Items are not bad, but the staffs don't seem to be working here...no greeting, no questions, not even eye contact - even if you do all the work but ask a simple question, its bothersome.. guy stands by the table flipping his phone on it making clacking sounds, shaking his leg ... lol I dunno what to say I mean the store looks half classy. One other guy was better - actually had some professionalism.

The Jaspal clothing store's customer service is awful—no effort whatsoever to fulfill a customer's wish. I wanted to buy four pieces, but due to the terrible experience and communication, I ended up leaving the store instead.

Terrible customer service. Frown facial expression. Not happy to service nor greet customer. Same old faces of horrible service mind.
Should Siam Paragon keep a store with such a low standard of service to ruin the whole shopping experience?

It’s very bad!!!!!!
I selected eight pieces of clothes and prepared to buy them all. When I was about to go to the dressing room, the staff told me that I was not allowed to use the dressing room because of the promotion! Can only take off clothes and pants in the hall to stand to try on clothes!! OMG. I took off my clothes is my underwear!
As a result, I didn't ask for anything and just left.

Awful workers.
Tried to walk into the store around 9:45pm.
No sign of operating time. Of course, when staffs wanna go home early, they can do that. But why do I need to see those very unhappy and disturbed faces. Well, I guess the management drives them crazy and they are just not happy with anything all. Thanks for that bitter smiles.

I personally contacted this company on their official website and I also wrote to them a private e-mail. but they never answered me, I think it's not correct not to answer a foreign person when he tries to get information, but I have not made problems, and I contacted another company that gave me all the necessary information about some types of mattresses ....... the professionalism of currency also by a denied and never written answer
