Very Nice Property close to Market and Beach. Helpful staff. Nice location.
Good room with Bathtub.
Great Breakfast with lot of Options for Indians.
Overall value for money. Keep it up.

The hotel is very clean. Great location, 15 minutes walk to beach and local markets or bar. The hotel has an amazing pool with pool bar and a good selection of morning buffet. Pool view rooms are preferred. Bathroom and room size is good with a small balcony. Customer service is nice. Overall great 4 star experience.

Well thought out hotel, food very good, staff was very helpful except one, but there's always one. Rooms very clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
I'm thinking of returning to this hotel on 1st of March, it is that good. Jon

If you want to stay and relax, I recommend you to stay in Centara Hotel, it’s in the heart of the city accessible to any tourist spots ,recreation places and mostly to unwind , watch sunrise and sunset on the beach. They also have clean rooms, accommodating staffs especially Ms. Marissa their manager will make your stay pleasant and comfortable, enjoy and relax and have fun.

In centara hotel services are very good for foreigners easily understand English language and it is better in pattaya city who is going to enjoying foreever and nova tour is superb services for most comfortable rates also not so expensive don't worry

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Had a good breakfast buffet. We chose the veg friendly option. And it's about 10 mins walk to the beach.

This hotel is newly open. Every room have a balcony. Their staff is very cooperative and very supportive. They have variety of food items as well. They also provide Indian food and breakfast as well. If you are planning to bring any girl from outside, they also allowed that thing they have interconnected Rooms as well.

We visited the property on 23rd October 2023 and stayed for 2 nights...a very pleasant stay...smooth check in ..we were booked in Premium Deluxe Room in Wing A...a very spacious room perfectly cleaned...the breakfast spread was awesome, we went for the International Breakfast...Mr. Racon in the reception was very courteous and we had a smooth sailing...a perfect stay for family...❤

Hotel is on a quiet alley, off of Sai Song on the eastern half of soi6/1. The front desk staff are sharp ( in detecting the expiration of my visa and prepared all the necessary documents for extension at Immigration office in Jomtien 7km away), helpful (later called a Grab cab, in Thai, for me, walked me to the car when it arrived), and thoughtful (asked whether I had enough cash to pay driver). Such beyond-expectation service deserves 6 stars!

The only drawback is the life-threatening danger in crossing Sai Song (the second ring road), daring the aggressive drivers at the zebra cross walk — through no fault of Centara hotel, a burden shared by ALL tourists in this Land of (Selective) Smiles.

[edit] On 10 February, the electricity went out in the afternoon, twice.

[edit 2] Wondering about my choice, owing to the sudden outage, I chanced upon the ladt minute pricing for staying here for tomorrow (Sunday, Feb 11, 2nd day of the Chinese lunar year): it’s 1,100 baht. The hotel I stayed in before I moved here, Discovery Beach, across the street, was at a whopping 5,000 from an agency called LastMinute or something like that. I was glad I moved here.

[edit 3] To their credit, the hotel staff (probably from the back office) called to apologize about the outage — so unlike the rest of the service industry in Thailand. I am liking Centara more (though I have only stayed at their hotels in Khon Kaen (which has changed hands) and in Udon Thani (recently heavily updated, though plumbing and air cond were still from the late 80s). I will try Centara at other cities when I travel, owing to this exceptional experience in their care and attention.

[edit 4] No hot water in the final 2 days. Reported ti the front desk, without resolution. Air cond extremely powerful; changing the mode from “cl” (presumably “cool” to “dr”(presumably “dry”) had no effect, neither was changing the temperature from 25 to 27. Suspect the system used water cooling without using Freon. Just wore a long sleeve shirt to bed took care of the slightly itchy throat.

Very good hospitality. Easy change of rooms as desired by us without any hassle. Breakfast is really good, especially service from Baytar was really nice. Loved the stay

Excellent hospitality from Baytar at Breakfast Area. Makes you feel at home. Hotel is also located close to beach (8 mins walk) and rooms are excellent pool is awesome and big and deep enough. Shan from front desk was very helpful in accommodating all our requests.

Hotel staff were so polite and respectful, We were very much earlier to the check in time but they received us warmly and upgraded our room. It was a nice gesture kudos to the Hotel Management.

Good hotel with perfect amenities and location, right from smiling front office staff, helpful hosekeeping staff and restaurant specially Mr beytar all are good people and helpful.

Best hotel to stay at Pattaya, rooms are quite spacious and too good, view from balcony is really nice. Hotel service was sometime bit slow but it was good. Had a nice experience of staying here

Excellent breakfast service to Indian taste. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Mr Bayta has been very helpful in explaining about the menu etc. He also given suggestions what all to visit nearby places.

It’s nice for staying quite and spend the vacation in relaxed. There have a small swimming pool with sound system. Also have a restaurant with indian and thai dish. The stuff was amazing and friendly. Complementary breakfast was also good with variety. Explore the pattya beach is so easy from hotel. You can booked tickets and enjoy the trip package from here.

It's nice place for staying and Indian breakfast is good. highly recommended.
