Room is a bit old but too large and good view.

A brilliant hotel, stayed here during last October. The staff are very friendly, the rooms were nicely cleaned, Amenities were really good. Free wifi. The breakfast was really good aswell, fruits, hot food, a noodle station, breads. Location is very nice aswell, 7/11 right next to it, a beach, speed boats to go to other islands. Very lovely hotel, would recommend. Definitely coming back!!

A four star experience. A 5 star rating! Wonderfull location. Cool and clean, add spacious, great value and helpful staff, with a breakfast hard to beat!

If you want people to speak your language, stay home. If you stay in Pattaya, a party town, people are going to party. If you must have a true 5 star experience, and no parties, be prepared to pay 3+ times the price, simple!

One night stay here was included in a Koh Lan dive trip package, so I paid a discounted price. While the room's got zero wow factor, it's cosy enough for a night, with plenty of space and powerful shower. And do I have to say about the very convenient location just steps from the pier, which makes it such a steal at lower mid-range price. Sumptuous buffet breakfast included with American and Thai options.

Superb place with an amazing view from the room. Get the bathtub room which faces the ocean. There is also a partial ocean view room.

The room is very spacious and has a balcony. 360 Rotating TV so you can enjoy it from anywhere.

Massive glass window to see the view outside. They give you all amenities so don't have to worry about anything.

They serve welcome drinks and a fruit plate in your room so it's nice a touch. The in-room menu is available at a nominal price. You won't be disappointed.

The Walking street is just 500 meters and the Bali Hai pier is 350 meters. This place is a good choice compared to all the other hotels near the main beach.

Bright and airy large rooms . Excellent level if cleanliness Friendly helpful staff . Location just 4 minutes walk to balihai pier, and 7/11 .and only five minutes to waking street and about 10 to pattaya beach. The rooms have international electrical sockets, good size balconies, comfortable beds on the firm side. Decent bathrooms with good water pressure.. the staff were very helpful and polite at all times. If you need anything ask them and will try to for fill your wishes. Not all staff speak English but that is expected after all being in Thailand. Some people mention the smell from the canal but in the 20 days I was there I did not notice it even by the pool which was very well maintained. Only thing I would have say I think it's time for breakfast to be served in the restaurant and not in room and the restaurant should reopen . Thanks to to the wonderful staff... keep up the high standards. ..

Excellent, clean hotel with great service. I had a mountain view room which is just a view of the hillside. Probably worth paying a little more for the ocean view. Short walk to walking street and the pier, 7-Eleven very close. Wasn't any songthaew running by the hotel, so might need transportation to get further into central Pattaya.

More than my expectations.superb! Near all you need! Mostly , near the beach and five minutes walk to balihai pier,going to koh larn beach ,a wonderful sparkling clean beach in an island

Beautiful hotel very close to the pier. Seaview is great from the rooms. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Lovely bathroom. Swimming pool is great. Pool area very nice with lots of places to relax. Breakfast was room service.
Will definitely book there again.

Location is excellent. 2 minutes walking distance from walking street. 10 minutes by taxi to Pattaya beach. It has a lovely pool and the rooms were very nice. Very neat and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and they provided both English and Thai breakfast. We stayed with family for 2 days and had no complaint. Excellent food excellent view from hotel rooms. Both ocean view and mountain view.

One of the recommended hotel to stay in Pattaya. Near to walking street, and only 2 minutes if you have boat to catch to visit islands from Pattaya. Staffs and all the services are excellent. Never disappointed. Very big and spacious room. I don't know why it is underrated. I think 6 or 7 times already visited. Only cons there are some noises at night from walking street clubs and construction work near by. But I don't have any trouble sleeping. I recommend people to stay there, if you love quite stay and actions.

Nice place to stay, it closed to the walking street and near pier to go to Kho Lhan. Even it is near the walking street but it has no noisy disturbed you. Moreover, the breakfast is good taste and many choices.

I would like to visit again! Friendly staff and great service! I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning for a vacation in Pattaya.
