Terrific value accommodation. Really a great location for access to the Airport Link. Also a great neighborhood otherwise. Huge 7-11 50 meters away and easy walk to Petchaburi Rd. and a wide variety of food. Very nice and clean rooftop pool. No problems with the room. Clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. New A/C. Full selection of TV channels. Very attentive and helpful staff, also free shuttle on demand to the BTS and Airport train is a huge plus if you have luggage. Again, for value in this area, cannot be beat!

amazing newly renovated hotel near to the phaya thai airport link line and phaya thai bts skytrain. very convenient location to night markets. plentiful of food choices, Michelin grade ones too. the rooftop swimming pool has a great city view. love floating on the water and watching the clouds and the skyline.

staff are very friendly and professional.

there is a free tuktuk service to go to phaya thai station, money exchange and white palace hotel.

the room is well equipped with furniture like a big table, chairs, cupboard, bedside cabinets, etc. there is a window shade on the outside to shield the room from the hot sun during the afternoon. thoughtful.

the lobby looks well decorated with plenty of cushioned seats and tables. the cafe menu looks appetizing though we didn't try.

the floor can be slippery when wet, so best to have a pair of crocs.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Just what we needed. It is close to the BTS train, approx. 300 m. There are western-style restaurants nearby. Which we avoided. All other Thai and Asian food is literally on the street and in the surrounding buildings. An incredibly nice experience. The hotel is clean and the office. With friendly and very diligent staff. The rooms are large and spacious. as well as the bathroom. Compared to other hotels of the same category. Excellent. 5 stars.

Nice small room, with kettle, glass, fridge, AC.
Hotel very well, helpfull stuff.
Very close laundry service 24H, next to metro station ( straight direction to Airport) , little bit difficult entry but on booking you will receive full instructions how to get.
Most important ith pool on the roof when you can take some drinks and watch sunset (not a best view about a lot higher building around)
Any very good memories!
For couple days stay its perfect place 👌

Near BTS, walk about 5mins. Have tuktuk to drive to BTS and 7/11 near hotel.Keep luggage service after checking out. Room is nice, bathroom is a bit small but I think it's ok for asia body size. One small cons: the wall thin so I can hear people talking outside. But we still can sleep well since no loudly voice at night. Overall, I think this is a good hotel with reasonable price.

Great location near transport, good service and decent size room although bathroom is small. Front doors are not sound proof and nearby BTS can also be noisy in mornings. Great rooftop pool and helpful staff. Would return to stay again

Tooany people giving this place one star, so I thought I'd give it 5. It probably deserves 4 / 4.5 for its price to value ration.

This hotel it totally fine. The rooms are clean and good, and the location is very convenient to stay in close to the major train lines.

I really don't see what more people want for a budget hotel in the centre of town...

Despite being hard to get to at first - especially at night - this hotel (chosen completely by accident based on its proximity to what is considered the best coffee place in all of Bangkok), turned out to be an excellent place. It is a very good place for access to "in-town" activities and sights in Bangkok, as it is at the far Eastern end of the Airport Rail Link's origin station at Phaya Thai. At the Western end of the station is the interchange to the Skytrain system that can take a traveler to just about anywhere of consequence in Bangkok with connections to the Underground (MRT) at Asoke.

The hotel features a small sitting lounge and a very cute lobby café serving primarily Thai food with some Western breakfast sets. There is also an on-site spa specializing in about 10 different types of massage. There is also both an outdoor bar and bench area for smokers. Coffee is available in the lobby and there are also 2 drink refrigerator units that have soft drinks, beer and something not seen in Thailand, organic fresh squeezed orange juice. 20 baht on aggregate.

The hallmark of the place is the wonderful front desk staff. 2 locals and a Filipina who went out of the way to make the stay as nice as possible at a very reasonable price point for the location. Housekeeping was very solicitous but not really needed.

