-ELEVEN 24-hour store will make your stay convenient.

I was glad that I booked the right hotel for my family trip.

excellent hotel it's the second I've stayed there the receptionists are super nice, smiling and welcoming the security man in front of the hotel is also very nice the rooms are super clean and comfortable great view on the boulevard side even if you can hear a little noise

Good hotel. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is plentiful (buffet) and location is really good. Close enough to most things so that it's walking (or metro) distance but far away enough to be nice a quiet at night.

Centrally located in Bangkok so you're not too far away from any attractions. Very close to the Ratchathewi station, about a three minute walk. Our room was clean and comfortable. And there is a good breakfast to fuel you for the day.

Good place. Neat and clean. If you are looking for per night stay for the range of 1200-1500 baht, then it is good. It has restaurant, small bar. Was good enough for me.
Will stay her again next time.
