It’s nice hotel/ nice and helpful stuff / clean room and worth it for the price that u paid/ also 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Central Festival Pattaya .
The best part of hotel is that so quiet at night and best option for rest at night without any noises 🙏

Great rooms, you can pay 4 times more and not have a room like this. Great owners friendly service, food is top notch. (Breakfast is one of the best around) pool, quiet area but 5 mins to main bars and resturant area. Nice bar. Perfect place to stay in Pattaya.

A true hidden gem in Pattaya. We arrived from Bangkok with my wife and three kids without booking and luckily were able to get two rooms.
Thanks to Rattana and Giani for their warm welcome and kindness. We'll be back for sure 😊

Excellent rooms with comfy bed. Nice swimming pool. Quiet location. Giani and Rattana are very helpful and welcoming hosts.

The hotel is very near to beach..approx 1km.
And near to pattaya market 500m.
Very clean..spacious....hotel manager Eric is awesome....oh forgot to take his number...Eric if you are reading this...pls mail me.
Oh also food is very delicious.

An oasis of tranquility amid hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Friendly and accommodating staff, very good food and service. Good location and price, will stay again.

Super place hidden from busy traffic and noise yet still close to central. Owner is very friendly, rooms are clean and well equipped.
