I appreciate the value cost and friendly staffs there.
The room is quite, clean, heater, AC included. (free drinking water, no hair dryer, no laundry service).
From hotel, you can rent a bike then ride to many temples, view night market (small local market).
Eco friendly with green garden and lots of pigeons.

The small unlike point that wifi is quite weak. I couldn't make a call, just message and sometimes, couldn't check or reload any videos. (Maybe depends on where your room is, I mean close or far with Wifi extension, but from room 31, quite weak).

Basic room with eatery. Good service and location for exploring the old town even for riding a bicycle. Food is tasty. Do visit the rooms before deciding to stay or not, I would advise taking the ground floor room for more space.

What a lovely place! Best place, value-wise. It is clean, tidy, and well thought-out. A little nitpicking would be that the toilet, the shower, and the sink are all in one, long room. So when you shower, you will splash water all over everything else. But the low price per night entirely makes up for that. The hotel commissioned breakfasts to a restaurant that is next to it and we have our breakfasts there and it was amazing. Boiled rice seasoned to perfection and toasts that were perfectly cooked and about an inch thick! You can even ask them how to cook your eggs, down to the ingredients, and there's ice cream too. On top of all that, the breakfast came included with the stay! Not to mention all the foods, markets, massage places and a 7-11 all within five minutes walk from the hotel!

If you're in Ayutthaya and are finding a place to stay, this is it.

We came here at 2 am officer helped us. Then we left our bags at hotel in the morning to walk when we came at 7 pm they offered us to take a shower and even not accepted to pay for it.

Nothing bad to say. The staff was kind, my room was clean, my queen size bed comfy, a lot of electrical sockets, AC, TV, refregirator, table and chairs. A small bathroom with water heater. They changed my towels every day and provided drinkable water. Outside a shared balcony. Breakfast is included and you can choose what kind you want to between american, asian, and other meals. They rent bicycles 50 bahts a day and the hotel is pretty close of the center. Good value for money.

Friendly staff, extremely helpful. Gave us a map on arrival and recommended places to see. Breakfast in the morning is simple but yummy. Had a king room, spacious and very clean. Comes with water. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff and the price is worth it! I have been here for 3 times. This place near the city and easy to find a food. There're bike cycle for rent. Good for family or friend trip because there is a room for 3 in 1 and 4 in 1 also.

Perfect location, extraordinary people working there, espectacular food and lovely bedroom. A magical place around nature. Bicycle service in the house. Very recommended

Персонал только иностранных языков не знает.

Super guesthouse avec des chambres très agréables, à peine bruyant avec la grosse route à côté. En plein centre d'Ayuttaya donc pratique pour une partie des sites à visiter. Tous les services dispos (wifi, frigo, clim...) Et les lits sont très bien!

La mia camera era pulita e con l'aria condizionata. C'erano due bottiglie d'acqua in camera e sono incluse nel prezzo. Fornisce le bici per 50 baht e le puoi usare illimitatamente. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Posizione comodissima per visitare le attrazioni. Lo staff è stupendo! E la padrona del posto è stata gentilissima: mi ha aiutata a decidere che città visitare il giorno successivo dandomi suggerimenti o rispondendo a domande e mi ha portata in macchina ai 2 mercati notturni! E anche alla stazione stamattina! Super super carina!
