Areca Lodge Pattaya

love this hotel, i booked 3 days before. good price. rooms are always nice you do get a balcony but don't expect a view. its an alleyway at the back & some nosy neighbours. pool area is real nice, breakfast is ok, bacon was always over cooked, but i know this is a popular hotel including area. good steak houses just down the road. good bars all round 10 minute walk to the beach. & good access to shopping areas. i will stay again.

Superb hotel. Stayed in Nov/Dec 2023. Location is very good and the included breakfast is excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in 2 different rooms. The first was a renovated room (Super deluxe double bed) and that was very nice. Second room was not renovated (Standard Plus king bed). Room was ok but not much soundproofing and there was a locked interconnecting door to the adjacent room. Overall very happy with the stay.

OMG This hotel is amazing, the pictures online do not do it justice. First off the staff here are the best ever. There are 2, every clean pools. Breakfast buffet is so delicious with lots to choose from. The grounds are spotless and well groomed. The balconies are large and have drying racks, this came in handy because we were there during Songkran. Also there are ashtrays on the balconies, bonus for me. When you close your balcony door there is no outside noise coming in. The aircon has adjustments for moisture control, which I've never seen in Thailand before. There is more to mention. This is our new stay while in Pattaya, no need to look at anything else just go here. Thanks again to the staff at Areca Lodge Pattaya for an amazing stay 🙏🍻😀

Super place to stay. Staff so outgoing. Nas who is working in the bar outside is amazing service minded person. Love the location of the hotel.

Just stayed at the Areca Lodge and absolutely loved it.
I had a few days in the now reopened Corona Wing overlooking the pool in a Deluxe Plus room. Fully renovated and superbly done.
Good buffet breakfast with lots of western and Thai options and an eggs to order station for delicious omelettes or scrambled, poached fried etc.
Staff in this hotel are wonderful and very helpful.
This was my first time staying at the Areca and I would definitely stay here again.

Located on Soi Diana, halfway between Soi Song/Second Road and Soi Buakhao which is pretty much the centre of Pattaya, there is also an entrance on Soi 15 for when for whatever reason you can’t enter or exit from the main entrance…
Areca lodge is my favourite because it represents incredible value for money and yes of course there are better appointed more expensive hotels in Pattaya but the rooms are clean, air conditioned, secure and well proportioned, with large bathrooms and wardrobes, you have two swimming pools to choose from and probably the best value for money buffet breakfast in town.
The hotel is often heavily booked months in advance because of its price, value and proximity to the action, I have stayed many times and will continue to stay there in the future, especially with the addition of the newly renovated Corona wing.

I have stayed at Arecca Lodge 4 times now and have another stay booked for Christmas, I love this hotel, great rooms, great location for wherever you want to do as it's central to everything, the staff are brilliant, the breakfast is lovely, the massage was great, the 2 pools are really good and the pool side service is top notch, the reception staff all have a smile and very welcoming, plus very help, my opinion the Arecca lodge is the best in Pattaya.

Location doesn't get any better than this. Clean spacious rooms with a pretty good breakfast buffet.

I am so happy I chose Areca! Found it using google maps and street view and went from there. Rooms are a decent size, 2 good pools. The Marble bar and seating on decking out front of the hotel is something I miss. a Nice breeze when the sun goes down and people watching was a fun thing to do for hours. Staff were friendly and some parts were being renovated in time for the upcoming high season. Breakfast was decent and caters for everyone. 10 mins to Central and beach road. 5 mins to Mike and Kiss Restaurant. Soi Diana is a very busy street at night. take caution walking. Great Hotel, we will be back one day.

Stayed here for 4 weeks in Sept/Oct 2022. My room was in the Evergreen wing. Excellent size room, modern and spacious. Good size balcony too although I had to ask for a small table as there were only chairs. The monthly rate was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're coming to Thailand especially Pattaya come to this beautiful place and yes it may cost that extra but you are in the best place to stay especially with the night life at your doorstep

Have stopped here in January for the past 3 years travelling on from UK to Australia and having a break in between both ways and found the staff and quality of service superb. There is nothing at all to complain about . Rooms have always been spotless . Staff are polite and extremely amiable . Nancy who runs the whole shebang is always about and approachable to assist with anything to help you out to make your stay that little bit extra. Must admit it is my favourite hotel in all the places I've been worldwide

This is the hotel to stay in if your looking for a warm & welcoming place. Good and secure, with friendly staff, rooms made daily & not rushed, nice view over the pool, generous size rooms, great breakfast and within easy walking distance to everything. "Highly Recommend" Evergreen Wing, this building is one of 3 buildings within the development, and is to the rear, so it's nice and quiet.
