Nui Bakery & Sandwiches Koh Tao

A cute cafe close to sairee beach. They open late so it’s good for me to find coffee at night. The bread is so good especially the sourdough bread is one of my favorite. Cake, tart, and juice here also yummy. I had many meals there during my stay on koh tao 🥰☺🤍

Passed by when closed one night. We were staying @ Island Dive club, checked the menu out and it sounded fab. Great choice, good prices. Went back the next morning & it didn’t disappoint!! I had eggs Benedict, partner had eggs royal ( 150thb each) Both super tasty. Eggs were great quality, good coloured yolks, not just cheap eggs. Fresh toasted muffins, delicious hollandaise sauce. Good strong tasting Smokey streaky bacon. Good espresso and a great freshly squeezed (tasted super fresh) pineapple juice.
We also purchased a chicken and ham baguette to take away for our lunch and they were both really tasty. Possibly both could have had a bit more seasoning but apart from that, 10/10. Going back again in the morning!!

Very well run with quality ingredients. We got two custom sandwiches with smoked salmon and it was a healthy portion. They grill the bread before serving, which makes the freshness pop. Espresso drinks are well priced and good strength. I saw some people getting the “Hunger” sandwich and that is no joke! Great value. Also zero plastic on take away items, which helps everything.

So delicious bread which you can not find somewhere else on koh tao! Every meal is cook with love which you feel than on your tongue ❤ my husband favourite breakfast was sendwich hunger and eggs benedict and I loved poppey 🙏 bread with spinach and scramble eggs! And buy cinamon muffin you will not regret 🙏🥰🥰🥰

Had a really good latte and tea, and great grilled chicken sandwich + great caprese sandwich. Amazing 40baht cinnamon roll! Lots of options too. Will definitely be back. There’s AC, it’s perfect to work!

Lovely little bakery and food shop. They have expanded the shop and made a new larger inside sit down area which is non-smoking! Yay! It is so nice to enjoy your food in a smoke free environment.

The hot match latte comes with cute foam art and they bring you your own bottle of sugar and caramel to sweeten the drink to your taste. I recommend getting it with coconut milk to make it extra tasty.

The Thai iced tea (also recommend ordering with coconut milk) is tasty and they have a great frothy foam on top which is light a fluffy.

This is the second time getting the Farmer’s Breakfast which is a mix of eggs, potatoes, onions and bell peppers. They give you a condiment basket with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise and a delicious slightly spicy red sauce. The mix is hearty and good sized. The first time I ate it with the regular shop made white bread, the second time I tried it with their sourdough and really liked it!

The best part of the meal is the dessert of course! My favorite was the mixed berry crumble which is just the right size to satisfy your sweet tooth but not over do it.

Certainly enjoying our time at Nui’s!

Nestled in with about 100 other great places to eat is this little, super good and extra clean little bakery and coffee shop. By far it has the best cinnamon roll on Koh Tao and has many other great items to buy. The cleanliness is what really stands out and you can tell by the interaction with the owners that they really care and are here to serve their customers.

Great bakery! Menu attached. Lots to choose from. Bread, pastries, smoothies, coffee, sandwiches charcuterie and much more. Good vibe and great service. My smoothie was warm but they taught me that smoothies on this island don't use ice. After explaining they added ice to mine and blended it a 2nd time for me to make it cold! Very nice of them. I personally liked this place better than the factory cafe next door.

Been here so many times during my stay on Koh Tao! Can get very busy but we always managed to get a table. Love the thai coconut coffee.

This place immediately caught my eye driving by with it's modern warm design. Order at the counter when entering. I got a cappuccino (60baht) and a eggs benedict with salmon (160baht). Both were served quickly and they were fresh, warm and tasted good. The eggs benedict bread could've been a little bit better. Would still always come back. They have a wide selection for food and drinks.
If you plan on working with your device, there is plugs inside, wifi is okay, ambience is not too loud so definitely recommended. Would also recommend to anyone not working.

The best sourdough on the island plus high quality ingredients, you just couldn’t ask for a better bite. Now I’m hungry writing this 🤣

Sandwiches are exceptionally good. Quite refreshing to have bread that’s not sweetened like most breads in Asia (generalising after 4 months in various Asian neighbouring countries).
The baguettes are great quality, staff are really nice and here has been my go to lunch spot for the past week.

Irish in Thailand, I came here for the first time 3 days ago for breakfast and have come back every morning since. The food here is unreal I got the avocado on toast and requested streaky bacon with it and a cappuccino with the passion fruit pineapple smoothie. Definitely the best place for breakfast on the island. Great service and the atmosphere is cool. Worth the visit!!!

Definitely an underrated shop in Koh Tao. Would’ve missed this if not recommended by a local. I like that it’s a raw food based restaurant with minimal artificial seasoning and processed food, also a shop that has high environmental awareness.

I visit them every morning and afternoon for breakfast and bites ever since I know their existence. Cinnamon roll is my all-time-favorite. Sandwiches are great, you can opt for different breads like white sourdough, multigrain sourdough, baguette, ciabatta and croissant (sometimes). Fresh super food smoothies and fruit juices that are perfect for island weather.

Other than that, they sell probiotic drinks, enzyme drinks and stuffs like pink salt, black garlic, teas etc.
