If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Service is top notch, I couldn’t have asked for more. Professional, efficient, friendly and always going above and beyond. Our room had the most amazing view, like living inside a postcard. All the details in the room were well thought out.

I highly recommend Mandarin oriental Bangkok to anyone who goes to Bangkok. This hotel is not just accommodations but truly an experience.

The next time I return to Bangkok, I will be sure to return. I am truly an MO fan!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at MO Bangkok. We had a King Balcony room with a view of the river. Room was spacious with a nice sitting area. Bed was very comfortable. Service was excellent. Definitely a 5 Star resort. We would definitely stay here again. Many high quality restaurants to choose from and the morning breakfast buffet is not to be missed.

One of our favorite hotels to stay while visiting Bangkok. The staffs are very friendly, polite and amazing. Great view with private balcony. Room is clean and has everything you need. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. There are many restaurants that you can try. The authors wing is my absolute favorite. It has decorations of early 1900s with hand painted furniture. It has pictures of the famous authors who has stayed on the hotels since 19th century.

We came for new year's eve, the best party and the band was amazing!
The hotel itself is maintained beautifully and the staff are nice.

You should get the "Mandarin room" category if you can. It's very comfortable and good in size.

We visited in October 2023 and the new years countdown party of 2024. Located beside of the river. Great customer service and perfect presentation of the interior at the lobby. Once you enter, you can feel the atmosphere of the best of the southeastern mood. Especially, the restaurant where we can eat a breakfast is amazing.

This hotel in Bangkok is undoubtedly one of my favorites. The rooms blend antique charm with modern amenities, offering a full range of facilities. The view is exceptional, providing a picturesque riverside atmosphere and a stunning night view of Iconsiam. The service is characterized by good hospitality and a service-minded approach. The staff, always polite, efficiently differentiate between hotel guests and restaurant patrons, ensuring a seamless experience. Everything about this hotel is truly delightful.

We visited the hotel for afternoon tea on Boxing Day. It was absolutely fantastic. We then got the free boat across to the shopping centre. A couple of hours later, we returned to the hotel and had some fab cocktails at the outside bar. The hotel is spectacular and the staff are polite and efficient

Everything was perfection from the moment I was met by MO the airport transportation service upon arrival. All staff were delightful, welcoming, and helpful. Chauffeurs to/from airport were fantastic. In-room check-in (I arrived late at night) was seamless. Interiors and facilities were stunning and perfectly kept, from the lobby, to the pool, to the room.
Concierge was especially helpful, including with my many emails prior to the stay. Daily breakfast at The Verandah was the best hotel breakfast spread I have ever seen. I loved the two tours — Evening for the Senses and Bangkok Multi-Transport — and Malin, the incredibly knowledgeable (and fun!) guide, was superb. I cannot recommend her highly enough! This was my first time in Bangkok, and I cannot wait to return and stay at the MO again.

Worth every penny! Stayed in 20+ hotels around the world in the last 3 months and this was easily in the top 3. Rooms were amazing but the service was some of the best I’ve ever seen. It was my partner’s birthdays and the amount of little touches they gave us at breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, spa, etc was unbelievable. Would 100% recommend staying here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, and I must say, it was a truly amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The room that I stayed in was gorgeously decorated and had all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was plush and cozy, and I slept like a baby. The river view from my room was breathtaking, and it just added to the overall experience. The team at the hotel was very professional and hospitable, taking care of all of our needs and ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. It was a celebratory occasion for us, and the housekeeping team left a lovely hand written letter for us.

We stayed here in the MO BKK again for five nights and enjoyed some of the luxury treats of this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐hotel. When you arrive you are immediately diving into a relaxed and calm atmosphere.
„The rich are different from the average“ comes every time more true at this place. If you need to wait for your room to be ready you can do so at the Café or at pool side.
It’s a quantum leap against other luxury hotels in terms of service and atmosphere in deed and the history of the hotel adds an additional colonial connoisseur flair. There are still spaces reserved for the Royal family in the Author’s Lounge!
Highly recommend, the pictures speak for themselves.

This hotel is wonderful all around. Beautiful location with a view of the river (photo included in this review), fantastic service, and a comfortable, clean room.

Also, I was having an ear/headache and the hotel nurse was kind and helpful as she put together medication I needed.

I plan to come back to this hotel when I return to Bangkok in the future.

and fully impressed in every spot of services during my 3 days stay: Room, Housekeeping, Butlers, pool, pool service, pool safe guard, breakfast, in-room dining, lunch, boat, spa.

We did high tea here (you'd better go hungry) and loved it. It's not just that the presentation was great, but also that they offer gluten free and vegetarian options. The tea selection is sublime.

This was leg three of a round the world trip. Our first visit to Thailand and we entrusted it to Mandarin Oriental as we have stayed with them on many continents and are usually very pleased with their performance.
We were not disappointed. We stayed in suite 811 which had a fabulous view out over the river which was constantly changing and really came into its own at night. The suite had everything we needed and more, with plenty of space and amenities.
What really makes the Bangkok Mandarin stand out is the service. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly and efficient. There were too many individuals to name any in person, but I applaud them all. It really makes ALL the difference.
We ate at the Riverside Terrace Restaurant which provided an enormous breakfast selection and also at the semi-exclusive Japanese restaurant Kinu by Takagi, which serves an Omakase menu to only 7 guests at a time. Both very good.
We also indulged in massages at the beautiful Spa across the river which was one of the best we have been to. Beautiful setting, excellent treatments and welcoming staff. The regular boat launch to and from the Spa works like clockwork and the additional launch to the ICONSIAM mall is very convenient.
All in all a fabulous hotel!

Attended a wedding at this venue and was blown away. From details and decor, to the service and quality. The review is short and sweet because it was basically perfect as a venue.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights.
This stay was also a birthday celebration for my wife.
Even though I only stated it in my reservation e-mail, the staffs congratulated my wife on her birthday upon our arrival, afternoon tea, and at the spa.
The hospitality was excellent and made our stay wonderful. I'd like to appreciate all the staff for the hospitality.

I’m only as customer review but I realize about “once MO (mandarin Oriental), always MO” are exactly true

On average I spend 100 days per year in hotels - from normal business hotels to uber luxurious - and none are getting close to MO Bangkok. Every time I go there I’m amazed by the service level and how everything is just perfect and well maintained. Second to none.

Very classy hotel, staff very professional and friendly. Didn't stay here during my stay,but did go smoke and buy a few true Cuban cigars. These are true Cuban cigars, little pricey but worth the money
