Budget Car Rental, Phuket Opposite Airport

We only dropped the car here. Very positive experience. I was supposed to call ahead but sent an e-mail instead. I was told then, I can even drop the car at the terminal and don't need to drive to the office opposite the airport. The drop off was very easy to find and everything was already prepared for us. The guy was superfriendly, looked at our trunk and sent us right to the departures zone so that we don't need to carry everything. He was rushing over to meet us there and help us with the luggage. A quick check of the car and we were ready to leave (even though the car was quite dirty). Over all, maybe 5-10 mins. Getting the car in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport was a similarly positive experience. We will definitely choose Budget again the next time we are in Thailand.

Toyota Vios. We rent a car this model. That was working well but the option is nothing only has an air conditioner. No Bluetooth and the fuel range was not working well. When we return to the car before charged the gas full but the gauge was not moving but it moves after we drive a car for a few minutes.

I rent cars all over the world. I rarely have a good experience in Phuket but this last rental with Budget was very very good.
The whole staff are excellent and expeditious. I normally rent with Hertz or Avis but from now on I will always test Budget.

Just rented a car from Budget at Phuket Airport. The counter was very easy to find, straight after you pick up your bags. I was pleasantly surprised how efficient the staff at the counter was. I booked the car directly through Budget Thailand. I prefer to give them all the money rather than book the car through a broker like rentalcars who takes a share from the price (and the price was the same). Finished with all the papers and payment in less than 5 minutes. Also the price with full insurance was unbeatable. They also didn’t block any deposit. My car was a Toyota Altis which drives great, plenty of space and has a good fuel consumption. Very happy with the service. I have another car booked for next week in Bangkok. Definitely recommend.

I had great service from this rental agency. I was worried about renting from here regarding some of the reviews I read. My experience was that I reserved a car last minute and had to wait like 30 minutes for one to be available. This wasn't too bad. Did a walk through for car condition, got the keys, and drive off. After a week, I dropped off the car, handed the keys, and went on my way.

Very easy to order a car online. No issues picking up the car, used the downtown location. Did the usual checks, car was in good condition. Return was hassle free. Would use again.

Aufgrund der sehr schlechten Erfahrungen mit Avis habe ich dieses Mal Budget gewählt und war sehr zufrieden. Unkomplizierte Anmietung und Übergabe. Der Toyota Yaris war in sehr gutem Zustand. Ich habe eine Zusatzversicherung abgeschlossen empfiehlt sich für Thailand. Die Rückgabe in Hat Yai auch unkompliziert kurzer Anruf 15 Minuten vorher und Abgabe direkt am Terminal
Achtung: Der Schalter befindet sich im Domestic Terminal nicht außerhalb. Übergabe auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit den Vermieter! Es gab keine Probleme das Fahrzeug hatte 80.000 km drauf aber funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich war sehr skeptisch mit der Auto Vermietung in Phuket, aber mit Budget macht man nichts falsches. Ich kann es ruhig weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren im Februar auf Phuket, damals musste man sofort ins Hotel und durfte wegen der Coronaauflagen keine Mietwagen bei Landung entgegennehmen. Wir wussten das nicht und mussten dann nach einer Taxifahrt aus dem Hotel bei Budget anrufen. Sie waren sehr freundlich und haben uns das Fahrzeug gratis am nächsten Tag ins Hotel am anderen Ende der Insel gebracht. Das Auto war super und alles lief schnell und problemlos ab. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Super voiture au top, ont eu du mal à trouvé la reverserions effectue la veille sur le site budget français. Mais tout a été réglé et nous sommes reparti avec une super voiture, nous avons même payé moins cher que le tarif affiché sur le site