The rooms themselves resembled those in an American college dorm. Done all in white, they featured 2 swivel bucket chairs, a circular table, 2 very nice beds, a center night stand and a vast amount of TV channels that was the largest amount ever seen at a hotel anywhere. The ensuite CR, done in grey tile had all of the necessaries for the stay. Bottle water with 3 in 1 coffee and tea, along with a kettle, are also offered.

For gym rats, the hotel is in the process of reconstruction of its gym to a sister building across from the lobby. As a substitute, there is a small swimming pool located on the roof. The gym should be in operation in 2023.

For railway enthusiasts, this is a train spotters heaven as numerous trains on the Eastern Line of the Thai railway system pass directly past the hotel and can be seen and heard often. The ambient noise from the trains and the Rail Link might be a deterrent to some travelers. Phaya Thai Road is also very heavily trafficked.

For access to the hotel, exit the ARL station at Phaya Thai interchange. Stay left as you go downstairs. Cross over the railroad tracks at the Phaya Thai Road crossing. Take the first left after crossing the tracks. There appears to be Korean writing printed on the street in the middle of what appears to be a Korean oriented bar. Continue to walk straight to the hotel. Turn right at the gate which is on the right. During the day, there is a TukTuk to and from the stations. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the stations. Plenty of food establishments, especially on the concourse at the station interchange nearby.

A really good place for the reasonable price point - especially if taking a plane from either of the 2 Bangkok airports that are easily reached by mass transit.

2 words to the wise; Although there appears at the end of the ARL station to be gaps in the fence, crossing the railroad tracks other than at the crossing is very ill advised especially at night. In addition to the trains, the area has encampments by the tracks and it has the potential to be unsavoury. This is basically a mixed neighbourhood of office buildings, hotels, condo and standard apartments and the prior stated encampments.

Breakfast is a SEPARATE CHARGE. It is NOT included in the room rate!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and the hole hotel are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is very good and a big variety over few days. We had 4 English TV channels and the WiFi network was awesome. The pool and the view were beautiful.

This hotel is very convenient. I book for about RM150 per night. Not too expensive and very convenient. Its just about 100 meter away from the Phayathai Airport Station. Dont follow map as map will guide you one big round. All you need to do is cross the rail track which is active by the way but very low traffic. The room and bathroom is clean with toiletries provided. Service is impeccable. Staff reception is very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this hotel!

I only booked for the PCR scheme under the Thai travel arrangements (stayed elsewhere thereafter).

When the regulations changed and you no longer required a second PCR, the hotel were more than happy to accommodate a refund for the second night.

Unfortunately, I had some issues at the airport with my ticket. The staff -and Katrina in particular- went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order and that I could arrive safely in Thailand! For this, I was incredibly grateful! Katrina was so kind to help (she didn't need to, by any means) and continuously accommodated me and the changes to my booking.

The PCR package included everything you could possibly need, including transport from the airport, through the PCR centre and to the hotel.

I spend the day at the hotel in isolation until my PCR result came back. They supplied me with a lovely meal and plenty of water, tea and coffee. The room was comfortable, clean and complete with air conditioning. The staff were lovely and, again, so accommodating.

Thank you again to Katrina and all the staff for their continued excellent customer service and for helping me during a very last-minute and chaotic trip!

We stay here with my family, it's a clean place and all staffs are friendly. Our flight flight back to Philippines was 4AM then they normally serve breakfast at 8AM but when they heard our flights was at 4AM they made us breakfast for free and we brought it at the airport. Thank you guys, y'all are amazing. This place is close to everything.

This hotel was very clean with a courteous and kind staff. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the sky train and abundant shopping nearby. Hotel was very accommodating when I needed a spoon once and also had a tuk tuk for free drop offs at the train stop or convenience store. My only criticism is of course a lack of vegan option at the breakfast bar and the restaurant... but I won't hold that against this hotel, I will however note it. I would stay again and I plan to when I return in several weeks
